this book is about how to control your game and your mindset

From fear and frustration to confidence and resilience, this book describes the mind game of pickle ball. Why do you play, with what kind of partner and how do you support them? How do you accept mistakes and build on them, how do you keep a positive mindset during the game. How do you maintain focus on form? What is the pregame warmup phytsicallyt and mentally. What messages do you give yourself throughout the game, and who do you support your partner. There is no physical or form training in this guide. It is all mental, and very good advice.
