Andrea I’ve loved Stefano Cammareri for as long as I can remember. Not the silly kind of crush you outgrow, but the kind that brands itself into your bones.
He’s my brother-in-law’s youngest brother. He’s dangerous, brooding, and so far out of reach it hurts. Every look, every stolen glance, only deepens the ache. But Stefano always pulls away, reminding me I should find someone safe. Someone normal.
So when a charming stranger makes me feel wanted, I take the risk … and walk straight into a trap.
Stefano She thinks I don’t want her. I know I can’t give her what she deserves. But Andrea Rossi has owned me from the moment she first smiled at me, and I’ve been fighting that truth ever since.
When she’s taken by the cartel to strike at my family, every wall I’ve built shatters. I’ll spill blood, burn cities, and destroy anyone who stands between us. Because Andrea isn’t my weakness, she’s my reason.
Darkness is safer than love. Violence is cleaner than desire. And this time ... I won’t walk away.

Since I had some points on Amazon, I bought the first three books as I was missing them before this ARC copy. I really enjoyed the entire series and Stefano’s book kept up with his brothers’. Andrea is Guilia’s younger sister. She has been living with the Cammareri Family since Alceu kept his promise in the first book to take her in. Andrea and Stefano have been thrown together since they first book, when she was 18. She has a mega crush on him, and she has noticed lately that he stares at her, which kind of makes her feel warm and weird. However, he believes that she isn’t for this kind of life, and that he should keep his distance. Then she is kidnapped because someone outside of the family realizes what she is to him. They believe her to be his weakness, a way to take him out. They are sooooo wrong. lol. All of the books in the series have awesome fight scenes. There are some triggers in the books as well, but the story, is just freaking awesome. They are fun, funny, romantic, scary, steamy, freaky, and just plain crazy at times. I firmly believe that Andrea has a different kind of strength than her sister or the other women. However, she learns that if she truly wants to be a part of the family, she must prove herself and that she and Stefano belong together. Stefano can be even more terrifying than his brothers. That is saying something. I would never want to be on the bad side of that family. However, they don’t harm women or children. Which is very different in a mafia family. I love how they handle the kidnapping and how they work together with the rest of the family to take out the cartel problem. Woooo, I felt like I was watching a tv show. It was that good. I can’t wait to see what happens in that world next.

Stefano pushed Andrea away to the point she was texting another guy just to feel like someone wanted her. Well it backfired and she was kidnapped. The good thing was that it made Stefano get off his rear and admit he loved her. At first I thought all of his brothers liked Andrea, but after she was rescued they all had something to say about her to Stefano. She's not cut out for this life, she's weak, let her go. Especially her brother in law, he was the worst one saying she's a liability and glaring at her...her own sister's husband! Maybe that's his way of not wanting her to be hurt, but he was a jerk! I was also confused about the whole bait scene. Why did they have Andrea sit in the chair at the warehouse and fake tied up for the cartel to come in and be all, well look what we have here. It made no sense!!! Another thing that confused me was how she talked about not being afraid or weak anymore. Did I miss something? I didn't read the previous books so maybe she was portrayed as being someone who needed coddled. Last thing I'm going to complain about is, a few times people said to her that she's finally welcomed to the family. Her response, I've always been a part of this family. Yeah, no kidding! I didn't get a very warm and fuzzy feeling from this whole crew towards Andrea, that was pretty sad. I did enjoy the fact that after Stefano did acknowledge Andrea was it for him, he did not back down from any of his brothers no matter what they said!.

I've never been disappointed by a Jade Marshall book and this is no exception. What a great addition to the Cammareri family series. This book is incredible. It's fast paced with plenty of action. Stefano is a dangerous man and has been fighting his attraction to Andrea and Andrea, who has been in love with Stefano for years, wants to be seen. Their chemistry is off the charts and when Andrea is kidnapped, it sets off a chain of events that will change their lives. Definitely a Must Read! Stefano may have been the youngest in the family but he was the darkest. He tried to contain his feeling for Andrea even though he knew she loved him as much as he did her. However, when Andrea finally walks away from him, it’s a trap and she is taken. Stefano uses all his darkness, rage and fury to get back what’s his. He won’t be letting her go ever again. This book is my favorite of the series. What an incredible read.

Stefano does his best to keep Andrea at arms lenght even though he wants her and she wants him. He thinks he is protecting her but when she goes on a date with another man it is clear that he won't be able to stay away from her. The turns out to be a setup and she is kidnapped he makes it clear that she is his and he will burn down the world to get her back. Not everyone in the fmaily in on board but Stefano is past the point of denying their love. A great read
Loved it!! Loved reading Stefano. This was a very fast read for me once I started reading because it was so so good. Andrea and Stefano’s story was action packed and the obsession pull between them was super hot and loved their story!!
This is an okay read. Andrea's not as tough as most of the heroines from this author, she's what Stefano needed. Stefano, is the alpha guy all day long. These two work together.
The MMC is intense; he might be the hero of the story, but he acted as a villain, willing to raze the world to save her. The FMC surprised me; she was depicted as an innocent, naive girl they believed would be swallowed by the darkness of the MMC, but she was his light, his love, and his strength. She was braver than they thought she was.

Jade Marshall’s Stefano delivers a raw, pulse-pounding, emotionally loaded journey between two people who have been orbiting each other for years—too close for comfort, too far for honesty, and one heartbeat away from combustion.
Andrea has loved Stefano Cammareri for as long as she’s understood what love is. Not a crush. Not a daydream. Something bone-deep, carved into her like truth. Living with the Cammareri family, she sees him constantly: the quiet, lethal youngest brother with shadows in his eyes and a stare that burns through her defenses. He makes her feel alive… and rejected. Seen… and pushed aside. Wanted… and unworthy.
Stefano’s message is always the same: Find someone safe. Someone normal. Someone who isn’t me.
So when a charming stranger shows her attention, Andrea lets herself believe she deserves more than longing from a distance. But one wrong moment, one wrong man, and she ends up in the hands of a cartel who thinks she’s Stefano’s weakness.
They couldn’t be more wrong.
This is where the book becomes electric. Because Stefano—quiet, controlled, ice-cold Stefano—turns into a storm. A weapon. A man willing to scorch the world to save the one person he’s spent years pretending he didn't want.
And he doesn’t just admit the truth— he unleashes it.
🔥 What Makes This Story Impossible to Put Down
⭐ The Chemistry: Andrea and Stefano’s connection is the perfect mix of aching, forbidden tension and white-hot inevitability. You feel every stolen glance, every moment he pushes her away, and every moment he fails to hide how badly he wants her.
⭐ The Stakes: This isn’t soft, clean danger—it’s the mafia. The violence is real. The threats are deadly. The fight scenes crackle like a movie, and when the family bands together, it’s impossible not to get swept up.
⭐ The Characters: Andrea isn’t just “the girl they need to protect.” She grows, hardens, and fights for her place in a family that doesn’t always know how to show warmth. Her strength is different from Giulia’s or the other women—quieter, but no less powerful.
Stefano? He’s the darkest brother yet. And somehow, the most devoted.
⭐ The Family Dynamics: The Cammareri clan is complicated—protective, proud, sometimes infuriating. They don’t harm women or children, and they don’t apologize for the fire they bring. But Andrea’s place among them isn’t smooth or gentle; it’s gritty, earned, and messy. That realism makes her ultimate acceptance feel all the more satisfying.

Stefano is the kind of book that reminds you exactly why the Cammareri series is so addictive. Jade Marshall doesn’t just continue the story, she intensifies it, deepens it, and drags you right back into a world built on loyalty, danger, passion, and family bonds that feel almost primal. I already loved this series, but this book hit on a whole new level.
The world-building is vivid, immersive, and razor-sharp, and the characters feel so real that their emotions start to feel like your own. The Cammareri women are strong in ways that resonate—resilient, intuitive, and fierce without needing to shout it. The men are the kind you don’t cross unless you’re ready for consequences. Their devotion is fierce, their protectiveness borders on terrifying. When one of them is threatened, the family closes ranks like a storm system. It’s a theme that runs through the series, yet it never loses its punch.
What makes this installment stand out is the emotional depth behind the grit. It’s Stefano’s turn to release the monster inside him, and watching him struggle through it is chilling, raw, and strangely heartbreaking. Andrea’s journey is just as powerful. She doesn’t just try to fit in, she earns her place, claims it, and proves she belongs in the Cammareri family. Together, their connection is explosive; part vulnerability, part fire, part fear, part destiny. There are moments that made my pulse race, moments that made my chest tighten, and moments so intense I had to stop and breathe.
This book is packed with action, tension, humor, danger, romance, family loyalty, and emotional punches that land hard. It’s edgy. It’s gripping. It’s heartfelt. Once I started reading, there was no chance I was putting it down.
If you want a story that burns, bites, protects, destroys, rebuilds, and leaves you feeling every step of the way, Stefano delivers without apology and proves that this series only gets stronger, darker, and more intoxicating as it goes.

3.75stars-STEFANO is the fourth instalment in Jade Marshall’s contemporary, adult CAMMARERI FAMILY dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is Stefano Cammareri, and Andrea’s story line. STEFANO can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Andrea is Guilia’ sister ALCEU (book one)
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Andrea and Stefano) STEFANO follows in the wake of the abduction of our story line heroine. The Cartel want revenge; The Cammareri Family are heading to war; and Andrea is about to become a pawn for the sins of the past.
The relationship between Stefano and Andrea is one of mutual attraction and desire but Stefano considered Andrea off -limits, as the younger sister of his brother’s wife. Refusing to cross an invisible line, Stefano watches from the sidelines until he is unable to let her go. The $ex scenes are passionate.
The dynamic secondary and supporting characters include the return of Stefano’s brothers: Alceu, Severu, Mancuso and their significant others.
STEFANO is a quick read: a novella length story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, family and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is dramatic and edgy; the romance is limited but intense; the characters are desperate and determined.
Stefano is book 4 of the Cammareri Family. Andrea Rossi and Stefano Cammareri journey is a fantastic, forbidden, age gap, sister in laws younger sister story. All reasons they think they shouldn't act on feelings they've both had for some time. Fighting the feelings they have is exhausting and it's only until danger comes for Andrea that Stefano pulls his head out of his bottom and does something about it. Alceu, Severu, Mancuso and Stefano are all over the top with their women. It just took Stefano a minute to get with it. This is a great addition to this series. Stefano and Andrea are utter perfection together with chemistry that lights up the pages. This short, fast-paced book is an absolute must read!
"Darkness is easier than light. Violence is cleaner than love."
Andrea has loved Stefano for a long time, but he has kept blowing it off and turning away from her even though he will send her some steamy looks. The push and pull was starting to piss her off so she decided to make her own way and meet someone who wanted her. What she didn't know it would not turn out the way she thought it would. Stefano has wanted Andrea for a long time, but with his brothers saying he will destroy her and his fear of having his darkness affecting her. The chemistry between these two is all consuming and spicy. I enjoyed this story a lot and highly recommend it. It is nice to be back in this family again. This is a must read!!
This is the first book from the series that I've read and the author did a fab job making me feel the connection and loyalty of the Cammareri family. Andrea and Stefano have been crushing on each other for years but Stefano is sure she won't fit in with his life. That he's all darkness and she's sunshine, making him not worthy of her. She wants to be wanted, though, and ends up finding herself kidnapped. Yikes! Thankfully, Stefano leads the charge to help rescue her. Then it's all up to her to show she is strong enough and definitely belongs. Be prepared for a wild reading ride filled with action and heat, as they work their way to a fab HEA. Good fun!
Andrea has been in love with her sister's brother-in-law since the moment she saw him. She'll catch him watching her, but then he immediately pulls away. So when she meets a man online that shows her some attention, she agrees to go out on a date with him. She soon finds out that it was all a setup and that the man just wanted her for bait. Stefano has wanted Andrea for so long but refuses to give in because he feels like he's a bad man. But once the cartel takes her, he vows that when he gets her back, he won't let her go.

Stefano is book four of the Cammareri Family Series.
Stefano really held himself away from Andrea, and in doing so his actions led her to danger. We see these two have to fight against their families and their enemies in order to be together. People view her as weak, but when she is with Stefano she is stronger. They are stronger together and we see this depicted through the pages. Their chemistry was never in doubt, but Stefano's stubbornness almost caused an ending for them before they even properly began. Great read.
I missed out on quite a bit of the background since I have only read the book before this one. Andrea isn't new to the family, she was taken in when her sister married into the family. She develops a major crush on Stefano, but everyone including him thinks she isn't meant for their way of life. Doesn't stop her being drug into their business though. This story doesn't show the rest of the family in the best light. Felt pretty sorry for Andrea. She wasn't a weak willed woman no matter what the others thought.
Before you get this book, be aware that it is intense, a bit dark, and spicy! Stefano is part of a mafia family, so violence is second nature to him. He is determined that the darkness inside him will not touch Andrea, who is his brother's sister-in-law. She has been in love with Stephano for a while, but now she is being pursued by another man. I enjoyed this book. It has a great plot that will keep you hooked until the end.

This is a fast paced book. The FMC is being ignored by the MMC since he thinks she should be in this life. Then she is kidnapped. I loved that we get to see him go dark and basically burn his world down to get her back. Good thing she already wanted him since she will not be allowed to go anywhere else ever without him. A plus for this couple
Andrea juat wanted to be seen and loved by Stefano but he pushed her away and that lead to her trying to find a connection else where only tocend up being kidnapped but will Stefano finally claim the woman hes always wanted? Well written engaging steamy desires drama action and more
We are drawn into the lives of Stefano and Andrea by the author, and their journey is filled with suspense, danger, action, his obsession with her, and plenty of steam, romance, and passion.
