Noah Park is the last of his brothers still happily single, and he intends to keep it that way. He’s got a great job as a top talent agent, an apartment in the heart of New York City, and his client just landed a role in what might be Hollywood’s next billion‑dollar franchise. There’s just one problem: the costar’s attorney is Awa Faye, a former study partner turned hookup that he ghosted back in college. She hasn’t forgiven him, and she certainly hasn’t forgotten. But they can keep things professional for the sake of the film, right?
Wrong! When Awa arrives on set to deal with her client’s unprofessional costar, she’s blindsided by the man who broke her heart all those years ago. Keeping the peace between two feuding actors is hard; keeping her cool around Noah is impossible. It doesn’t help that he’s only gotten hotter since she last saw him, or that after weeks of sexual tension, he makes a dangerous proposition: stop fighting the attraction and give in.
One night of passion becomes an addiction neither can kick, until their clients ignite a scandal that threatens the entire production. Are Noah and Awa built to last, or is their relationship better left in the past?
It’s love: take two. Maybe this time, they’ll get their happily ever after.
The epitome of a late bloomer, Katherine managed her near constant sexual frustration as an adolescent by writing spicy romance shorts to entertain herself and her close friends. This hobby continued into college, where she began posting her shorts to a blog no one visited.
Many years later, when her mother lost her battle to cancer, Katherine inherited a Kindle fully loaded with romance novels. Katherine decided to read all the stories loaded onto the eReader to feel closer to her late mother, ultimately reigniting her passion for steamy love stories and inspiring her to write her own. Her work will always feature characters with experiences and viewpoints which are often underrepresented in mainstream romance.
Katherine holds a degree in English and an MBA. Based in Houston, TX, she's a wife and mom to a gifted young man and two cats. When she's not writing, Katherine spends her limited free time reading romance novels, watching the latest entry into the MCU, and predicting the ending to Hallmark movies.

I received this book as an ARC — Advanced Reader Copy. I have never been more excited to start book in my life, I adored every single Park Brothers book and this book was no different. Katherine E. Webb manages to tell one of the most beautiful second chance romance stories ever in this book. The book follows Noah Park — the second eldest Park brother — and the amazing Awa Faye.
Noah and Awa’s story is so deeply romantic, and without any spoilers, the book has just as many twists and turns as it does romance. This is a beautiful love story that touches on not only romantic love but also parental and sibling love.
Somehow within this love story, Webb manages to give us a conclusion that ties every book together in the most beautiful bow. I highly recommend picking up this book even if it is the first book you pick up in this series; it was truly so well done and so beautiful!!! Katherine E. Webb’s Park Brothers series accomplishes what Talia Hibbert does in her Brown Sisters series — multiple distinct unique love stories with deeply love-able and relatable main characters. For example, in this love story it’s clear that Awa shares so many similarities with Noah’s identical twin Henry Jr.; Awa even used to sport glasses as Henry Jr. does. Throughout the series and in this book we see that Henry Jr.’s partner — Camilla — mirrors Noah’s personality to a tee as well. These very intentional characterizations really highlight the deep understanding that Katherine E. Webb has of all the of her characters.
I’m so grateful that I randomly came across this book series last year. Who would’ve known these books would end up being some of my favorite books ever? Truly I cannot say enough good things about this book it’s so beautifully written and emotionally romantic. Honestly, I could not have imagined a better conclusion to the Park Brothers series, and I can’t wait to see what Katherine E. Webb writes next!
I can't believe we made it to the end of the Park Brothers series by Katherine E. Webb (🥹), and honestly? This was a really strong final installment!!
This story follows Awa Faye, a Senegalese entertainment lawyer, and the final romance-dodging Park brother, Noah (who ironically met the love of his life long before any of his brothers but was far too immature to realize it at the time). Years later, the two are reunited when their respective actor clients are cast opposite one another in a film by an acclaimed director. With tensions rising on set and both clients constantly pulling them into the chaos, Noah and Awa are forced to confront the mistakes and unresolved feelings they left behind during university.
So much worked for this story. I absolutely devoured it and was annoyed every single time I got interrupted while reading. Noah and Awa had incredible chemistry, but what really made the story work for me was how much they mirrored one another. Both are minorities within their respective companies, both are being undercut by the "good ole boys" around them despite being extremely successful, and both have spent years channeling their insecurities into professional ambition.
Noah's struggles are heavily tied to his father and the pressure of living up to expectations, while Awa constantly feels like she can never fully meet her mother's standards. I appreciated that both characters eventually came to realize that their accomplishments and years of hard work in their industries could not be diminished just because certain people refused to acknowledge their worth. Watching them finally choose themselves and greener pastures was really satisfying.
I also loved seeing the wider cast involved throughout the story. The appearances from the brothers and their spouses never felt excessive, and I especially enjoyed Camila, Rory, Young Rae, and Tabitha's involvement in everything surrounding the film. It almost felt like Noah and Awa became professional older siblings to their clients at times, which added a lot of heart to the story alongside all the tension and spice.
I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Awa was Senegalese. The mentions of her culture and family brought me back to the time when I lived in Dakar and made me nostalgic for driving along the Corniche, visiting Seaplaza, and of course eating mafé. At the same time, I did find myself wishing the Senegalese representation felt a bit more grounded and textured throughout the story. As someone who has lived in Senegal, there were moments where Awa's background felt more lightly sketched than fully integrated into her character. It didn't ruin the story for me at all, but it was noticeable enough that I found myself wanting a little more cultural depth and specificity.
Still, overall, this was a genuinely enjoyable second-chance romance with great chemistry, emotional growth, family involvement, and just enough messiness to keep everything entertaining. I'm definitely sad to leave the world of the Park brothers, but I'll absolutely be rereading these books while waiting to see what Katherine E. Webb writes next!
And it all comes to and end... *cries dramatically* I have been absolutely in love with this series since Champagne Kisses, and I think this was the perfect way to end it with Noah Park, the last Park brother, finding his HEA with the sexy, intelligent, awe-inspiring Awa from his college years.
I've said this before, but each book Katherine writes gets better and better, and this one was no exception. I loved how she did something different with this book by adding the past and present POVs, something we'd hadn't yet seen in this series. The past POV showed Awa and Noah becoming fast friends, before one night getting physical and stirring up feelings of want in Noah, feelings he couldn't handle at the time due to the stupid bachelor pact he had with his siblings. Although what Noah did was absolutely shitty, there were times when I felt like the intensity of Awa's feelings didn't match what was shown in the past POV. She was really down bad for Noah, even before they got physical and I was screaming through my Kindle, "girl, he aint worth all of them compliments you keep giving him!" (lol)
However, Awa from the past is NOT Awa from the future, and my sis bossed up! I think oldest siblings who have the hopes and the dreams of their parents resting on their shoulders would resonate well with Awa because she was under so much pressure from her parents who sent her to America to have a better life and be successful. I also love how Katherine also touched on Black women in professional fields and how we often have to skirt that line between standing up for ourselves and being firm, and on the flip side, trying not to be labeled an "Angry Black Woman". On the other hand, I think people whose dreams differ from their parents would resonate with Noah. His father wanted him to be a lawyer, but that wasn't his dream. Striking out on your own against your parents' wishes is not an easy thing to do, and not an easy burden to bear. I do wish more of Noah's struggles of being Korean in the entertainment industry were shown, but I feel like Katherine created these amazing characters that her readers would absolutely find pieces of themselves in.
Noah and Awa meet again in the future when both of their clients are starring in a film together, and it's their jobs to make sure everything stays on track. I will be honest; I didn't totally understand why Noah and Awa were needed on set for so much of the book. And there were times when the drama on set with Tabitha and Yong-Rae, the conflict with Camila and Henry, and even the issues Noah and Awa were facing at their jobs took away from the romance of the story. Awa and Noah barely spend any time together over the course of the book, and when they did, it was mostly physical. And while Noah and Awa are in love by the end of the book, I'd have liked to see more moments of just them bonding, connecting, and talking so I could understand why they loved each other beyond the physical connection. (And the physical connection was connecting, honey. Noah is NASTY) However, I must admit, it was good to see the whole Park family again over the course of the book. With the inclusion of all the brothers, and their partners, it felt like the perfect homegoing for this series.
Awa and Noah know each other from college - They became study buddies, friends and then lovers (kind of). But after Noah bails on theire whole relationship Awa becomes very hurt and very garded whit her heart. When they meet 20years later on a movie set whit the main actors they each represent, they are force to work together and try to make sure theire stars and the production goes smooth. While also trying to keep it very professional.
I LOVE the realism whit both of them having a hard time living up to theire parents expectation - Awa whit her mom and Noah whit his dad. And the stress and distant that majority of times create whit that parent. I loved seeing more of the Parks family dynamic, and some of the struggles that Noah still after all those years from college held unto. I really loved having a more intimate inside of it. And Noah's talk whit his dad in the hospital was really good.
Also Noah's relationship whit his twin, Henry was so interessting. The way they had a connection like no other of theire brothers, and yet Noah still felt some resentment and a wall there whit his twin. Very interessting dynamic. I LOVED more of the layers whit the Park family, it was so good.
Noah is a talent agent and very good at what he does. And Awas a badass lawyer. Theire back and forth verbally stabbing each other, and the banter was well written. It also took a good while before they got together so i really felt them have to build up theire relationship anew. Tho i would have liked seeing them being a couple in more chapthers. And the power of forgiving (laying hurt pasts to rest) was powerfull. And parents, grace and the power of "I love you."
And ... Lort, the spice - Noah was a NAS TY man and i was here for it, and then some. I love me a nas ty man in the sheets, thats a gentleman in the streets. Fantastic spice! He and Awa had good chem in the pages both in and out of the bedroom. And i like Yong-rae - Started rocky but showed how a man is to act, is to be! And Rory was gangsta, no kidding around, holding her own. Camila, Really? ... lose lips aint cute. What she said to Awa was ... girl, REALLY? Really tho?!
Anyway, very good book and i put it on 2th place, right under Cory and Denise and above Maya and Adam <3
This book was bittersweet because I have enjoyed the Park family so much.
Noah was the last holdout of the 5 Park brothers- still single even though they had a pact to stay that way. He was clearly a tough nut to crack, as he has been a lifelong player, trying to avoid getting tied down. He even ghosted the girl of his dreams in college as soon as he started feeling too much.
Twenty years later, and that girl is an even more attractive badass lawyer, and sharing a workspace with Noah for the foreseeable future. Awa Faye is a driven, focused woman, who is killing it at her job, even though her superiors don't recognize her for it. The flashbacks to college show how she was always an incredible woman. I loved her character at all stages, and really felt for her as she struggled to get praise from her coworkers and even her mother.
When they finally give in to the tension, the spice is delicious. It still takes Noah a while to figure out how to be in a relationship, and unfortunately that causes some hurt for Awa. But he does eventually get it together, thankfully.
I also loved the way this book really ties up the series, with the Park family really coming together and supporting each other. It's been a while since I have read the other books, and I have to say, it makes me want to go back and start them over again.
Thanks to the author for the advanced copy. All opinions are my own.
I had the absolute pleasure of receiving an ARC of this book, and let me just say I’ve been hooked on this series since book one. Watching the Park brothers’ journey come to an end feels equal parts satisfying and bittersweet. And Noah? I have been waiting for his story because I just knew that man had some things to unpack and wow, did he deliver.
I really loved the back-and-forth between past and present. It added depth without dragging the story down, and the pacing stayed strong throughout. It never felt stuck in one timeline, which made everything flow effortlessly.
Awa was such a standout for me. Her emotions felt completely justified, and I appreciated how clearly we understood her perspective. I live for a female main character who stands on business and makes the MMC work for that redemption. And Noah? He rose to the occasion. The way he pursued Awa again was thoughtful, intentional, and honestly… very swoon-worthy.
The spice was solid. I’d give it a 🌶️🌶️.5. Just enough to keep things interesting without overpowering the story.
My only tiny wish is that we’d gotten one final epilogue set a few years in the future with all the brothers. I’m not ready to let them go just yet! That said, I truly loved this series and I’m already excited to see what Katherine writes next.
Love: Take Two is excellent and the perfect finale to the Park Brothers Series! As with all of the books in the series, it was excellent start to finish. I had been waiting for Noah’s story as he was the one brother that was going to be a bachelor forever. I love that his story is a second chance with a bit of a slow burn. Awa such an amazing character and I love that we get to see her past and how it shaped her into the amazing woman that she is in the present. I also love that both characters have their flaws that they work through while also being very successful in their careers. This story is written so beautifully and is a great time and a very sexy as well. This book is a must read!
Noah Park is the last brother in the Park family who finds love. It’s a second chance, AMBW story.
Noah met Awa in college. They were friends and study buddies. After one night when they stepped past the boundaries of friendship, Noah ghosts Awa.
After a decade they meet again when his client is starring in a movie with her client. Of course the close proximity stirs the embers of their affections. The book is about their journey to love.
Of course they get a HEA. It was a great way to end the series. Borrowed this from Kindle Unlimited.
I love this authors writing and I love this series. To me this book falls short in that the MMC is way too cocky and there was not one time where he chased or even made it known that he was interested in the FMC. Besides buying her two coffees, she did all the chasing which was so annoying to see. She literally asked him out.... not once in the book did he let his feelings towards her be known.
I really enjoyed this book and it was easily my favorite of the series. The character development felt genuine, and the storyline kept me engaged from beginning to end. Everything came together in a satisfying way, making it a great conclusion to the series.
I think Awa was childish for holding on to something for 20 years that really wasn’t that big of a deal IMO. And then calling causal sex a relationship was very…silly? Either way, not the best book in the series in my opinion. I was more interested in the side love story vs the main characters.

This book was amazing! They all were. Sad the series has ended, but so happy I got to experience the journey of the Park brothers and their plus size queens. RIP to the Bachelor Pact ❤️☺️
