Rodeo season is in full effect in Miller’s Pointe and Quinn is lookin’ for competitors for Jaxson Boots to sponsor. While driving to Miller’s Pointe with her bestie to scope out the rodeo talent, she has a blowout. Lucky for her, there’s a cowboy in the right place at the right time to save the day. Titus is a former felon who has turned his life around. What was once something he use to turn his nose up at has now become a way of life for him. Titus is climbing the ranks in tie-down roping and making a name for himself on the rodeo scene. He’s headed to the Miller’s Pointe Live Stock and Rodeo to compete and, hopefully, earn a sponsorship or two. While walking Phoenix around to stretch her legs, he notices a beautiful lady with a flat tire. When he gets a closer look at her, my guy falls deep in the trenches of love and lust. “You need help with that?” And that, ladies, is the beginning of a beautiful love story. Oh, how I loved this book. Titus and Quinn’s story was insta love done right. The way these two fell head over heels for each other was so sweet and so organic. Now, when I go to the Houston Rodeo this weekend lookin’ for this same type of action and I don’t find it, we gon’ have to have a conversation. LOL!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Any who, a good time is always had when we get to pull up to Miller’s Pointe. 🤠🐎👢 But uh……. Et tu Charity?!!! No Billy siting?!!! That’s cold blooded. 😒

Riding into Love
Titus, our rough around the edges finer than fine cowboy has left the street life behind and is embracing tie roping and is damn good at it. On his way to his competition he helps Ms. Quinn change her shredded tire. Quinn just so happens to be the Director of Branding for Jaxson Boots, her families business. She signs cowboys for sponsorships and while Titus was on her radar for business, he becomes her main focus personally. Despite them having different paths in life these two didn't hesitate acting on their connection. This was a fast paced, sweet, and sexy ride between these two.
Growing up going to the rodeo when I was younger, I am familiar with most terms but I learned about mutton bustin for kids in this one and that was extra points for me. I love being introduced to new things. I also appreciated how this book seamlessly connected to the first one. And of course the rodeo elements were on 10. The cowboy hats 🤠, the fans👏🏾, the horses🐎, the boots 👢, the sheep 🐑. I enjoyed it all.

Quinn had no idea that the reason for her distraction would also be her everything. Titus and Quinn’s first interaction was very Kismet! And their love while he competed was so sweet. Take me to the rodeo baby! Titus is short and sweet but really delivered the vibes. Definitely must at first sight but delivered an unexpected level of “cute” romance. You get the perfect country rodeo, hat tipping, bar line dancing that I imagine straight out of footloose-the black version of course! Love the barbecue and carnival vibes too. It’s everything I imagine a black hoedown would be lol

Titus has been through some ish in his life, but he's on track to go straight to the top. He is doing well in his events and working hard but is looking to win big. I loved his confidence and how laid back he was. Nothing rattled him, he kept his focus and got the job done.
When he laid eyes on Quinn, he knew she was his. He loved her boss swag, and her aura just called out to him. Their connection was so easy. The chemistry, and conversations were so fluid and organic that it just made you smile. They moved with intention, no time for games. Loved it! 👍🏿👍🏿

Nice read to get out of a slump. Titus and Quinn were the perfect match from the beginning, and handled their business in and out of the rodeo. Liked the references about Beauden and Yelena, and Gideon Powers. Hopefully Lab and Rini get a story in the future because they were interesting characters.

Charity Shane always has you swooning in her cowboy stories and this one was no different. I love them dark and brooding so Titus was definitely Bae🥰, and Quinn was about her business but could have fun too!! Their love story was cute with no breaks!! Five stars as always Ms. Shane🥰

I love how they KNEW from the second they saw one another they went for it. I admire a FMC who isn’t afraid to take the lead. Her confidence was ERTHANG! I think all women would want to be this headstrong lol

We are back in Miller's Point and I'm loving every second because Big Daddy Titus did not come to play. I'm from Texas, and I love a good rodeo. While I'm partial to bull - riders Titus did his thing in the ring. It was the "I'm on you, and I'm not coming up off you" vibe he was giving Quinn that hooked me like one of those cattle. From the moment he laid eyes on Quinn it was go time. I liked that she was about her business, but she was down for whatever when it came to Titus. She wasn't judgemental about his past, she supported him almost instantly, and she was willing to do all the levels with him. I mean, Titus and Beau are cousins and we know how he put that pressure on Yelena...it's in their blood. Read this jewel ASAP, I wasn't disappointed at all. Happy Reading Y'all!💋

When Titus said “damn her face matches her body” I knew right then and there he wasn’t coming up off her. That man proceeded to apply pressure and Quinn let him. I don’t know who was more smitten with who BUT they for sure wanted each other. The attraction was strong and the energy was high.

Now Charity, you know I love when we get us a baby at the end of the book so you know that my heart was so very happy. This book has just the right amount of spice and juiciness and I love that they didn’t have any drama from outside people trying to come against their relationship. I like how well Phoenix took to Quinn and that Titus gave them the opportunity to meet and bond. I would like another book that dives deeper into their relationship with the baby, family interactions, a wedding, and maybe an update on Lab and Rini. You wrote this book Love👏🏽👏🏽🫶🏽❤️🔥🔥I’m getting ready to ready Destry’s book next.

Came out the gate swinging
4.25 stars…I loved how fast paced this was but felt fully fleshed out at the same time! Quinn and Titus def knew they wanted each other from jump and didn’t play games with getting to know each other in every way.
I also loved reading about the other interconnected characters from. Idlers Pointe and can’t wait to read their books.
I also really loved the rodeo aspect and reading about the competition part of the cowboy romance. Titus had an incredible journey to being at the top of his game. And I loved this for him. And that Quinn found meaning outside of her own abilities as heiress to the Jaxon empire.

They leave me wondering and leaving behind too many unanswered questions, but not Ms. Charity, no ma'am, she is the truth with her quick love stories. She left no crumbs at the table. Just read the dang on book and see what all the hype is about.
