A complete second chance romance series from bestselling author Abby Millsaps. This digital box set includes So Wrong, So Real, So Rare, So Right, and three brand new bonus scenes featuring Hunter and her guys. No wrong moves.
I’ve clung to those three words for years as I’ve tried to navigate more loss and heartbreak than any one person should experience in a lifetime. Amongst all the uncertainly, there’s one thing I know for I choose them.
Greedy—my first love and deepest heartbreak. Levi—my not-so-fake boyfriend and personal ray of sunshine. Spence—my dominating, steadfast lover. Sione—my soul match and saving grace.
When I see the way the guys look at me—and in some cases, the way they look at each other—I know that what we share is rare. Ours is a love worth fighting for. A love worth staying for. A love I’ll cherish for my entire life.
As long as I make it out alive.
Internal demons and external forces threaten to unravel everything I’ve fought when the five of us find ourselves back in Lake Chapel. But I refuse to give in to the darkness of my PMDD or the nefarious plans of my narcissistic mother.
This is it.
I’m ready to claim the happily ever after I deserve with all four of my men by my side. I just have to convince them to go along with my plan and hope like hell that my mother leaves us alone once and for all.
THIS BOX SET INCLUDES OVER 1200 PAGES OF BINGE-WORTHY ROMANCE THAT CONCLUDES WITH AN EPIC HEA FOR HUNTER AND HER MEN. THE BOYS OF SOUTH CHAPEL BOX SET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING So WrongSo RealSo RareSo RightPlus three brand new bonus scenes
Abby Millsaps is an author and storyteller who's been obsessed with writing romance since middle school. In eighth grade, she failed to qualify for the Power of the Pen State Championships because all her submissions contained the same theme: young people falling in love. #LookAtHerNow
She's best known for writing unapologetically angsty romance that causes emotional damage for her readers. Abby prides herself in writing authentic characters while weaving mental health, chronic illness, and neurodiverse representation into the fabric of her stories.
Abby met her husband at a house party the summer before her freshman year of college. He had a secret pizza stashed in the trunk of his car that he was saving for a midnight snack—how was she supposed to resist that level of golden retriever energy and preparedness? When Abby isn't writing, she's reading, traveling, and raising her three daughters.
This is a complete four book series which covers the entire story between Hunter and her boys, as well as brand new bonus scenes.
In book 1, **So Wrong**, we meet Hunter in a back and forth between the present and a summer 3 years ago. In the past, we see how she falls in love with Greedy and spends a blissful summer with him and his best friend, Levi, until it all comes crashing down and ends with her disappearing to London, just before they’re supposed to start university. In the present, Hunter is back in town, living in Greedy’s house, but avoiding him as much as possible. When Levi ends up back home after a major sports injury, Hunter and Greedy convince him to move in with them, with Hunter pretending that she’s Levi’s girlfriend in order to get him away from his mother. When their fake relationship begins to feel like more, Hunter finds herself torn between following her heart, and trying to avoid hurting Greedy more than she already has. Then they get a surprise visit from a British man who clearly knows Hunter well, and reveals a secret Hunter had hoped Greedy would never learn.
In books 2 & 3, **So Real** and **So Rare**, we get to know Spence and Sione, the two men Hunter shared her life with while she was in Europe. Both of them so different in their dynamics with her, they were able to offer her something that she desperately needed in the time she was away, but neither was able to stop her from running. As they try to figure out a way to co-exist, both within the dymanic of the cohort, and their individual relationships with Hunter and each other, they find themselves having to fight external forces, in the shape of her mother.
Book 4, **So Right** concludes the story with the cohort working together to take down Hunter’s mother. As they learn more about how Magnolia’s treatment has gone from neglect to full on abuse, they realize that she will never give up, and the only way for Hunter to be free is to remove her permanently.
I received an early copy of this book from Valentine PR and absolutely loved it. I’m a sucker for a reverse harem and Abby Millshaps is a mastermind in that respect. I love how authentically she wrote every character, never sensationalizing their situations, and the multi-POV allowed to not only understand what everyone is feeling, but also understand their motivations behind every action. The timeline hops gave us just enough to understand the backstory, but also enables readers to truly see how each man gave Hunter exactly what she needed at every moment, and as much as I hated that she left Greedy in book 1, it became clear that they never would have become what the other needed if she hadn’t.
Book 1: I’m hooked. Normally teenage drama isn’t a trope I’m into but I’m reading this as part of a box set and I know I’ll enjoy the series as a whole so I’m trusting the process. These three hurt my heart. So much history and pain. Add in a narcissistic mother and it’s heartbreaking. Looking forward to diving into the next one straight away.
Book 2: I love the direction this series is heading. Watching the guys interact is highly amusing and seeing the unique relationship that Hunter has with each of them is really interesting. They each fill a need and Hunter does the same for each of them. Can’t wait to start the next one immediately with that cliffhanger.
Book 3: This was a wild ride! Bombshells dropping all over the place and I enjoyed every minute. I’m loving the sexual awakenings happening, the confidence building and how everyone is finding their place in the dynamic. There’s drama, there’s spice, there’s love, it’s by no means a masterpiece but I’m thoroughly enjoying it. I’m also enjoying (although that feels like the wrong word) seeing Hunter’s struggles and her dedication to trying to find herself. Ready to dive straight into book 4 now.
Book 4: This was a lovely end to the series. It was easy to read, had a nice happy ending, had enough drama happening to keep me engaged and I loved watching the relationship between the group evolve. They were all different and brought something different to the table so the dynamic was overall just really lovely. Hot, of course, but also just lovely. They were determined to be a team and it showed.
Boys of South Chapel completely wrecked me in the best way and then put the pieces back together again. This complete series includes So Wrong, So Real, So Right, and So Rare, plus bonus scenes at the end, and I devoured every page. These books are tragic, thrilling, emotional, and incredibly spicy. I was hooked from the very first book.
The story follows Hunter and unfolds through her relationships with Greedy, Spence, Levi, and Si, told through flashbacks and multiple perspectives as everything slowly pieces itself together. The structure worked so well. Every new layer added depth and heartbreak (and eventually healing), and I loved how the final book shifts into the present tense. It made everything hit harder and feel more intense.
I’ll be honest, I’m usually not a fan of books centered around high school characters (they started this age in the flashbacks), but these were so well written that it didn’t matter. The emotions felt raw and real, the relationships were messy and complicated, and I couldn’t stop reading because I needed to know how it all connected. Abby Millsaps did an incredible job balancing darkness, romance, and tension in a way that kept me wanting more.
This series will undoubtedly stay with me for long after I finished. If you like emotionally heavy, spicy, layered stories that slowly unravel and punch you right in the heart, this one is absolutely worth the read.
Thank you Abby Millsaps and Valentine PR for the e-ARC. All opinions are my own.
3.75⭐3🌶️ POV First Person Definitely happy I got to read this all at once, because those cliff hangers are brutal. It's angsty, messy, a bit chaotic, and at times you won't like the MCs (mainly the FMC and British MMC). I would've been happy with just the first two MMCs with the FMC. Or you know, they should stick together and the two European MMCs can have her. There are some heavy themes, so please check tw before reading.
So Wrong 4⭐3🌶️ Hunter, Greedy, and Levi. Dual timeline. The emotions in this story, woooh. 💔❤️🩹 So many shity parents. Seriously! That's how it seriously ends?! Wow. That's a cliff hanger. Thank f@!k I'm reading it after the whole series in done.
So Real 3.5⭐3🌶️ Hunter, Greedy, Levi, and Kabir. Dual timeline. Much heavier than the first one. Kabir- well. He's a lot. Seems like a bit of a 🚩 Must be ok with Dom/sub with degradation. Of course another cliff hanger.
So Rare 3.5⭐3🌶️ Hunter, Greedy, Levi, Kabir, and Sione. Dual timeline. Wow. Her mom is even more vile than you first think. Sione is very woo woo. I'm loving Greedy and Levi together.
So Right 3⭐3🌶️ Hunter, Greedy, Levi, Kabir, and Sione. Personally I felt a disconnect with this one. I didn't feel to connection between the MCs during spicy times. The added bonus scenes didn't add anything for me/the story. They obviously get their HEA, both amoung themselves and regarding Hunter's mother.
Boys of Chapel is dark, addictive, and unapologetically intense. Abby Millsaps delivers a story that pulls you into a world where power, loyalty, and obsession blur the lines between right and wrong—and once you’re in, there’s no escaping it.
The characters are layered, morally gray, and deeply compelling. The boys of Chapel aren’t meant to be heroes, and that’s exactly what makes them so captivating. The tension simmers from page one, building into a story that’s equal parts seductive and unsettling. Every interaction feels charged, every secret feels dangerous, and the emotional pull is relentless.
What truly stands out is the atmosphere—gritty, dark, and immersive. Millsaps writes with confidence, creating a world that feels raw and real, even when it’s uncomfortable. This book doesn’t shy away from difficult themes, and it rewards readers who love dark romance with depth, edge, and intensity.
If you enjoy dark romance with flawed characters, high stakes, and a story that keeps you thinking long after the last page, Boys of Chapel is a must-read. Abby Millsaps knows exactly how to hook her readers—and she does not let go.
Boys of South Chapel is the complete four-book series—So Wrong, So Real, So Rare, and So Right—all in one box set, plus three brand-new bonus scenes that I absolutely loved! I devoured this series in just two days. Rereading it was a total emotional rollercoaster—heartbreaking, heartwarming, and full of intense moments. The series is packed with drama, suspense, emotion, and plenty of spice that kept me completely hooked.
Hunter and her four men—Greedy, Levi, Spence, and Sione—share a messy, passionate, unforgettable love. Their dynamics are addictive, and the story builds to a satisfying, epic HEA.
These were my first books by Abby Millsaps, and her writing instantly made her one of my favorite authors. If you love intense romance with complex relationships, this series is binge-worthy from start to finish!
Thank you to Abby Millsaps for the ARC. All opinions are my own.
I love Hunter so much - her story is so heartbreaking but her strength is indescribable. With each book in this series you meet another person from her past and how they all work to help her heal and give her even more strength, to help her fight her battles. I love all the guys so much, they are all so different but you can tell how each of them holds a piece of Hunter's heart. I hope this isn't the last we see of South Chapel (and Lake Chapel)!
Thank you Valentine PR and Abby for this ARC opportunity!
This book was the messiest read ever but in the best way possible! The individual chemistry as well as the interconnected chemistry was off the charts! Each book was action packed with emotions, spice and drama. An absolute adventure reading this series. A definite must read!
Four books in one place! This series has heart breaking moments, fierce protection, lots of spicy moments with her guys and without her. They all share an equal love for each other. Wasn’t an easy road but it was one with taking.
This series has absolutely consumed my life over the last few days, I adored these books and these characters so much and I definitely need to pick up other books by this author asap. This series was a wild ride and I truly wish I could read this again for the first time.
