Enjoyed the book very much. Started the 2nd book in the series, The Mirror, and I’m sure I’ll like it as well. The interactions between Sonya and the ghosts is fun and the evil witch gives the story a real “can’t put it down” thing. The story wasn’t what I expected but it was good. The whole story line is predictable but that’s ok, it’s really in the telling of it anyway. Unfortunately the 3rd book won’t be released till late fall so I’ll have a long wait to read it.

The first book The Inheritance was really a fun book and an exciting story. It ends on a cliffhanger that makes you read The Mirror. Both of these books were very interesting, and kind of spooky at times. The last book The Seven Rings starts off great but I was a bit disappointed in the end. I think she should've given us more time to digest the finalities of each ring and how it was all solved. Still, I do recommend these and think it was a fun little series!

I enjoyed this series. I honestly got tired of Cleo’s use of son so often. I liked the interaction with the ghosts and their role in helping Sonya get rid of Hester. I hate the long periods between her books since it’s hard to remember what happened before. They follow a similar style with her previous trilogy’s, but they still entertain and you get your trials and happy endings.

You can’t read the second without first reading the first in this series. I started with the Mirror and was so
Lost I had to go back to inheritance to understand the characters and their relationship to one another. But it turned out to be a really good ghost story.

The ghosts at Poole manor have finally communicated with Sonya what they want, and she is determined to give it to them. This book closes out the trilogy and ties up all of the loose ends in a satisfying way.

This series is enthralling and entertaining. I didn’t want to put it down. Do yourself a favor and read this series!

I truly wish Nora Robert’s would add to the series following Sonya and Trey as well as Cleo and Owen!
