I don't have the words to describe just how much I love Wardham and Zoe's characters. Beneath These Bright Stars is all about Evie and Liam finally saying "I do". Evie and Liam have got to be one of my favorite couples. The connection they share with each other, only gets sweeter and way hotter. Evie and Liam can't wait to finally be married but first they have to get all the wedding plans out of the way. Evie is her normal self, trying to plan a perfect wedding, while worrying about what her future mother-in-law will think and Liam.....Liam is one of a kind. "What can I say? Liam makes me want to procreate. The man makes good babies." I bet he does Evie, I bet he does. Liam does a great job at making this wedding memorable, despite all the surprises that popped up. Speaking of surprises, I adored their vows to each other! You definitely don't want to miss out on the wedding of the year!

Wow! Where to start? Zoe has created such a great world in Wardham and Pine Harbor that you can't help but love it all. The characters have such a rich depth you can't help but love them. Liam and Evie started as a one night stand and now here they are getting married. It was a long twisty road to get there. All of the characters are here and Zoe even winds Paul and Karen's little bundle of joy in there too. Zoe keeps us up with all of the characters no matter the book. This is a wonderful series that I hope never ends. These are my book friends that I love catching up with. 5 stars once again Zoe York.

This delightful sequel to When They Weren't Looking is a treat for lovers of the Wardham series, featuring the wedding of Liam and Evie. I really enjoyed the warm and humorous account of the wedding preparations, with both points of view presented to give a very real feel to the differences of how men and women approach a wedding. I loved seeing the glimpses of other Wardham residents who all feel now like old friends. There are some sexy scenes in this one too as Liam makes it clear to Evie that he is so happy to be finally marrying her. 5 stars for this treat!

The story of the wedding of Evie and Liam a year after the birth of their daughter Ava.
Most of the novella centers around Evie becoming a bridezilla, which hardly endears this reader to her (good thing there were positive feelings about the character from the previous novel featuring the pair).
On the other hand, Liam is more than solicitous toward her moodiness, working his magic to please her.
The wedding itself was well described and redeemed the story, as did the short section on the honeymoon.
Too many WTT trend of wink(s).

Evie and Liam will always hold a special place in my heart and this book only solidified that! This is their wedding, and all the happiness these two deserve, they get. All the love they have to share, the give. All the happiness they feel, they immerse themselves in, and you get to be there right with them <3

Beneath These Bright Stars (Wardham #4. 5) by Zoe, York is a sequel novella to When They Weren't Looking and where we first met Evie Calhoun and Liam McIntyre. I remember writing in my review that as there was no epilogue, I hoped that I will see more of Evie and Liam in the future books, so I excited that Zoe gave them a novella.
We catch up with the lovely couple a year later little Ava, and the boys are keeping them busy. Liam is finally going to put a ring on the woman whom he loves, who is his world and his forever.
“I love you Evie. Nothing else matters.”
Evie is a little stress, as she wants to make sure everything is right, and there is also Liam’s mother who she wants to impress. But as always Liam is unruffled, he is her calm, and he knows what to do to give Evie the wedding she will never forget. I do love Liam. Evie is one lucky lady

Overall, I enjoyed Beneath These Bright Stars. I do love a good wedding, and Bach, Air on the G string" is one of my favorites. Loved Liam’s vows they had me reaching for the tissues. Loved as always, catching with some of the other Wardham characters new and old. Beneath These Bright Stars was such a sweet romantic heartwarming Novella a lovely addition to the series and one I would recommend, but only if you have read When They Weren't Looking

Calling all Wardham fans! Come one come all to Evie's wedding! What you don't remember Evie , off course you do!
Think back, Evie went to town for a weekend away from her x husband and the boys and met one hot younger man( Liam) who rocked her world for one night to only come home back to Wardham and routine to find out oops!; she was pregnant. Aah, now you remember! Well she is finally Marrying that hot young man Liam , poor guy had to work for it ,if you remember. We are all invited to the wedding. Of course Evie the planner and worrier has had her hands on planning the largest social wedding held in Wardham, so it is going to be Phenominal ; if Liam and the crew gets the new Inn finished in time.
Given Evie's worry level probably best that Liam did not find the time to tell her about the electrical issues, the flood, but ever the calm Liam though has it all in hand!
So , what are you waiting for ? You have your invitation , don't you want to know what happens?
Did I forget to tell you in classic Zoe York style we get updates on some of the other Wardham residents too, like Karen and her expanding family and looks like something is up with Evan too! Can not wait for that read!

I was provided an ARC in exchange for an honest review. If you've read the other books in Zoe York's Wardham series then I would highly recommend this one. If you've never read the other books in the series then please don't start with this one - it is so much more enjoyable because you've met everyone before in other books. This book was a bit like coming home for me because there are appearances from so many of the characters from the Wardham books that it was like reconnecting with some old friends. I loved hearing about what some of the characters were up to while enjoying reconnecting with Evie and Liam. Zoe York weaves everything together so well that you can't help but run through all of the emotions that both characters experience. It was also great to get to know a bit more about Liam and how he handles emotion especially in relation to his family. It provided a lot of great insight and really rounded out his character. It was a great book that fans of the series can't help but love.

I really enjoyed this story. This is the continuation of Evie and Liam's story. They are settling into a routine with their little family. It has been a year since their daughter Ava has been born and now they are ready to get married.
What would be more fitting then to get married on Valentine's Day? It is also their daughter's birthday.
Evie is going crazy with all of the planning and Liam just wants it to be over. He would have been happy eloping, but Evie wants to go all out for the wedding. He's not sure for who though because all of the plans seem to be making her crazy more than happy.
The last few days when things seem to be going all wrong Liam decides that he will step in to make it happen, but the only way of doing that is taking over and keeping things from Evie.
Liam has all hands on deck and with the help of wonderful friends and family they make this the wedding that Evie and Liam will always remember.

I haven’t really ever seen inside the head of a bridezilla until reading Beneath These Bright Stars. I really can’t say I was surprised that Evie Calhoun soon to be Evie Mc Intyre turned into one. What did surprise me was how Zoe York make me sympathize with her.
At the beginning, I couldn't even understand why the need for a big wedding. I usually think of a wedding as announcing that a new life together is starting, but her life with Liam had started with beautiful loved new baby girl. By the end, I had completely bought into the whole package. The whole wedding shenanigans was worth it for the wedding itself. I wouldn't have wanted to miss the saying of their vows for anything! Love them!
The author makes it clear this is a novella that continues Evie Calhoun and Liam McIntyre story from When They Weren't Looking. I believe you could enjoy this story of their wedding without having read how they get together. However, reading When They Weren't Looking first would enhance the enjoyment of this one.

I am a big fan of Zoe York's work and with each book my admiration of her writing continues to grow. Her stories are so well written and descriptive that you feel you are in the town with all the characters; so much goes on in this little town that it puts the big cities to shame! In this installment of the Wardham series we catch with Liam and Evie as the make their way to the altar. If I had to rate the couples that I love to read about Liam and Evie would be at the top. He is such a sweet man and Evie is someone you really cant help liking; I love how they balance each other out, his calmness( or at least appearance of) to her little bouts of crazy. I loved how all the friends and family came together to make sure that this day would be one to be remembered. So so sweet. I cant wait for more! Based on the ending of this story I think that we are in for a real treat with the next one!

I wanted more, and I got it! This is the sequel to When They Weren't Looking, Liam and Evie's story. I loved that book, but I felt that it ended too abruptly for my liking and lacked an epilogue. Well, this novella was the perfect ending to their story, set one year after When They Weren't Looking. Too-good-to-be true Liam and cautious, neurotic Evie bring our favorite Wardham characters back to town for their wedding. I loved everything about the story...from getting glimpses of other characters in the future to Ms. York's signature sexy-times to feeling all the love in this small town...which feels like a real place filled with these rich characters. I'm going to be so sad to see this series end, but I'm anxiously awaiting both Ty and Evan's stories!

As the big day is nearing Evie is at her ends wit. She wants everything to be perfect for her and Liam's wedding.

Finally coming to the relationzation it won't change, and what matters most is the love she has for her family.
Liam will do whatever he can to make his soon to be wife happy. So he calls all his friends to help. What he does is just amazing, and

Liam and Evie have got to be my most favorite couple in the Wardham series and mind you, I've not read the earlier part on how they met but I was just blown away in this novella. There was so much sweetness between Liam and Evie, their connection and understanding of each other, their intimate moments. I especially love Liam for how he treats Max and Connor. It just speaks so much of a man and it's not just about responsibility but pure love for the kids because he is in love with their mum.
I especially love the part when they were doing their wedding solemnization. That part just had me in tears and the wedding couldn't have been more perfect. I'll definitely be checking out their earlier story and the rest of the Wardham series.

There's been an emotional roller coaster since Liam and Evie met; especially since he showed up at her door. Now, they're a happy combined family! And the time has come to join this family in holy matrimony! Evie is again in emotional turmoil; she's determined to have the perfect wedding and impressing her socialite in laws. Why? Doesn't seem like Evie. When she wasn't looking had there been another reason for her anxiety?
Liam knew all along, as did Evie, they were meant to be together. When problems presented themselves, he took control; with their friends and family's help and support problems were resolved. We are all invited to Evie and Liam's wedding in Wardham. I love this couple, so excited to be attending. Of course no wedding can go as planned, Evie might even have a little bridezilla in her but Liam is so calm and collected, he will make everything perfect for his bride to be and family.Loved their vows.

I just love this series!!! Evie and Liam are such a sweet, perfect couple. I loved their wedding story. They have the rest of their lives ahead of them and I can't wait to hear more about them in other stories. Liam was such a sweetheart doing all the stuff he did to surprise Evie and help her out with the planning and finishing touches on the wedding. What a lucky lady she was to find a guy like him.

got an ARC copy...Zoe. .you did it again. great continuation of Liam n Evies love story. if only there were more liams in the world. poor evie for trying to have everything perfect but it goes to show that a man doesn't care about all the small details. ..only that the woman he loves is there with him.

I loved this one! This novella is a follow up on Evie and Liam and their long awaited wedding. Evie wants the perfect wedding this time and may be going just a bit nutty about it. Liam just wants Evie happy and will do whatever he has to to make this day perfect for her. It's sweet, sexy, and fun and a read you don't want to miss. I highly recommend this one.
