Be Sure What You Believe: The Christian Faith Simply Explained

Rate this book
In the nineteenth century it was not unusual for pastors to produce "manuals" of doctrine for the edification of their flocks. Be Sure What You Believe is in that tradition, The great doctrines of the Bible are discussed with pastoral concern, and are presented with a minimum of academic language. This book can be given to Christians who desire to grow in understanding the teaching of the scriptures, and to seekers as well. Of the first edition, Erroll Hulse said, "This is a first rate book because it explains in an easy to read, flowing style, the foundational truths of Christianity. Joe Nesom is thoroughly biblical and meets hard questions without flinching."
