Badass Brats #5

The Dom with the Deviant Kittens

Rate this book
Lock has everything a man could want – an awesome job, good friends, a hot submissive with a bratty streak. Not bad for the nerd voted ‘most likely to be forever alone’ in high school. The only thing he and his naughty Elodie need is a hand with the housework.

Tess, the shy, frumpy girl that Elodie chooses as a maid, seems like a mismatch. Their wild, kinky household may scare the pants off her.

When Elodie falls in lust with Tess, she convinces Lock to help seduce her. Will Tess, the perpetual good girl, fall under their spell? And if she does, will they be able to handle the consequences?

Feb 25 - RELEASE DAY TODAY, available on AMAZON
http://www.amazon.com/Dom-Deviant-Kit...

EDIT - FEB 15 - This was too good not to read again. I've already picked up some things I miss ***be still my beating heart.

Lock is one hot dude, this story is mostly MF and FMF, and some FFM action, which was a bonus for me.

Elodie is one of the best characters ever, her wit had me laughing out loud from the get go.

Feb 10 - This book did not disappoint, the series just keeps getting better and better.

The plot rocked, the characters rocked, the sex was off the charts. My inner lesbian purred. I lived my wildest FFM/FMF fantasies vicariously through this wonderful cast of people. (They were real people, right? Well in my mind).

Is it possible to have a skin-gasm?

 photo ElodieampTess1_zps108d96e8.jpg

If the chemistry between these two is anything to go by, I do believe so.

For those of you who aren't fan's of f/f action, don't let that stop you from reading this wonderful story. I just highlighted it as I am partial to it.

There is plenty of MF and FMF action, actually the girls didn't play alone very much at all. Lock was central to the story and hotness personified. The perfect guy to keep these two girls in line.

It was nice to hear mention of pervious characters; and while this is not the first of a series, I feel it can still be read as a standalone.

OMG !!! Is it just me or is this book designed to make you self-comubst or attack your partner or even innocent bystanders !!
BEST and KINKIEST book EVER !!! and believe me when I tell you I've read them all (ok, ok, almost all, but good chunk of it)
To all that know and love the Brats series this is just the cream for us naughty kittens cause this is just better than PUUUUUURRRRRRRRfect !! for those of you that meet the book and series for the first time - well THIS IS A MUST read and you need to play catch-up !!
The book can be read as a part of the series (all the ones showing up here and there make me want to re-read them all ... who said I didn't ????) and it can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading the series!
It's a story about love, self-discovery, relationship but without the drama (even if there is a dramatic french brat involved ROLF !!!), fighting for what you believe and for whom you love.

Love knows no law of men and no set ways :)

We have here Tess (a shy girl, coming into the world of self-discovery, love, sex, kink and relationship and it's such a hear-wrenching journey that I dare you not to fall for her as the book goes onward), Elodie (a french firecracker that is bossy and submissive at the same time and you never know which way she will go, she is the spice of the book that holds all parts together and let's face it ... gets the ball (story) rollin', she will make you laugh your ass off and she will make you cry) and Lock (just like the persona he was named after he is the true knight in shining armor that saves the day, fights for what's wright, gets BOTH girls, saves the day and reveals its true, sensitive self, he will seduce you, make you squirm, even pant, and sometimes wince and it all adds up to a irresistible kind of man that we wish we have as ours.)

its a story of finding your true self and going after you know what's wright. we learn that even Doms are humans (!! Shocker I know !!!) and that even the most stoic person can hurt just as much, and even a shy mouse can find it own powers and strive for what she wants.
the book brings just the wright combination of love, humor, drama and kink !!! Kink in this books is OFF THE CHARTS !!! and I advise you not to read it on your way to work !!! EEEEEEKKKK (can you spell awkward!! ) but still it's a damn good book you can't let out of your hands !!!

Sorcha ... you've out-done yourself with this one !!!! bravo !!!!

Thank gawd for Sorcha Black and her nymphomaniac characters!

In my opinion, this is by far the BEST book in the Badass Brats series. How good you ask? So good that I got so wrapped in the story that I missed my stop. I had rode two stops past where I needed to be. It takes a miracle of a book to make that happen.

The sex scenes are...fucking hot and there's a lot of them. And the story and the connection between Lock, Elodie, and Tess make those sex scenes that much hotter. The closer to the end I got, the faster I wanted to finish, to find out how the story goes, yet on the other hand, deeply saddened as the pages became less and less. If you are a fan of the Brats, you will love Tess and Elodie and you will not be disappointed at all!

Can I give this book 10 MILLION F**ing stars?!!! I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH!!!! I loved Elodie, Lock and Tess.

Elodie is sassy and knows that she's hot but she's still a nice person. Lock is a hot guy and he's confident about himself. He's also happy with Elodie and doesn't think he needs a second submissive or partner. He's afraid Elodie will leave him for Tess but that wouldn't further from the truth. Elodie loves Lock but slowly falls in love with Tess and her innocence. Tess didn't think she liked girls until Elodie and she slowly starts to fall in love with Lock as well. The three of them are hot as hell together. I hated the whole plotline about Lock's job and trying to be "family friendly" which annoyed me because i'm sure this kind of thing happens in real life. It's stupid that some people just can't accept that love comes in all forms not just two people. So much fun to read.

I would recommend this book because it's so awesome!

My first MFF and it was hot!!.

This was dangerous ground, being innuendoed at by a middle classs man who was almost married to a girl she had a crush on.

I won't be making a habit of reading these books as I really struggle with how women are written in fiction books, but Elodie and Tess were super fun! A bit stereotypical maybe, but i still enjoyed them alot. Elodie was you're typical 'loud, sexually overcharged woman', but she had enough vulnerability to make her realsitic. Tess was shy and quiet who hid a dirty mind, i really liked her buther insercuirties did get a bit much at times. Lock was also great. One thing i really appreciated was his struggles with Elodie's interest in Tess, he didn't dismiss it because Tess was a woman but took it seriously because Elodie was bisexual.

Seriously this sex was hot! There was a lot of it but man it was hot!! The role playing was very yum. Also threesomes! I love a good threesome.

She made him feel like such a dirty old man. An evil dirty old man. Possibly with a handlbar mustache that required regulary scheduled twirling.

I'll definietly re read this again sometime when i'm in the mood!

Deviant Kittens is a continuation of the Badass Brats series, but can easily be read as a standalone or introduction to the series. This is the story of Tess that you meet briefly at the end of The Dom with the Kink Monsters as she struggles to make ends meet with multiple jobs. Fans of the series will love the glimpses of past characters throughout the story, however if you haven’t read the earlier stories, you will still fully grasp the ideas.

Elodie and Lock hire Tess to clean their home, but Elodie is unable to control her desires and feelings for her and is soon begging Lock to allow her into their relationship. Unsure of virginal Tess’s responses and feelings create quite the situation for all of them.

The emotional and sexy love story Sorcha Black creates leaves you unable to stop reading!

This book will definitely have you purring. Tess is hired to help Locke and Elodie and finds so much more. Excellent story that had me hooked from page one until the very end, I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between Tess, Locke and Elodie is hot and the sex scenes, well I would recommend a glass of ice water nearby as you are reading. Loving this series and looking forward to more.

This was another awesome addition to the series. The humor in these stories is almost as good as the sex. For example "Besides, my friend told me they spit on you, if you get too close." ROFLMAO

Sorcha Black knows how to write sexy D/s. There is such a thing as making Doms too Alpha (i.e asshole dickheads). Some readers like the billionaire playboy type, and on occasion I do as well, not every Dom has to be this way.

Lock a.k.a Lockley is a Dom with a particular taste for brats. He also realize kink evolves, which is very very true. His submissive is Elodie who is wild and sassy. She is Bratty with a capital “B”. For those not familiar with the term in BDSM a “brat” within the BDSM lifestyle is usually applied to a person of a submissive nature who acts up or causes trouble in order to attract attention. This is generally frowned upon as it is classed as topping from the bottom and trying to control the situation. He meets her online and during their first interaction I could already tell it was a match made in BDSM heaven. Her smart mouth paired with his swift hand (or cane, or belt etc). Their relationship moves along and things take a turn when Elodie sees mousey little Tess. She never told Lock she is into girls, so when they hire Tess as their maid, and Elodie’s attraction to Tess fires up. She breaks down and confesses to Lock. He is upset but they agree to terms. To both be present when they play with their little souris (mouse).

Tess is a virgin. She wants to lose her virginity and doesn’t want it to be a big deal. Her meeting someone as kinky and caring as Elodie and Lock was a perfect blend. Elodie was curious and caring. Lock added that perfect amount of dominance that only a male can. It was an absolute pleasure watching Tess and Elodie, Elodie and Lock, and Lock and Tess. Watching all three...goodness!

Elodie is totally devoted to her Dom. It becomes apparent when he asks her for her feelings about Tess. Is it more than play? Is Tess just for her? His male ego is definitely dented a couple times. As a dominant I can identify with wanting to have complete control (of a submissive) all the time but knowing in reality, they are human, and that is not an option. Seeing Lock process and struggle through these emotions with Elodie and Tess made him realistic and an even stronger Dom, in my eyes.

This novel touches on poly relationships, the unicorn submissive, hardcore fantatises such as dub con. The emotional connection develops quickly (but believably). In some D/s situations, especially some that start online, it doesn’t take long to form lasting bonds. The characters are memorable. The sex scenes are scorchers. The story of a Dom taking on not one but two deviant kittens was a pleasure to read. Looking forward to more in the series.

Other books in the series:
The Dom with a Safeword
The Dom on the Naughty List
The Dom with the Perfect Brats

Kitty's review posted on Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

I always look forward to the Badass Brats. They are fun, easy reads with a little bit of a story behind them. Light reads that make you smile and just give you a feel-good feeling. The characters always seemed to click and you felt that they belonged together. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the connection with Lock, Elodie and Tess. Something felt off, forced, between them. Oh, I enjoyed the book and each character, on their own, was interesting and the story brought up some common prejudices that, unfortunately, we all live with.

Then there was the “nerd” aspect throughout the book. Now, believe me, I have sons that I lovingly call “nerds” … comic books, games, wrestling, name it and they are in to it. I understand the person and I understand the kind of person that is into all of this. My son and his wife actually went to Comicon on their honeymoon. So, I get it. But, will everyone? Yes, books are written to open peoples minds to new and exciting things but it takes a very specific person to understand the need and want to dress up as your favorite comic book characters. But, I give Sorcha credit here … she wrote it in a way that everyone would understand it even if they are not into this kind of “play”.

So, back to the characters. Lock and Elodie made sense to me. I was wondering who the third would be and how they would be drawn in. But Tess, the shy, timid, never-been-kissed virgin with more insecurities than you can count? No, that’s not who I thought it would be. I was surprised with that. Lock is a nerd through and through … Elodie is a self-employed, french toy maker … Tess has no direction in life. Sorcha eventually made everything work but it felt a little painful getting there.

Now, I did enjoy the book … Sorcha’s writing is always spot on and she keeps the story flowing and moving forward. She can write angst and make you feel the heart-break like few others can. She makes it very enjoyable to read her books, disbursing the erotica with the laughter. Playful characters and an HEA that always leaves a smile on your face. Yes, I am looking forward to the next Badass Brats book … they are my fun erotic reads and I’ll never stop waiting for the next one.

Oh...my...

I bought this book on Amazon yesterday and finished it this morning. I couldn't stop myself from reading this book! I had to find out what happened next and I couldn't just leave my eyes from reading all those hottest scenes. I really really loved Elodie!!!!She's very free-spirited and sexy. When Elodie wanted something, she went for it and didn't give up. I loved her personality and I would definitely fall in love with her if she was real! I could see why Tess got seduced by Elodie..she is just...irresistable! All three characters in this book was awesome! Elodie, Lock and Tess. Lock was very very HOT! All those dirty talk that came out of Lock's mouth had me so hot! Tess was just so sweet and cute but she had some quality about her that pulled me into her character. Everything was just perfect! I am really really going to miss Elodie, Lock and Tess..(wish the Author could write an another book for them!)..One thing that bothered me was when Elodie sometimes called Lock "Daddy"(the word just slipped out of her mouth sometime) and it felt like there would be a more story to tell! I felt like the author was going to tell us more about this part, but this part kinda vanished to thin air:) Other than that, I really enjoyed reading this book! Badass Brats Series is soooooo good! Please continue!!!

I read this upon a recommendation since I was looking for stories, including in the romance genre, with poly rep that aren't harem or reverse harem. The more spicy romance/smut that I read and see people's ratings for, the more I realize that, even moreso than any other book, the ratings often depend on people's personal preferences for different tropes and spice type. This book has a LOT of explicit sex, most of which involves some sort of BDSM D/s component, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who would find that content too off-putting.

I didn't love the level of Mary Sueism of Tess and the Gary Stuism of Lock (clearly self-insertion for nerdy awkard types), nor did I like the very common outcome frequently seen in cishet romance (vague to prevent spoiler). That said, there is also a surprisingly sweet thruple love-story and character development, probably made better due to the depiction of aftercare and use of multiple viewpoints. This book has very solid positive poly, bi, and kink representation.

Poly is complicated as hell. There's so many dynamics at play. A man can lose his head trying to keep things straight.

Verdict: Apples and oranges

this book comes very close as my fave book of the badass brats series bc it was so so good! i loved the chemistry between our throuple! i thought that the plot was well developed, but definitely not perfect. i mostly enjoyed the relationship between the two main female leads, but the man was there 🧍‍♀️ i feel like the conflict as well was a bit stupid, but to each of their own ig lolz.

overall, pretty good and the smut delivered (4.5 🌶)!

Elodie and Lock have a good thing going. Elodie is the ultimate brat and tease- she drives Lock crazy in a very good way. Elodie is strong, funny, sexy, captivating,- the one thing she isn't is a housekeeper. A chance encounter at a store leads them to Tess, a mousy girl that seems to blend in with the wallpaper. Elodie sees something (unicorn warning) more in the innocent eyes of the new maid and she can't help but push her boundaries a bit. The boundary push results in a kiss that sets everything in their world on end.

I love, love, love Sorcha Black's poly stories. The dialogue is well done. In this book felt like I was in the room with them as the story played out in front of me.

Poly relationships are not for the faint of heart and this tale has our threesome encountering quite a few hiccups along the way. I found the conflicts to be believable and the reactions of the characters certainly within the bounds of how I feel normal people non-book characters would react in similar situations.

Most of all I love that Lock isn't perfect. As a dom he makes mistakes- some big mistakes- just like a normal human being. Better yet, he owns up to his mistakes and does what needs to be done to set things right.

I was sad when I flipped to the last page - I wasn't ready to step out of the book and back into reality.

What does a Dom do when he has a deviant kitten, to make life more interesting he just might add another one! Lock and Elodie are in a relationship and a pretty happy couple they are, even more so when kink is involved. Elodie works from home and finds it hard to keep house, so she hires Tess. Tess brings out the dominant side of Elodie, Tess is very shy, very reserved and very virginal and Elodie can’t help it but she desires her. Since she is in a committed relationship with Lock, she begs him to bring Tess into it.

Elodie has to be one of my favorite characters, Sorcha writes such great brats. She had me giggling left and right. Their chemistry, while at first felt a little restrained, soon blossomed. Just as you could see how Tess blossomed from such a shy character into one bratty kitten. Lock has his hands full now with two brats in his household, but I’m sure he wouldn’t have it any other way.

It was so awesome to be able to visit with a few of the characters from the previous stories. If you’re looking for some fabulous wit, great banter, some awesome and scorching sexy scenes, then be sure to pick up this book and if you love it, go and read the series from the beginning!

This wasn’t my favorite in this series (Elodie grated a bit) but it was still hot AF. I’m super bummed this is the last book as there is a dearth of quality, non-paranormal MFF fiction out there. I mean I like the Baumgartners as much as the next person, but that’s basically porn. This series has great information about BDSM and the lifestyle. There’s realistic character development and intriguing characters who are more than just sex fiends. Bravo to Shaw, Silverwood, and Black for crafting such a great series!

Another great story in this series. It was intense, and a great cross over as the others. It's really nice to keep tabs on the others from this series. I really did miss knowing what happened after Tess came back. It felt shorted with the skip from pregnancy to 8 months old. I also missed knowing what happened with the job and business situation. It may have given it even more closure.

Despite the terrible title and truly tragic cover, this was a surprisingly fun read. There is a serious lack of FFM romance novels so this was so fun to read even though I really hated the third act breakup with the secret pregnancy. That and there not being enough ff for my specific tastes are why I went with a 3.5 instead of 4.

I'll probably re-read. I hated the ending. I just do not like that plot device at all, but I still recommend the book. A good Dom, by definition, which both of them are, will react that way. I don't need to see that reaction, so let's not do that.

The Dom with the Deviant Kittens is book 6 in the Badass Brats Series. You can read this book as a standalone but, then why would you since they are more Hot and Sexy books to read.

I really enjoyed the playfulness of this book. Yes, you can make BDSM fun! Oh HOT and SEXY too! I am so happy that I have discovered Sorcha Black from one of the groups I belong in on Facebook.

Do read the warning but, if you are looking for a fun, hot and sexy book to read this is the book for you.
