The co-founder and CEO of Tough Mudder, Will Dean, visits the Audible Studios to discuss his new book It Takes a Tribe, which provides a staggering inside look into the growth of his global movement.

Born in Sheffield, Will completed a BA in Economics and Politics at Brighton University and worked as a counter-terrorism officer for the UK Foreign Office before moving to the US to do an MBA at Harvard Business School in 2007.

During his time there, Will approached friend and business partner Guy Livingstone with a new idea, and together they co-created the concept of Tough Mudder. The groundbreaking entrepreneur delves into what spurred him to create Tough Mudder, how the outrageous obstacles are formed and what's next in his ever-expanding brand.

Robin Morgan-Bentley was born and grew up in London. After studying Modern and Medieval Languages at Cambridge University, he went on to work for Google before moving to Audible, where he has been working since 2014.

His debut thriller, The Wreckage, was nominated for the CWA Dagger John Creasey New Blood Award, the CrimeFest Specsavers Debut Crime Award and Capital Crime’s Debut Book of the Year Award. His next thriller, The Guest House, will be released in September 2022.

Robin lives in Buckinghamshire with his husband and son.
