This book. Thisssss book. Guys. I’m so in love with Matteo, the MMC. He is the definition of a patient and caring guy. He is the ultimate golden retriever man, and he waited andddd waited for Nicole the FMC to let down her guard and invite him in. It was stunning. And she didn’t let him in too lightly either. The spicy scenes were.. definitely spicy, but the romantic love scenes were what got me the most. When Nicola’s walls started to crumble, that’s when the magic happened.
But on a personal note, I couldn’t have read this book at a more perfect time. The one thing I loved most was how it focused on a girl chasing her dream in a male dominated sport. Okay, she had a lot of help with being the owners daughter, but the author definitely showed us how she worked hard for what she got. Seeing a bright, feisty and passionate lady achieve her dreams (with her dream man by her side) stunning. Stunning stunning stunning.
This book is the first 5 star 2026 read for me, and thank you again to Elliana Rose for choosing me to be one of the first to read. Forever honoured.

Matteo and Nicola are so reverse grumpy x sunshine coded.
I loved how she slowly fell for him, but he loved her probably so much longer. It was so sweet how their relationship blossomed and they knew they loved each other.
It was pure sweetness and heat.
From the hints, I think its clear who book 3 is about ;)
