Fun Christmas read. Cinderella type story with humor unexpected happy ending.

A new book by Stella? I´m all in.
Regina is so adorable and innocent and sometimes I think her inner child never grew up. She also seems to be a bit naive or is she just seeing the good in people? Nevertheless when it comes to her feelings or her little business she has a tough spine. Likewise when it comes to her relationship with Nico. Even if it´s fake.
As all her MCs Nico is a possessive underboss, who was selfish at the beginning and didn´t expect to fall for a woman.
As it is a Christmas story it isn´t as dark as her other mafia books.

Γενικώς, δεν είμαι απαιτητική αναγνώστρια, γνωρίζω τι διαβάζω και για ποιον λόγο, ωστόσο το συγκεκριμένο ήταν τόσο γρήγορα γραμμένο που ένιωθα να με προσβάλει. Δεν εχω ξανασυναντησει πιο ανόητη ηρωίδα, χωρίς το παραμικρό βάθος και σκέψη που να ανταποκρίνεται σε ενήλικα.
Μια χαρα τα υλικά αγαθά, οι inflouencers που ψάχνουν για την ευκαιρία που θα τους τοποθετήσει στο πολυτελές περιβάλλον που ονειρεύονται, αλλά η συγκεκριμένη μοιάζει παντελώς εκτός τόπου και χρόνου, ανεπαρκές και επιφανειακό αναρριχητικά φυτό που αρπάζει χωρίς να υπάρχει καν το ένστικτο της αυτοσυντήρησης στην παλέτα της επιβίωσης της.
Είπαμε να γράφονται γρήγορα και χωρίς πολύ σκέψη χριστουγεννιατικες ρομαμτικές ιστορίες για να περάσουμε ευχάριστα τον χρόνο μας, αλλά οχι και να αυτολοβοτομηθούμε για να αντέξουμε το περιεχόμενο.

I didn’t give it a single star, not because I felt any obligation to soften my verdict, but because I have no desire to completely flatten it. Still, the slapdash writing and the book’s many deficiencies are more than obvious. In general I’m not a demanding reader; I know what I’m reading and why I’m reading it. Yet this particular novel felt so hastily produced that at times I almost found it insulting.
I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more foolish heroine, entirely devoid of inner life, reflection, or even the faintest trace of adult thought. Fine, yes: consumer comforts, influencers chasing the opportunity that will catapult them into the glamorous world they dream of, all that is fair game. But this protagonist seems wholly out of place and out of time, an inadequate and superficial climber, grasping at anything within reach, without even the most basic instinct of self-preservation in her supposed "survival palette."
I understand that Christmas romances are meant to be light, swiftly written, and pleasantly digestible , we read them to relax, not to engage in literary exegesis. But there is a difference between lighthearted escapism and the kind of intellectual self-lobotomy required to endure this one. A little effort would not have hurt.

So I usually avoid holiday themed books like the plague. But, well, this is Stella....I had to give it a try. This book was charming. Regina was so looking forward to going to the ball, only to be informed at the last minute her date was cancelling. What's a girl to do who's already dressed to the nines to go party? Well, go alone, of course.
The only problem is she didn't have the invitation. She was a plus one and there was no record of her. Kicked to the curb on a freezing cold night. Yikes! Enter our dark hero to the rescue.
Nico and Regina are such an adorable, unassuming couple. She is a bit naive but her strength of character is incredible. She deftly handles everything thrown at her. Even meeting the family of her new hero turned fake fiancee, the local Mafia family, for the first time.
There are breaks of comedy, and of course lots of dark talk, but the actual "dark" is pretty loose given the holiday topic. Has to be said, I loved Nico's mom. What a firecracker ❤️.
This book is also a great introduction to a new family drama to come- which I am super excited about. Definitely a great opener.

A Christmas 🔥tale🔥!
Christmas with the Mafia is a light, sexy and a bit of an attribulated read full of Holiday spirit, love (and want🥵🥵) and, perhaps, some miracles too!
Spicy and naughty and definitively on the Cinderella spectrum, Regina and Nico aren't exactly fairytale protagonists, but the Universe is about to show them there is always a way, even a crooked one! And, don't get fooled by the season...Nico is very much an obsessive, possessive mafua man that takes what he wants!
For Regina, the ball was a mirage after her date cancelled, but she wanted in and she went....alone....without invitation...
Enter Nico Rivera, the proverbial 'prince charming' on demand and with an agenda.....a devil in disguise that shows the angel the best night of her life...before he goes for the jugular..... or her hand to put a ring on it....
This was a Christmas tale in the Mafia world, where the only dark element is only the mafia setting, the rest is funny, light abd a but naive, specially Regina's character, but even so, she got around and held her own....and are we seeing another story in the making?!!!!

Stella is an awesome author and highly talented in writing mafia romance. I can’t stay away from her books , they are extremely captivating, emotionally driven, exquisitely spicy and hot and dangerously addictive…even around Christmas time. This is a devil 😈 and angel 😇 arranged coupling if you can call it that, in order to defy custom mafia rules but it’s outcome is overruled. Nico Ravera, future mafia don and oldest to four brothers is destined and promised into marriage to another devil, Desiree who’s claws are no match even to those of « Edward scissor hands ». However, an angel by the name of Regina will declaw Desiree at her best in this very explosive mafia confrontation and make it a Christmas 🎄 everyone will talk about in years to come. Love was not part of the initial equation in Nico’s plan but never underestimate the power of an angel 👼 . A definite must read with the promise of a new dynasty in the works. I’m definitely looking forward to reading Stella’s new Diamond Dynasty.

A fabulously different Xmas tale, I couldn't put down. Regina is dressed to the nines and ready to go to the ball. Shortly after he is supposed to pick her up, the boyfriend cancels but Reggie decides to go anyway. A snooty security guard and greeter decide she isn't welcome and turn her away.
Enter Nico, her Prince Charming who rescues our girl and shows her the night of her dreams. Before Reggie knows what is happening she has a ring on her finger and an invitation to spend Xmas with Nico's family where she soon discovers her Prince Charming may not be as charming as all that!!!
This is a fabulous short story for the Xmas season. Quirky, funny, full of angst, spice and banter Stella has given us another amazing read, perfect to curl up with in these busy days leading to the holidays. Regina is rescued from humiliation on the red carpet at a charity gala by Nico. He needs a fiancée urgently to meet the conditions his father has imposed on him and avoid an arranged marriage with the daughter of his father's friend. . Once he and Regina are inside he takes her to his penthouse where she is dressed and made up to look presentable as his plus one for the gala. As she takes in her plush and expensive surroundings, Regina feels overwhelmed by her good fortune at meeting Nico. He in turn sees her as his solution to his problem, persuading her accompany him to spend Christmas with his family. What Regina doesn't know is the nature of Nico's business and that his family's extreme wealth is due to their mafia connections. Very unusual to have laugh out loud moments in a mafia story.

Stella brought another captivating story giving a fairy tale theme but still staying in the Mafia realm. The main characters Nico Ravera & Regina Stone were believable and truly made you care about them through their journey from Regina having been cheated on, followed by transitioning from single to proposed fake relationship for impressing the Rivera family and getting them off Nico having to have an arranged marriage. The plot had so many twists and turns I couldn’t put the book down. Would be a perfect match for those who enjoy the mafia romance genre and a fairytale ending with a seasonal holiday feel.

Absolutely loved this story , Regina just wanted to go to the diamond gala, couldn’t wait and then to be let down at the last minute, then in steps her best friend and talks her into going anyway, before she can’t further doubt her actions , her friend has her in a taxi, and pushes her out onto the red carpet and drives off , only things start spiralling out of control please please read this book couldn’t put it down.

I loved this story very Cinderella (Regina) finds her Prince Charming (Nico) but whilst he is very charming he’s dark, moody & suspenseful. Regina seems meek & mild on the outside but she is made of stern stuff & has lots of gumption. She challenges Nico like no-one ever has & takes on the Mafia head on. She is strong & born to be a Mafia Queen for sure. I can’t wait to read more about Regina & Nico & the rest of the Rivera family.

Regina and Nico are amazing characters. Regina is having a terrible night when Nico rescues her from the cold. But the reason is not selfless he has an ulterior motive. Regina and Nico are from very different upbringings, but that does not matter eventually. Regina is stronger than Giovanni, Nico's father gives her credit for.
This book has steamy scenes with a little backstabbing from a periferal character.

I am a fan of Stella and love all her books. Although this was different to her usual books, it was a very good read.
I loved all the characters and enjoyed the storyline.
It had a twist at the end, which i never saw coming and has given me hope for new books in the coming months.
If you haven’t read any books by Stella, its a nice introduction to her and the details she goes into.
If like me you’re a fan, im sure you loved it.

Love it! I couldn't put this down. I devoured Nico and Reggie's holiday mafia romance. There is the perfect blend of mafia danger, steam and holiday magic. Reggie meets Nico when he comes to her rescue at a very low point. I love how he is her very dangerous and mysterious prince charming. Definitely a 5 star must read.

Stella nailed it with this story. Nico and Regina meet at the Diamond Ball and the story goes from there. You are so glued to the pages you don’t realize you are half way through the book and don’t want to put it down until you are done! A great, awesome read, I can’t say enough about Christmas with the Mafia! I’m so excited for the new spinoff from this book – The Diamond Dynasty!.

Prince Charming has never been so domineering as portrayed by Nico in this enticing story. His would be queen Regina is a soft spirited woman that is quickly riled when the ones she loves come under fire and together, they team up beautifully in this action-packed drama with more dangerous twists and turns allowed keeping me glued to the pages from start to finish.

I love this Cinderella tale and it is so well written, as only Stella can do. This story was so much so great. Nico and aptly named Regina meet in the funniest and most unlikely way and their journey is so much fun. Regina is innocent but not weak. Nico is the perfect as the grumpy bully who is so taken by Regina with her strength and sweetness. I also enjoyed the side characters.

I really enjoyed this book The characters And where their lives led you
I enjoy reading the Mafia books Come up but this 1 really was good. The characters were well written and well rounded and you got to know them either by hating them or actually rooting for them. The way the author writes makes reading this book very easy and goes by very quickly. The situations in this story Keep you on edge and rooting for various characters. Again I recommend this book.

Another great book so good I couldn't wait for Christmas.
Nico and Regina, plus a host of more great supporting characters that you get invested in.
What a delicious, twisted plot Stella weaves, and the beauty is there's more to come, Stella always leaves you with a hunger to find out what's next.

This book was a fun, festive read.Regina and Nico relationship starts an arrangement and moves on to much more. I love a book that can make laugh out loud.I love all of Stella Andrews books. She drew me in with this book and I did not put it down until it was finished. Then I was sad that it was over.

A fashion disaster that ends not in tears but in the Cinderella treatment. I had to laugh at the image of the near-naked fashion faux pas. What a lucky girl to land the mafia prince and take his world by storm. I hope Nico’s brothers end up as lucky as him.

This book grabs you and never let's go. I found myself laughing probably at the craziest moments. I couldn't understand her YOLO tendencies but I loved the circumstances. Hes a super alphahole but his dominant behavior is what keeps them going. Christmas with the Mafia is something every one should explore.
