“Grief is love with nowhere to go.” Ellie Lopez pours her heart into yer words and gives a glimpse of her healing and grieving after her grandmother passed. Beautiful doesn’t begin to describe it.

Ellie has this amazing way with words. You can tell that she is also a photographer, the way she creates beautiful images in your mind. This is a beautiful collection of the moments moving through grief. Can't wait for her next work!

I’d give this 10 stars if I could!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While in Mourning is a beautiful portrayal of love and loss and culture and heritage. It will have you smiling and laughing and crying all in one. To make it even better, the writer is one of the best people I know with such a brilliant mind and a true gift of writing.
