Surviving parenthood is hard enough—try doing it when the universe keeps hitting reset.

Triana Moore thought pregnancy would be messy—but not this messy. Between malfunctioning baby simulators, her mother’s attempts to fire her (again), and a snarky “smart” house that refuses to learn her name, life on SK2 is already chaos.

Then Monday refuses to end. Literally.

Now, Triana and O’Neill are stuck reliving the same day on repeat—while her pregnancy keeps marching forward. As her belly expands and her patience wears thin, they must re-convince her charming cousin Arun, their sharp-tongued friend Vanti, and a hopelessly romantic AI that the time loop is real before the triplets make their debut in a full-blown temporal paradox.

Cosmic chaos, domestic drama, and one very pregnant heroine who just wants a nap. And probably a snack.

Pregnant with triplets, Sera Morgan (Triana) battles hunger and a time loop - 5 stars

To say that Triana was "showing" with triplets at 18 weeks would be a nice way to put it. Even the support staff murmured "wide load" when Triana was approaching. Monday morning, September 13 keep repeating with Triana falling off her bed every morning and needing help to get up. After the second September 13, Triana objected to scheduled visits with her mother and her gynecologist. Triana did not enjoy the daily repeat of getting her furniture removed, then returned, or being told that she had to take a leave of absence from her job. Even a simulation of playing with her future children grew tedious. She was accepting of her body's demand for more frequent meals.

Triana and her husband, Ty, shared meals with friends at new restaurants for upper-level people. Triana and Ty quickly realized that something was wrong with their time: what they experienced yesterday was repeated including identical physician's observations, an empty apartment when they returned home which had no furniture, only their clothing. Ty went so far as to punch a furniture mover -- uncharacteristically aggressive for the unflappable high level security manager. On more than one occasion, they had to hide until the day restarted. Vanti and Arun - friends from their past - arrived in time for dinner and conversation every day. Neither Vanti nor Arun noticed or recalled that their meeting had occurred the day before.

Ty and Triana eventually had to explain the repeating day problem which was only noticed by a few people. Triana's physician denied that she had just seen them the day before. System logs did not show evidence of repetition. Eventually one person admitted to realizing experiencing a time loop. The search for whatever caused the time loop became credible. There was some hope that the normal daily passage of time would return to normal.

I recommend that you read this humorous view of life in the future to understand how technology and humanity evolve together. One point is made that humans expect that autonomous life forms they interact with need to have a visual appearance at least part of the time. It is rude to listen in and suddenly take action without making the humans aware that an AI-like entity was in their proximity.

I got an ARC a couple weeks before the book was published, and then I got a message that the paperback was released a bit early... so now I'm late. :(. It's been almost two weeks since I got my copy, and I read it all the first couple of days I had it, and I am FINALLY getting this written. Anyway, it is a great book, even if I got a bit wrapped up with work just before the holidays, and then getting ready for the kids to travel to the new house about 500 miles away from the last one. (It's been quite the adventure for all of my family this year!)

From the "blurb" about the book: "Now, Triana and O’Neill are stuck reliving the same day on repeat" so it looks like we might be in for something like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day, or maybe Tom Cruise in "Edge of Tomorrow", and I actually see bits of each of them in this one. Probably more of the first, since this is a comedy and not a dystopian action / adventure story. Also, because this is book 6 in the second series of books with these main characters, you should generally know what to expect, character and writing quality wise, and if you don't, I highly recommend you go hunt them all down and read them in order! It's not critical to do that, but it will be well worth your time, trust me.

On the day of the story, we have several people that remember what happened the last time "today" happened, and a few other characters that get to do the same thing over and over again without realizing it. What might be repetitious is actually kind of fun for all the different ways that the basically same thing happens, and then also for the subtle differences that everyone seems to start noticing and what they all do about it.

So if you are lucky and Santa left a copy of this under the tree for you, what are you doing reading my rant?! Go read the book, RIGHT NOW! (and thank me for redirecting you when you finish.). But if not, I can whole heartedly recommend that you get a copy of this book one way or another and read it. I hope you have a wonderful time during these winter holidays (at least it's winter for me in the northern hemisphere) and that next year goes better for all of us than this one has, even if this one went fantastically well for you.

Let’s Do The Time Warp Again!!
It’s Book 6 of the Tales of a Former Space Janitor series. Triana and Ty are back on SK2 with Triana working as an Executive Assistant to her mother, the Ice Dame, and Ty as the Head of Security for the station. Monday starts off with a call from her mother, who informs her that she has been relieved of her duties, for “reasons”. A doctor’s appointment follows for Triana in regards to those “reasons”. Misadventures follow, with furniture disappearing and replaced by other furniture. A dinner date at a swanky exclusive ship with friends Vanty and Arun, that travels around the galaxy serving gourmet meals. When Triana awakes Tuesday, the house insists that it is Monday and that she has a call from her mother scheduled, and a doctor’s appointment. No amount of arguing with the house will convince it otherwise. It’s Groundhog Day!! Rinse and repeat for what must be weeks follows, and the “reasons” don’t stop growing.
Others will by now have written more elegantly about this book than I ever could. I think it is a worthy addition to the series and I enjoyed it very much. I am voluntarily leaving a review after receiving a free copy of this book. I look forward to and eagerly await Julia’s next book!

Warp, Rinse, Repeat is a wonderful continuation of a series I’ve genuinely loved from the very beginning. Each book builds on the last in a way that feels natural and rewarding, and this installment is no exception. The story once again strikes a great balance between engaging science fiction, humor, and meaningful character moments.

Triana remains an outstanding lead character. She’s intelligent, resilient, and relatable, and it’s been incredibly enjoyable watching her growth across the entire series. Her relationship with O’Neill, adds warmth and emotional depth to the story, grounding the larger sci-fi elements in real human connection. Their partnership feels authentic and is one of the highlights of the series for me.

What really sets this series apart is its consistency. The world-building, character development, and pacing have stayed strong throughout, making it easy to stay invested book after book. As someone who has enjoyed the entire series, this book felt both familiar and fresh, delivering exactly what I was hoping for while still offering new twists. Warp, Rinse, Repeat is a highly satisfying read and a well-earned five stars for a series that continues to deliver.

I enjoy every one of these books including the Christmas specials!

As an Advance Copy Reader, I am always a bit leery about what I write. Don't want people to think I rate a story higher just because I received a copy before official publication. That is why I believe that I am a bit more picky about ACR copies.

Having said that, rest assured that this is an excellent book, albeit one quite different from all the other books Ms Huni has written. The premise is not unique, but the way it was handled is innovative. I rather enjoyed her twists. You wouldn't believe how many ways you can announce a wedding and have it be new each time.

Don't want to spoil the book, and it would be easy to do on this one because of the story's repeat feature. Just trust me. I recommend the book for both the story and its handling of the plotline. It is well done.

Thank you for another excellent read.

I was just going to read a few of the opening chapters and before I knew it I was at the end. If you’ve journeyed with Triana before do take the time to see what’s happening now. A very nicely paced instalment back on SK2.
Mondays can be a bit rough but when you’re reliving the same Monday over and over you gain a different attitude. Thankfully Triana is not alone, Ty is also with her, and their fast growing triplets are causing poor clothing choices as the wardrobe contents stay the same unlike Triana’s expanding waist as the due date gets ever nearer. Help is on hand but only until the reset happens once again and Triana falls out of bed once more.
I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.

Triana and Ty have a definite Monday where a lot of little things and some big things don't go in their favor. They go to bed only to awake to a repeat of the day. They go through some common iterations of what to do when tomorrow doesn't matter -- skipping work and trying all the restaurants on the station, vacationing at the beach and her mother's apartments. Finally, they start to put together why the time loop is happening and with Ms. Huni's excellent use of Chekhov's Gun, resolve the situation. Throughout the story, we get to visit some old friends with Arun and Vanti playing important roles. I did receive an ARC, but again it is another wonderful fun story, and the relationships are what make it great.

Giggles and Grins! What fun!

What a fun Romp! Snoopy, snarky, investigative activities as usual from out intrepid heroes: Triana, Ty, Vanti and Arun. Caught like flies in a web of a repeating time loop of Monday the 13th, but in outer space! Some good does come from the frustration and situations with repeating exactly the same day over, and over, and over…. but, Triana and Ty and are caught such that the loop allows them to have differences in their day, which suggests the way to get out. I think you will find Warp, Rinse, Repeat a great new book in the Space Janitor series and a lot more fun than Groundhog Day. Maybe Monday the 13th is the new Friday the 13th !

I recieved an ARC and this is my voluntary review.
I love this series, and this book was a fun visit with old friends, and some of their friends make cameo appearances! So much fun to follow along as they negotiate the trials and tribulations not just of their pregnancy, (triplets!!!!) and a cranky house computer all while reliving the same day multiple times, and trying to figure out how to fix it, while the rest of the world is unaware of the time loop. A great read that I read in one (long) night, I just couldn't put it down. Highly recommend this author and this series.

How does Triana react when she realizes it is the same day it was yesterday? How does she convince her friends of the loop - every day? How does she find the solution, if there is one? The answers to those questions do come in time. Meanwhile, Tri and O'Neill make the best of the situation.

Why, oh why, did it have to fall on a Monday, of all days?!

This is another rollicking adventure with Sera Morgan and "Ser Morgan", with Triana and O'Neill, as they navigate time (and time again) together.

A great sci fi adventure

I don't like time travel stories, but time loops don't give me the wiggins. And Triana is awesome and funny and has a fantastic husband. Warp is low stress and great fun. Arun, Vanti, Noelle, and Helva are loveable supporting characters, although Noelle deserved more page time. The epilogue is everything wonderful (the triplets' names are revealed! And there is a surprising new character!). I admit I'm sad that this series may have ended, since Triana has become one of my favorite characters. I read Warp in KU, but I will buy it to reread.

I really enjoy this series, and it was really nice to be back with Triana and Ty ... not that the "Friends" spin-off isn't nice, they just lack something. So, I'm inclined to enjoy the story just because of the characters. I typically get tired of the time-loop trope, but this was fun. There were enough quirks to make it feel less stereotypical. Also, I did NOT see that ending coming, but it was rom-com cute. Highly recommend the book AND the series!

I was so sad when I'd finished this book!
I'm not normally one to gush... but I really, really loved this book.
I love this series anyway, but the time loop made this one particularly zing for me!
I did spend a lot of time chuckling at what I read, and hope very much that this is not the last we hear from Triana and her world. It's so lovely to be able to sit down with a book and know that it will be a happy time.

I was given a copy of this book and I really enjoyed it. It’s the latest in the tales of a Former Space Janitor and I think it’s one of the best. Trianna and Ty find themselves stuck in a time loop. Repeating the same day endlessly can be very stressful, especially if you’re pregnant with triplets.
There are numerous plot twists red herrings galore. If you like your SF with a dah of humour then this is the author for you.
Well worth reading.

Another great story in the Space Janitor series with all our great friends involved, some time and time again! A good twist to the "repeat" genre and the view from a female perspective is always worthwhile. As always with Julia's books the characters are believable and the plot twists possible making the story very readable. No spoilers here because it's well worth reading in it's entirenty.
I received this book as an ARC reader.

Another fun, easy read from Julia Huni. Ty, Triana and the yet to be born triplets find themselves in a time loop and have to figure out how to get out of it. The story moves along at a good pace and keeps you guessing as to what has caused the time loop. The repeated days are not exactly the same which keeps the story fresh. A lot of the characters from the Space Janitor series are in this story (including Noelle), which I always enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and recommend it

Loved the book, it's always good to meet Triana again, the Groundhog, time loop was amazing with a good hint to solve the Loop in first two chapters if you remember all The Space Janitor Stories, else you can enjoy with Morgan/ Moore and friends.

The book does not have humour as that of previous books so it's a more Simple Sci-fi

Another excellent book from Julia Huni!
Number 6 in the series “Tales of a former Space Janitor” following Triana and Ty who get stuck in a repeating time loop. Monday repeats over and again with a bunch of funny twists along the way. Repeating days present the opportunity to pay back one or two obnoxious acquaintances on the way….

As has been pointed out by other reviewers the premise of being locked in a repetitive time loop is not new to storytellers or movie makers. However, Julia Huni spins an enjoyably convoluted web of adventure and misadventures. As her heroine and former Space Janitor attempts to undo a Monday gone awry.
A well written tale worth reading more than just once on Boxing Day.

Great Series

From the first "Tails of a Space Janitor" I've laughed, I've cried, I've cared.
I have never regretted starting any Julia Huni book, but have always regretted having to read the words. Knowing how long it takes to craft well authored product.
Of which there are so few lately

As expected from Julia she always gives her readers what they want and expect. The only issue that you will have is not been able to stop reading until you get to the last page.

I was given a advance copy of the book, and recommend it.

Time loops are fun - unless you’re stuck in one… :)

Although, as a reader, I thoroughly enjoyed being caught in this loop with Triana and Ty. True to form, hilarity and shenanigans ensued on their quest to get to the bottom - and out of! - the loop.
