This series just keeps delivering, each book better than the last.

I absolutely love this series, the humour, characters and swearing. Particularly the swearing. It isn't gratuitous, it's just spot on and perfect. This one moved at a slightly faster pace than book 4 and now I have a month long wait for the final installment.

No spoilers, but when asked for a password, it isn't ‘shipfullofc***s123.’

And again, when ArachnoBot meets up with TEDD and Nick, the exchange is just perfect: “So, who is he? What happened?”“You won’t believe this – he’s a Luddite. But I’ve convinced him we’re not all bad, so don’t fuck it up by being yourself.”“I’ve missed you. You c***.”

TEDD and company attempt to save the universe

TEDD, AracnoBot, and Sarah manage to escape the jungle but are now headed for an island where The Manager wants to nuke everything in sight. They pick up another human along the way. Right now things don't look too rosy for everyone else in the world. Mr Cheney has managed to pull off another thrill ride of a story. Enough peril to go around for all involved, including the reader. Can't wait to see how TEDD and crew save humanity from annihilation. Stay tuned, meatbags!

Excellent

I hope he keeps on writing great stories. It is wonderful to discover stories that keep me smiling and reading... No scanning! And you all may not realize what a high complement that is. I get disgusted by authors that seem to think that if they put enough blood and guts\ death and destruction theve created a story... Not!!!

Another excellent read in the series. Cheney does a fine job blending adventure, humor and even a bit of romance into these fascinating stories. I am certainly looking forward to whatever comes next.

Remote Command

This is actually fairly exciting. The crew has infiltrated the operations of the manager and found all sorts of horrible things there. Could this be the end of the world? Only the next in the series knows.

Not as good as the previous trash droid books, the humor is missing a beat.

Good

Books 5-6 were as fun and interesting as books 1-4. If you liked those ones, you'll have a fun read with those. Now waiting impatiently for book 7.

fun read

Is it Tolstoy or Dickens? Absolutely not.

But the whole Trash Droid series is an enjoyable read, with good banter between the characters.

I was almost going to ditch this series after the last book, but this one has it back on track and gives me a reason to go to book 6.
