Dear god, the cringe is high in this book. My main bugbear is them referring to each others parts as "my" and "mine". I get the sentiment but it makes for a slightly confusing read.
Also, dear author, one does not "cue up the movie on the television", one QUEUES up the movie on the television. Wrong homophone. Reading that was something that made me pause and consider whether to bother continuing, and we were barely a couple of pages in. I gave the author the benefit of the doubt, and although there was only one other error I noticed, the writing did not save this at all.
There is zero plot, and the smut isn't even that good - it's rather repeatitive and unimaginative.
I nearly DNF'd the bloody epilogue. Especially with the bespoke jewellery he got her. NO DUDE. NO. More money than sense. In her shoes I'd get him to take it back.
