Common Cents: 12 Money Lessons You Should Have Learned in School

Rate this book
The book is a passport that will take you through many important financial topics, such as banking, credit, mortgages, investments, retirement, even insurance and estate planning among other things. With this one book as your guide, you are linked to resources that will expand on each topic you visit.

While the book itself is a great resource, the website is the real launch pad. From the website you get direct access to all of the resources I mention in the book, as well as LOTS of bonus content. On the site you can access the free education portal where you can read my personal blog, ask your questions, read the articles I’m reading, check out the lectures I give my students, and even take the same tests.

If you are looking for a road map to financial freedom, this is it. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. Remember, life will give you what you demand of it, so demand more. All it takes is a little common sense.

Everyone in Canada, needs to read this. As Mark highlights what needs to be addressed in our education, financial knowledge, not how much rain falls in Brazil. I enjoyed this book, and will pass it along to many others.
