This book was a great read. Brian really delves into the science of what connects your mental health to your everyday reality, living and workspace. I am the kind of person that feels all tasks need to be completed in full at the same time. It is true what he said that the simplest thing such as clearing one night table can make you feel so accomplished. I’m going to take the strategies he talks about and use them in my every day life. This book is a must read for anyone trying to find the connection mental clarity through their personal space!
