When the Berlin Wall fell, American agents helped Stasi agents enter the USA with new identities and were spread out within the country. Now they are missing, and an ex-Congressman and his grandson, a newly elected Congressman, are involved in an attempt to hide the Congressman's true background. Mick Murphy and his ex-Govt Agent friend Norm become involved when friend and smuggler Pauly hides the body of a gov't official who is the grandfather of his girlfriend in Murphy's outdoor cooler. A doctor friend of Murphy's draws blood, and Norm takes it to a off-the-books government lab to be tested. Poison is found in the blood, and that knowledge begins a misadventure of surprises and mayhem involving numerous agencies and agents, all searching for the truth and the missing body. The list of misadventures and accusations rolls through the quiet island of Key West, Florida, like a hurricane.
