Celeste died. Had a terrible car accident on her way to an interview. Her body was severely damaged beyond repair. So of course, her soul ascended into the heavens for processing where she met the angel Ezekiel on his first day on the guardian angel job.

Well, Celeste wasn’t ready to die. She wasn’t ready to give up her mortal life and journey for success on earth. She utilized her free will to escape this angel who wears nothing but a modesty cloud and descended back to earth where her body was already processed in the morgue. What a shock she gave them coming back to herself. Miracle!

Ezekiel knew souls were not meant to return to earth once marked by death. He had to find a way to get her back and processed but things never go as planned - he quickly learns how far will he go, not for correcting his mistake but for a mere human.

This book as all the banter and will make you laugh until tears are slipping down your face!

Heaven Break was such a refreshing and enjoyable read. The storyline felt incredibly unique while still being easy to follow, which made it effortless to get lost in the story. The character development was strong and well-paced, and the chemistry between the two main characters was truly undeniable. You could feel it in every interaction.
This book managed to be humorous, nerve-wracking, and heartwarming all at once. Paige’s writing is beautiful and engaging, striking the perfect balance between emotional depth and lighthearted moments. Overall, Heaven Break was very well written and left me smiling long after I finished.

I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun, refreshing take on a standard contemporary romance.

Unique and Out Of This World

Paige Mohr writes another truly unique, hilarious, romantic story about a grumpy angel mmc who encounters a college student fmc when she dies, goes to heaven, and lives on to tell about it. This is their novel tale of growth, funny missteps, and true love between an unlikely pair from totally different worlds, yet become destined for a steamy, everlasting HEA.

What a fun story! I haven’t laughed this much in a long time! I loved the banter and teasing between brothers and I loved Celeste’s parents. So much love. So much support. And the love story? Perfect! I love baddie FMC . And we all need hot angel in our life!

You’re in for a great romance … the banter is great, all thing you would not expect, and has amazing side characters as well. Celeste, the FMC gives Ezekiel trouble at his new job. And oh yeah, he’s an ANGEL. There are unexpected emotions and the perfect ending.
