ebook Review - Author Leo J Maloney delivers an action-filled short story in this fast moving thriller novella, "Twelve Hours." New York City is under siege as part of a sinister plot targeting a visiting head of state. CIA veteran Dan Morgan steps in to prevent this mess from bringing the world to its knees, however Morgan's teenage daughter is trapped among the hostages. Super fast-paced, high octane action that was worth the read. No time wasted in getting and keeping my attention in the highly recommended short story. Very good novella!

4 Stars. One of the best, if not the best .5 novella’s that I’ve ever read. Morgan was already a great character, great enough to carry the story. Maloney is building a great cast of “sidekicks” for the future books. I need to put these in a more frequent rotation. Can’t wait for the next one.

Maloney brings Dan Morgan out for a wonderful short story to keep fans on the edge of their seats. With the President of Iran in New York City to make peace, security is heightened, but no one expects an inside job when Islamic terrorists begin a destructive set of events that has Morgan and his daughter, Alex, in the eye of the storm. While acts take place at various sites, Morgan and the FBI must fight to quell the action and keep the hostages safe. Working to free the hostages is one thing, but with a head of state held captive, there are no second chances, which Morgan knows all too well. Maloney takes the readers through the story in a mere twelve hours to save the city and pave the way towards peace on numerous fronts. A great novella with just enough action and new character introduction.

Maloney teases his fans effectively with this submission, though it could easily have been drawn out into a longer story. While the snippet-length chapters allow readers to forge ahead in an effective manner, the jilted style can be somewhat hard for the reader to gather the needed momentum in one scene. Still, it is a bridge to the next full-length book and likely there have been some characters and scenarios peppered within the pages to make a decent transition.

Kudos, Mr. Maloney for his lovely place-setting novella. Hoping to see more Dan Morgan before the year is out.

Dan Morgan taking on the bad guys again

Dan Morgan finds himself taking on Iranian terrorists who kidnap the Iranian President with the intention of killing him and blaming it on America so that they can take over the government of Iran and so start a war with America and the western world.
Problem with their plans started when they encountered Dan Morgan and his daughter Alex alongside his colleague Peter Conley who along with an FBI rookie managed to kill the terrorists and save the Iranian President.👏👏👏

Another novel by Leo J. Maloney, I've read several other books in the Dan Morgan series and I find them to be action packed and well written. Not to spoil the story line, but Dan Morgan works with his daughter, who is becoming more capable in her own skill set, to save the Iranian President who is in the United States to conduct a meeting with the U.S. President when he is abducted. You'll have to read the rest on your own, but you won't be disappointed.

Fast and Furious

I wish this was a longer novel, but Maloney crafted a scenario that is quick and deadly. Morgan's daughter continues to grow as a character but I missed the Zeta team.

Fun novella from Maloney. The plot revolves around a kidnapping of the Iranian President in New York City by his own security detail and a hostage situation at Grand Central Station. Adds more depth to Alex and introduces a new character - Lisa Frieze with the FBI.

Twelve Hours (Dan Morgan book 4)

Leo's pushed the limits again. This book will have you flipping pages as you follow the action and adventure Dan Morgan's life takes in just twelve hours. His mission, rescue the Iranian President and prevent World War III. In his way, the head of security and his team who are behind the entire mess. Hang on, it's a bumpy ride. Thanks for another great read.

Who Knew What A Difference 12 hours Could Make

Dan Morgan was a mysterious man. But, even Shasous could tell he would do anything to protect his daughter. This book was oh so fast. It was exciting to read.

Another great thriller!

A great fast moving action thriller with a good cast of characters. The main character, Dan Morgan, is a good normal guy who doesn't quit, which makes the character that much more realistic.

Good book but too short

Great quick read. Good action and great outcome. Just too bad Amazon didn't market book as a short novel. Disappointing. Not authors fault.

A good read

Good action. I like the characters (the good guys). Not far fetched. I like the family ties and the added dimension that it creates. Clean language. A good read.
