The absolute journey through heartbreak and healing this book takes you on! After reading the first one I was not expecting this! This one is so emotional!

The healing and personal growth Makenna had to do was intense! and the ripple affected hot on their friend group!! Then there was Blaire! Poor Blaire! He got caught in the middle, fell hard and left to drop on his own!

Loved it! This one was a little spicier than Kidnapped and captivated. Which I thoroughly enjoyed as well. There also seemed to be more depth to these characters. I just couldn’t put the book down. I also loved the back and forth first person accounting of each chapter. I was always looking forward to the follow-up.
