Jean Kerr was an American author and playwright, best known for her humorous bestseller, Please Don't Eat the Daisies, and the plays King of Hearts and Mary, Mary. She was married to drama critic Walter Kerr and was the mother of six children.
I really enjoyed that. The interplay between the characters would be fun to work with on stage. I really wasn't sure how it was going to turnout. What's even better is that I didn't even know how I wanted it to. The ending is satisfying but leaves an intriguing ambiguity.
I thoroughly enjoyed this. Simple set. Few characters, but characters that are easier to picture and imagine. I'm throwing this on my list of shows I want to direct.
