MOST EXPLOSIVE "ROLLBACK" YET! I DEVOURED IT- PUT OFF CHORES, LOST SLEEP COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN!!!
You probably already know from reading books 1 and 2 that there is a team of "Invisibles", senior citizens who are highly qualified from their careers and still active, even though retired from their former jobs. They are "invisible" because no one pays any attention to older people or even sees them, day to day. That's precisely why they are so effective. Their leader has one more advantage - he goes through his days living full out, because he feels he has nothing left to lose, and that gives him a real edge. If you haven't started this series, I recommend that you start with book 1, "Rollback", so you get the full experience of this thrill ride. You will want to read all of them, eventually, anyway. However this is a book that makes sense as a stand alone. But I'm warning you, these books are the definition of page turners.
Don't start reading just before bed or you will be up all night! I have to thank the author for my A.L.C., because I truly love this series and I'm already excited to go on his next adventure.
I'm longing for his books to be brought to the screen, big or small. His stories are so much more exciting than the usual, tired fair we see there!--

Mike Mansfield is back at it with his crew of invisibles, they're the "senior" members of the group. It starts out that they usually have a person they are looking for and this time, it's Cheyenne. By using the incredible machine produced by Mr. Bruni , they can use the system to stitch together where the person was and go forward from there to locate them. He uses his cadre of invisibles to help him out.
This is an excellent book and series and a real nail biter. I love the writing of Michael Grumley and have read each book he's written. Yes, he's that good! I can't wait for book number four, in fact I already pre-ordered it.

One Less
Unfortunately, only in the mind of Michael C. Grumley do the Epstein class child predators get any kind of punitive results. Very good story. A lot of action and Mansfield gets injured again. Surprise, that! Not! It is good that MCG and other novelists are keeping child trafficking in their readers awareness. "The Drop" looks like it will be very good, also. A slight detour of Mike's usual missions. NEXT!!!

Exciting intriguing
Grumpy writes thrillers that are original, complicated and so far he always rescues the victim. I don't like violence or Mike Mansfield ways of protecting the innocent and serving justice to the bad guy. He does it well and even though I know that Mansfield will succeed. I am breathless as I rapidly read how he figures everything out and succeeds without describing in frightening detail how he wins. Really good writer and a good book

Don't think about it, just read it.
I started reading Mr Grumley's books a few years ago and have now become current. Unfortunately that means I have to wait for new releases instead of being able to read books from his library while waiting for new titles.
All of the books in the "Rollback" series are excellent and engaging reads. As are all the books in his library.
Do yourself a favor and start reading them.

I love this series. It is really satisfying to see revenge/justice for really bad guys, especially involving trafficking. And his form is fantastic. Revenge has been a movie, book, etc theme since forever, but this is more fun. The twist with AI is timely for sure. Can't wait for the next one. I like his other stuff too.

As always, a fast past action story that doesn’t disappoint. The characters are engaging and interesting, that some are based on real people makes it more so. The Breakthrough series is one of my very favorite.

Couldn't put it down
I loved all three Rollback books. The characters are strong and relatable. The storyline feels so real. I highly recommend the Rollback series to anyone who likes. A good action mystery story with a good versus evil plot line.

Another great edition to this truly intriguing story of a group of seniors looking to right some of the evil in the world today. I can't wait for the next installment titled "The Deal". Two thumbs up for Michael Grumley.

Great read
I love everything this author writes, he is definitely in my top 10. I highly recommended starting with the 1st book and read the entire series. The horrible thing is that this story could actually be based on truth situations and scenarios.

Love M. Grumley
This series is so much fun, well-written and entertaining. I cannot wait for the next in the series, the author cannot write fast enough, but I would not want to compromise the quality. Looking forward to the next book.

Love this author
His plots are always interesting, explained well, and NO smut! 99.99% of the time his writing is upbeat, has depth without being too heavy. Thank you for writing this way, I've enjoyed every book.

Takes me with him in the story.
A good author takes me on an adventure with the characters and doesn't interfere with my experience. Michael does that.

This is the third book in this series. Rarely do I get hooked on a series, but I read these all in a row. Author writes in a nice smooth style, so easy to read. Main character is a PI with no concerns about exacting on-the-spot justice. I'm waiting for the fourth book to come out in November.
