A new way to understand yourself!

This was my first real introduction to IFS. I’d heard about it before but never truly explored it. Me, My Self, and My Parts even sounds like something I used to say when I was younger; back then I had no idea how deep it really was, but now I can see that was my intuition speaking.

The book explains parts in such a vivid, accessible way that their meaning really lands. I realized my “manager” part has been running the show for quite some time, and I’m grateful to now have tools and a clearer understanding of how to work with all my parts in a more harmonious way.

Highly recommended!

If you’ve ever struggled with stress, procrastination, or that relentless inner critic that never seems to quiet down, this book offers a refreshingly simple and empowering way to understand—and transform—what’s going on inside. What I loved most were the practical exercises. They’re short, intuitive, and surprisingly powerful. In just a few minutes, you can shift from overwhelmed to centered, or from self-criticism to self-support.
