Fallen Feathers: A Gripping Thriller About Power, Secrets, and the Price of Truth

Rate this book
She survived the monster. Now she must confront the saints.A year after the Cedar Ridge massacre, Erin Callahan is broke, exhausted, and slipping back into the darkness she thought she escaped. When she’s asked to investigate whether the powerful Dominion of Light church coerced a dying man, she treats it like a lifeline—a final chance to save her home and salvage what’s left of her life.

But the deeper she digs, the darker it gets.

What starts as a simple fraud case spirals into a decades-old disappearance, a trail of political influence, and the church’s most secret Fallen Feathers.

As Dominion’s enforcers close in and a ghost from her past stalks her doorstep, Erin must decide how far she’s willing to go for the truth… and how much she’s prepared to lose to expose it.

A gripping, emotionally charged thriller about power, corruption, and one woman’s fight to drag the truth into the light.

Read book 1 first !

I really enjoyed the first book introducing Erin Callaghan. This second book in the series was also very good but a bit slower for me, also would have liked more detail on the wrapping up of the story at the end but still looking forward to book 3 !

Another superb effort

This is a great sequel to Baby's Breath with the same tight prose and expansive imagery. The man is definitely talented (and if you’ve read his political books you’ll know he’s funny and well researched too).

Looking forward to whatever he does next.
