Eviction Unit: A Destruction Unit Prequel

Rate this book
Kavanagh Industries owns Cork City now.

Matt runs the last family café in Pelican Bay. He's watched the old neighborhood vanish – block by block, eviction by eviction.

The city hums with a new sound. Corporate towers rise. Families disappear.

Matt thought he could keep his head down and survive.

He was wrong.

A tense prequel to DESTRUCTION UNIT – where resistance begins.

As a huge fan of the author's full length dystopian novel Destruction Unit, I was really excited to read this short prequel story and it did not disappoint! We get some cool early glimpses of characters we'll come to see much more in Destruction Unit, we get a taste of the state-sanctioned dehumanisation and brutality that will pave the way for what's to come, and we also get a tense and thrilling short story that is fully-formed in its own right.
