While the village elders of Kumani are preoccupied with the recapture of escaped dissenters, a new dark leader emerges with a plan to force everyone in the Lowlands to submit to his utter and complete rule over the island. He announces his desire to eliminate all those not deemed essential.

With the assistance of drugged enforcers, this dark leader prepares to release new toxins into the waters of the island and even more toxic fumes over the Lowlanders−and only he has the antidote. The horrified village elders scramble to save themselves while still attempting to continue their fragile hold over the lives of the islanders.

The escaped dissenters and residents of the Eagles’ Nest and those already walking in the way of the eagle rally together. They must call upon all their resources to help stop this new leader’s plans while rescuing their family and friends still living in the Lowlands.

It is an all out effort to capture the criminals, rescue the prisoners and hostages, and secure the release of the orphaned children still held in Camp Shabelle. Will all their efforts be enough to halt the plans of darkness and restore freedom and peace to their island?
