My first Sam Raven thriller, and I really enjoyed it.
Fast-paced action usually makes it hard for me to care about the main character, but The Murder Mind by Brian Drake sneaks in enough humanizing moments early on that I was quickly pulled into the story.
The cast of characters is strong, which makes for a quick, engaging read. The ending delivers a solid conclusion to a story packed with bullets, investigation, and espionage.
