Losing family members is never easy for anybody… especially Bronx. The only thing on her mind was getting revenge for Ronnie, Dean, and Gray. Grief has turned her heart cold and into a person her husband and kids can’t recognize. With her marriage on the line, Bronx must choose between the streets or her family.
Now that Pierre has taken on the role of a single father, he started to resent his wife more. Pierre knew that things would be tough between them, but he never expected it to be like this. Their marriage soon starts to fall apart when Pierre finds out about Bronx reconnecting with an old friend. Her long nights in the streets and reckless behavior have pushed him in the arms of another woman.
Not only does Pierre have to worry about his relationship with his wife, but he’s also losing his sister as well. Pierre and Penelope’s relationship is put to the test when she confesses her hatred towards Bronx. Will this be the end of Pierre and Bronx, or will their love be strong enough to keep them together?
Great ending to this series. It was well written, flowed well and kept my attention. Lies, betrayals, killing and lots of baby making occurred throughout this book. But in the end, the families were close and cared for each other. I absolutely enjoyed this book.
