Olivia you never fail to impress me, each book i've had the honour of reading as an ARC, i have loved. And this was no exception. Especially when I was told this was Enzo's book? I WAS SO READY
AND YOU DELIVERED.
Enzo, my man Enzo, the softie that he is, but he's a deadly man in the mafia? Seeing him through the first two books, especially with his relationship with Carina, I was ready to see what would come of his story. and boy was he obsessed. I MEAN OBSESSED.
he has loved Izzy since they were kids, and he never stopped loving her. So when he sees her, beaten up and on the verge of dying after not seeing her for many many years? You can imagine the rage he felt in that moment in time to the people who had done that to her. He was a softie, like that tiktok sound 'looks like a cinnamon roll, is a cinnamon roll' instead he is 'looks like a cinnamon roll, could kill you'. Cause he could, anyone did any of his family, his friends, HIS WOMAN, wrong? oh it was over for them.
And Izzy, my sweet Izzy. This woman, what a warrior. Having to go through what she went through in order to catch those who are involved in a s*x trafficking ring, and protect the girls who need saving? She had become one of those girls as she was afraid of all men around her. Anytime someone new came into the penthouse when she was safe with Enzo, my girl would break, flashbacks of what happened to her coming in full force. I wanted to give her a cuddle. My girl deserved the world.
And she did get it, eventually. With the boy she had always loved, Enzo. Ugh I loved this book.
And the cameos from the others? Kai and Tess, UGH STOP HER PREGNANCY I WAS SO HAPPY SEEING THIS MORE. Carina and Nate? I was being FED with my favourite people being cameoed throughout this book. This found family is one of my faves, the dynamic? humour? overall just amazing.
Please be aware though, this book mentions subjects such as: drug & weapon involved S.A (not done by the MMC), PTSD, panic attacks, graphic torture, pregnancy loss and others- so please, be wary of reading this if any of this affects you. Your health matters <3

Izzy and Enzo. You truly cannot get any better than these two. They grew up with each other, but lost touch. But they were never far away, always in one another’s heart. It wasn’t until Izzy was beaten almost to death by her husband and his friends, that she ended up on Enzo’s doorstep. And when he found her, he vowed to make those pay that harmed her.
Enzo was a bada**. And I loved how he picked up like there was no time lost between them. He immediately went into protective mode. The shift from friends to lovers was so quick, but it felt so right. So natural. And Izzy was a strong woman in her own right. She went into something that was both emotionally and physically awful. But she stayed strong and persevered.
I absolutely love both of them for the people they are and the people they are together. This book was great. And this is the first time I’ve read this author. Even though it could be read as a standalone, I’m going back to get caught up and then move forward.
I was given the opportunity to read this as an ARC, and I’m glad because I loved this

Oh my goodness!! This book was EVERYTHING!
It had mafia men, it had a possessive mmc, it had a bad ass FMC, it had passionate love and devastating loss. The ups were really high and the down were extremely low, I even shed a tear.
The tension between Enzo and Izzy made this book addicting but the storyline is what kept this book intense and ultimately unputdownable.
I loved that Izzy was such a fierce female but also showed her vulnerable side and made her that more relatable. She wasn’t a FMC that had to remind you over and over how much she didn’t need Enzo but her actions definitely showed it. It’s not her fault but she was getting on my nerves by the amount of time she was kidnapped lol.
Enzo was the perfect mix of possessive and powerful yet still had an edge of weakness for the woman he loves. You can absolutely feel the love he has for her just jumping off the pages and the devastation he felt with each and every turn of events as they took place.

I particularly liked the letters at the start of each chapters that the protagonists exchanged when they were younger.
A dark romance full of action and feelings, I even cried.
A hard and raw story at times, but with a happy ending.
Run to read this book!

Okay this is my first time reading anything from Olivia Jane and I was not disappointed
This book was freaking amazing I devoured it and couldn’t put it down
The plot was easy to follow on throughout the book. The childhood to lovers trope I ate it up.
Izzy was sexually assaulted but throughout the book was strong and didn’t let it what happened claim her.
Enzo is so protective of Izzy I was swooned by it. I loved how he let her get revenge on all the men involved.
Their chemistry was explosive. Enzo was a MMC who yearns for the girl who he loved.
The ending was amazing I was giggling and kicking my feet

This book checked every box for what I love in a mafia romance. Izzy’s story hit me hard. I connected so deeply with her and truly felt the weight of her trauma. I adore a dark, protective knight type, and this book delivered that dynamic perfectly. I was gifted an ARC, and I absolutely loved every moment of it. I’ll definitely be diving into the rest of the series. Thank you for introducing me to this world, Olivia Jane!

Seriously, I don't know what Olivia Jane laces into her books because just like the first two books in the Miraculously Romantic series, I could not put this one down!
After what feels like a lifetime of waiting we finally have Enzo's story, as it was definitely worth the wait. Big bad mafia boss who tells his girl "I need my cuddles" just sums up how far gone he is for Izzy. Poor, poor Izzy. The things she suffered through this entire book is absolutely heartbreaking, and definitely got a few years from me! But she is a badass who overcomes everything through her anger and lust for revenge.
All in all, another spicy, gory and cute story from my girl Olivia 🥰🩷

Izzy is the strongest woman I have ever read about, the trauma this woman went through and to come out the other side still living is amazing. Her strength this amazing. Enzo is the best friend everyone needs. A great dark romance.

This ARC saved me from a reading slump. I'm so thankful for Olivia for writing this. I was so excited for Enzo's book and I'm so happy it met my expectations.
I love childhood friends to lovers trope. It's my favorite so this is an easy read for me.
I love the writing. Easy to understand. Doesn't overly exaggerate or overly descriptive.
Plot is great. I love it😁 the story develops nicely and there's no filler scenes or chapters which I love.
The characters?👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 love them all.
Izzy is such a strong character and easy to love her.
Enzo😍😍😍 has my heart ❤️ easily my favorite character in the series. What a man🫶🏻👏🏻✨

This is the third book within the Murderously Romantic series and I really enjoyed it. It's another amazing story I was hooked from the beginning to end and you will not be disappointed.
The FMC Izzy is a strong female who has a hidden agenda and mission to carry out for a greater cause.
The MMC Enzo is the son of a mafia boss and has a strong possessive and dominant exterior in which people fear and instantly obey his orders.
I thought that it was beautifully written in dual POV's and flows effortlessly from chapter to chapter creating such an enjoyable story packed with drama, trauma and passion. I loved the plot the mixture of tension, dark themes and desires are brilliantly portrayed throughout. The developing relationship, trust and devotion to each other was truly amazing to read.
I would HIGHLY recommend this series!
Olivia Jane is an instant buy her books pack a punch and I love them.
I am so glad to have discovered her, and I'm so excited to read more from her.

This felt like such a fresh twist on Mafia Romance — a MMC who isn’t scared to openly love his childhood best friend his entire life, paired with one of the strongest FMCs I’ve read in a while. Izzy has survived the unimaginable and still finds her power again… I was in awe.
Olivia Jane, you’ve officially converted me into a die-hard fan of this series AND of your writing. 🙌

This felt like such a fresh twist on Mafia Romance — a MMC who isn’t scared to openly love his childhood best friend his entire life, paired with one of the strongest FMCs I’ve read in a while. Izzy has survived the unimaginable and still finds her power again… I was in awe.
Olivia Jane, you’ve officially converted me into a die-hard fan of this series AND of your writing. 🙌

This whole series is absolutely amazing!!! @oliviajanewrites has managed to create an amazing, slightly murderous family that I totally want to be a part of!!!
The focus of book 3 is Enzo who we have met in the previous books and his childhood sweet heart Izzy and it was so good. As with the other books there are some really heavy themes but this story still has all the dark rom-com vibes.
The story between Enzo and Izzy is exactly what you want from childhood sweethearts- loads of sweet back story; heaps and tension and angst as they work it all out. All while Enzo is determined to protect Izzy and help her achieve revenge.
I totally recommend this whole series and now I am desperate for the next in the series!!!

Olivia Jane has won over my heart and soul with this series!
The Way I Love Her follows Enzo, son of the Massiomo Russo, head of the NY mafia family and Izzy (Isolde), childhood bestfriend and love of Enzos life, trained for far more then what he knows, and It has become my favourite in this series.
My heart bled for Izzy throughout this book, she has been through so much, and her hurt and vulnerability was laid out and i was right there with her.. She came out stronger with Enzo right there by her side.
Enzo is such a gentle soul and loves his cuddles when it comes to Izzy, it's so different in contrast to being mafia ans i devoured that! He is such a strong presence and does not risk anything when it comes to her safety. I loved his character depth and his openness.
The plot is intriguing, captivating with dark twists and turns which I really enjoyed.
I loved Enzo and his father's relationship, it's unique given their lifestyle in the best way.
Olivia adds something before every chapter in her books, and this one is so special.

Amazing. Fabulous. So, so good.
I loved every minute of this book, from the first page to the last. Enzo and Izzy are absolute perfection. Izzy is strong, badass, and unapologetic, and I loved everything about her character. Enzo would burn the world down for her, even when they’re “just friends.”
The story is compelling and keeps you engaged the entire way through. I laughed, I cried, and I absolutely fist-bumped my way through more than one scene. This works beautifully as a standalone. I never felt lost despite not having read the first two books. That said, they’ve officially moved to the top of my 2026 TBR.

i would say a 2.5 instead of a 5. i feel like i didn't know too much about these characters, but to be fair it is the third book and i should've read the other ones.
in my opinion, i feel like it is weird that they weren't in contact for 25 years, yet as soon as they see each other they fall in love instantly.... they knew nothing about each other, especially since they were best friends when they were children 💀

Loved this book. Izzy really could not catch a break but she was so strong and amazing how she fought through everything to get her HEA. I loved how Izzy and Enzo were meant to be and never moved on from each other. The angst was angsty but the spice was also spicing. Such a good book! I haven’t read the other two in the series (interconnected standalone) but I definitely want to now.

I think we've all had that first crush who was our friend and unfortunately most of us don't do anything about it. Izzy and Enzo definitely don't.
Then over a decade after he leaves and stops writing back, Izzy shows up bruised and beaten needing a hand.
Together they fight, love and shed blood.
Such a good, easy read that keeps you hanging. I highly recommend reading.

Izzy and Enzo are love goals. I love a good mafia romance and this book had me from the start. The childhood love story, the tragedy and horror, and still love wins with a happily ever after. Such a good read with characters I rooted for every step of the way.

Deliciously dark and well written. I love a dark mafia book. It keeps you engaged and wanting to keep going. Don’t miss out on this one!!!
