A River is Made holds a special place in my heart as it is written by an author local to me. He actually had an event at my Barnes & Nobel and sold every single book that was ordered for him. Fazal Moneer Adil is one of the nicest people I have ever met, his book is so heartfelt and raw that I most definitely was crying while reading. While I cannot relate Fazal's story myself, I can still look into his story and discover how his life shaped him.

A wonderful memoir written by an amazing former coworker of mine! So glad we worked together even if it was only for a short time.
