Idk this one just didn’t settle right with me, I’m kinda unsure of what the Widowmayker is and why it ties back to these stories. Bianca and Antonia’s had a weird dynamic that would’ve benefitted from maybe more cute flash backs or something. Getting involved with Katrelle was insanity but I guess Bianca needed that push. This felt like it wasn’t fully put together. I’m ending this read with more questions than answers and trying to figure out how it all ties together. Either way after 1 full length story and 2 novellas I feel like I should have a better understanding of Niceville shores, of the people, the community ect but I really don’t.

3.5 🌟! We needed more time with Bianca and Antonias
In this novella, we pick up where the shooting at the restaurant followed Antonias’ proposal. First off, Bianca, I was pissed for you! Like, I get shot being outside with the new man?! And Antonias knew he was wrong, wanting Bianca at his house while he was engaged. Their close proximity and working through their traumas, I feel, should’ve been explored in a longer story, as some parts felt rushed, particularly the introduction of Kwame and Adrian’s potential love story. I think it took away from Bianca and Antonias’. I am curious about this ending with Katrelle and what’s her motive outside of betrayal. Overall, a decent story, but I wish we had focused more on the main couple and given them more time.

My jaw dropped when Antonias made that move at the party! Sir, I get you mad at Bianca, but to do that!!! 🤯 Ughhhh….. then ish hits the fan, making things more complicated as ever!
Bianca is in her feelings big time, when Antonias does the unthinkable. How could he? Well, you need to pull up yo big girl panties and realize that you did this ma’am by not taking him seriously all this time. Did you think he would wait for you forever? 👀 Then all hell breaks loose, and her life changes in an instant.
Antonias immediately realizes his error, and his hasty decision, when he jumps in headfirst to aid Bianca in her healing. It is then that she sees the man that he has been trying to show her the entire time. So, now is the time to fight for love.
It was heartbreaking learning of what Antonias endured as a child, and how the feelings for his parents have kept him bound all these years. Now, Kwame…. What is up with you girl? Who you baby daddy? 🤣 Why is it so hush, hush? That ending! What????? 😮😤 How you allow Katrelle to get a one up on you Antonius damn! 😡 I bet he come out on top tho! Looking forward to the next installment.

Bianca messed around and let another woman take her candy. Now she’s in the fight of her life, not only for herself but for the love of her life, Antonias.
If I were Antonias, I would have left Bianca in the dust a long time ago, but I guess when you know who your person is, you can’t shake that feeling. Couple that with a life-changing moment, and it was solidified... Bianca was his.
In the previous stories, we learned about the history of the FMCs, and I like how this novella gives us the MMC's history. We really get to know who and what shaped Antonias, and at this point, he’s my favorite. When the little kerfuffle was happening and he said “I’on give a fuck what you talkin’ ‘bout, nigga! This my shit!”, I thought, yep, I’m in love because we know how the Bell’s get down and he didn’t give a damn.
This is an interconnected novella, so reading them in order is a must but you’ll enjoy the ride.

Can't quite put my finger on it but something about Antonias and Biancas story didn't click for me.
There is an agreement between Antonias and Katrelle that's mentioned often, and there are no details in regard to what the terms are. We don't get many interactions between the two to really understand their dynamic before the incident. Then Bianca has consistently turned down Antonias and it's not mentioned why, so IMO the jealousy and heartbreak seemed childish.
Overall, I liked revisiting Niceville Shores with everyone but left with more questions

(3.5⭐️) Antonias & Bianca were almost a missed connection because she was playing games for so long & flat out told this man she didn’t want to be with him. But then looked stuck on stupid when he “moved on”. At any rate they couldn’t fight their intense connection. I loved how Antonias cared for her in the aftermath of what she experienced, and my heart went out to her. I also appreciated seeing Antonias confront his past, so that it wouldn’t affect his relationship with Bianca. I had some unanswered questions about he and Katrelle’s relationship and my hope is that it’ll be revealed in the next book. I’m also curious about Kwamé’s baby daddy & why she’s keeping it so tight lipped. Ends on a cliffhanger!

M. Monique outdid herself!
I LOVED this for the great novella that it was, but also for personal reasons. I don’t often times like novellas because they seem way too fast paced to give you a proper beginning climax and ending, but M. Monique has mastered doing it and even though I’m side eying the cliff hangers at the end of these novellas, I also like that we are still getting the end of the love story for the two people the book is focused on. Don’t leave us waiting too long for the next one please!

No they finally got it together in the book... Is sad that a Dick of tragedy but beautiful get together. Bianca fighting her demons, but Antonoias was fighting his own, them working through it together made it worth it. I knew katraell ass was devious and evil as fuck and u need her to be deaded...immediately, so wondering if that's gone happen in the next book. Can't wait to see kwamé and Adrian love story cause that ninja already claimed her whether she known it or not

Tomorrow isn’t promised and love is always a gift to you forever. Rejection will have you feeling the same disappointment that you felt when the people who supposed to have unconditionally love you tossed you off as a left over meal instead of legacy.
Holding on to past hurts will make you lose opportunities within your future. Forgiveness is for you to move forward in life but not forgetting however freeing yourself to accept your past too receive a blessing meant for you.

Kentrelle is evil & bitter. I sure Antonias handled her.
Antonias & Bianca was so cute. Bianca was wrong for playing Antonias & then only wanting him when seeing him propose to another woman. I’m glad she got that together. My heart broke for her after the shooting. My heart broke for the little boy that was abused by his biological parents. I’m happy both Antonias & Bianca are on their healing journey.
Let talk about Kwame. I love her character so much. Ride or die for the ppl she love. Her giving Bianca a chance at motherhood 🥺 Adrian need to lock her down lol

From heartbreak to healing, M Monique shows how sometimes it takes losing everything to realize what your heart’s been wanting all along. Beautifully emotional, grown, and dramatic in the best way — she did not miss with this one 👏🏾

This story really gave good push and pull second chance vibes. It starts off with good action but still keeps the reader engaged throughout the story. I’m glad the FMC got out of her own way and got her man. There were so many intimate moments and I loved how Antonia’s nursed Bianca back to health.
I’m so excited for the next story and I would recommend this one as well! 💖

certified greatness
Antonais is did not come off as the certified lunatic that he was in the previous books. He was behind Bianca 100% and all he ever thought about was her well being. The love he had for that girl was just over the top. Katrelle, I hope he gets her. She deserves whatever is coming her way.

I loved reading this well written story. With interesting, likeable characters. A trauma filled storyline that is full of emotions. Not only past traumas, but also new ones. I would love more from these characters.

I was with it until the sister popped up pregnant. So they took her eggs, fertilized, and implanted them without her knowledge 🤔🤔 umm yah that doesn’t sit right with me 🥴 and will there be a part two to this novella? Because the ending has me confused.
