I read "Population ZED: It is a Zombie Invasion! And It Is an Alien Real Estate Deal." By Clint Stryker. I could not put it down, but I had to take a break to deal with my kids and life. I was hooked from the first page. The idea of a mix of undead chaos and strange alien plotting was new and very funny. The pace made it hard for me to stop turning the pages, and every twist made me want to see what would happen next.

What I liked most about the book was the tone. Stryker is great at mixing humor and tension, which makes the darker parts feel light. You really care about what happens to the characters because they are so flawed. After you read the book, you will remember the surprising events, the funny lines, and the decisive moments of silence. Clever worldbuilding uses an insane alien real estate theme to set it apart from other zombie stories and avoid lengthy explanations. The story keeps going with exciting action scenes and characters that grow a lot. This story has heart, humor, and chaos, and it crosses genres.
