Undone, Unafraid: Evolving Through Trauma, Betrayal, Femininity & Faith

Rate this book
UNDONE, UNAFRAID is a story of betrayal trauma, and so much Of breaking down and through the programming of religious and relational paradigms that keep us suffering and stuck, and surrendering to an unexpected spiritual awakening—the dissolution of the ego self and the discovery of what awaits us beneath it.

This book is the story of a woman learning to love herself from rock bottom and discovering that this Love was the spiritual force that would guide her, one step at a time, out of the dark and into her fullest life. Shockingly, this Love was something that no one else could give her, and once she found it within, nobody could take it away.

Becky Moller was happily married with four children and a life she adored until a single moment changed everything, and her husband’s disclosure of an extramarital affair left her standing raw and ragged amidst the ruins of a shattered self.
She was stripped bare, completely undone, and terrified.

Witness as Becky is taken on a radical journey that strips away her core identities of wife, Mormon, and woman; as she painstakingly finds her way from perfectionism and despair to healing, expansion, power, and peace, unafraid to discover herself, and life itself, anew.

A glacier of trauma can turn a life upside down, only to become a carving out and reclamation of the true, whole, authentic self. The glacier melting into pure, clear water.

From fear to freedom, Becky uncovers the wild wisdom of true spirituality, unfolds into her purpose, and unassumingly steps into the great A true love story.

Her story of healing, breaking old patterns, and discovering her inner strength is both inspiring and easy to connect with. A powerful and uplifting read, and I truly recommend this book.

As someone who went through deep heartbreak a few years ago, this book hit home. Becky puts words to emotions I didn’t know how to name back then. Her honesty makes you feel understood, and her hope reminds you that healing really does come.
