Hadena graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in European History with minors in German and Russian studies. She has always wanted to be a writer so she also took several classes in creative writing.
Hadena’s primary literary genre is action/thriller. She currently writes two series, both use action/thriller. “The Brenna Strachan Series” uses fantasy and the “Dreams & Reality Series” uses murder mystery as its secondary genre. When she isn’t busy writing or running her business, Hadena enjoys playing in a steel-tip dart league. She also loves to travel throughout North America and Europe. Her favorite cities are Chicago, Illinois and Berlin, Germany. She is an avid reader, reading everything from the classics like Jane Austen to modern writers like Terry Pratchett. One of her all-time favorite books is “Good Omens” by Neil Gaimen and Terry Pratchett. Love this author
The concept behind these books kept me tapping the pages non-stop until both books became serially done. I love this author's style and intend to read much more of her work.
I don't know what to say of the books. Captivating is one adjective, for sure. Mental illness is personal for me, so maybe they resonate strongly for that reason, but I'm not a sociopath or psychopath. I am, however, wicked smart, and appreciate Ace for her genius. The rest of the team works so well together that reading about gruesome murder done by serial killers is realistic and fast paced.

Loved, and I mean ABSOLUTELY loved both of these books. I like a book I can't put down and BOTH of these had me gripped from the start. Big, no... HUGE fan of both the VCU and the SCTU, I love ALL the characters, especially Ace and Malachi and have a huge soft spot for Lucas. Need more of these books in my life, if only Hadena could write/type/publish etc sooner!!! More... More!!!!
