Strip Me Bare

Rate this book
As an active duty soldier stationed overseas, I rarely get to see my brother, Caleb. He’s the only family I have left and I haven’t seen him in three years, not since he moved away for college.

When I earn three weeks of leave after a grueling deployment before my next assignment, I decide to pay him a surprise visit. Except, when I knock on his dorm room, I discover that my little brother is all grown up. And handsome. And sexy. And a little bit bossy. In a surprising twist, my body reacts in ways I never expected.

But that’s not all. Turns out that Caleb is the mastermind behind a new sex club on campus. I’m not sure if I arrived at the right time or the wrong time. The jury is out on that one…

I didn’t know “strip bingo” was a thing but without overthinking it, I am all in. My first visit to Arcane Falls promises to be more entertaining than I ever imagined, especially when my beautiful, bratty little brother sets his sights on winning me.

And it doesn’t take long before we start to feel less like brothers and more like boyfriends.

But the most surprising thing of all? I’m pretty sure I’m okay with it.

Pretty sure it's safe to say that Kaitlyn Ash is my favorite taboo romance author right now. Every book has been great, and I love the world she has created with Arcane Falls.

In Arcane Falls, taboo relationships are free to live openly. What I love is that we get romance, some tension, feels, like this is full on romance, not quickie erotica short stories (which - nothing wrong with that! But I tend to gravitate towards more emotional romance). I also love that we're learning more about the town and the people who live in it, like it's perfect small town romance - it's just very, very taboo lol

These two - so sweet and perfect for each other. Rafe and Caleb have quite the reunion during a strip-bingo game night lol. I honestly love all of Caleb's friends LOL - Phillip needs a story! I also get the feeling that Rafe's friend might have a story in him?

Plenty of steamy moments, but also plenty of sweet and tender ones too. I really enjoyed this one and I can't wait for more of Arcane Falls in 2026!

Spoilers ahead!

Arcane Falls is a small town in Maine that is very...open to less traditional relationship dynamics. Sharing a little blood with a lover is just as normal as finding a stranger.

Rating 4.25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice 3 🌶🌶🌶

WOW. Like really, wow. I'm no stranger to the happenings of Arcane Falls but I fell hard and fast for Rafe and Caleb. It's spicy, sweet, bratty, and playful all at once.

"It hit me all at once that my brother was all grown up and edible and oh, my god, what was happening to me right now?"

Raphael (Rafe) and Caleb are brothers who have spent the last three years apart because Rafe is in the Army, stationed overseas. This year for Christmas break he decides to surprise Caleb at his dorm room in Arcane Falls. What Rafe didn't know was that he was going to be walking in on a game of strip bingo.

I recommend this book to anyone who has an open mind and love of spice. Good lord the spice 🌶🔥 This is the fourth installment of the Arcane Falls series and though they are all separate stories, I recommend reading them in release order.

Please make sure to check the triggers.

Kaitlyn did it again with Arcane Falls. I loved the Wescott boys. Seriously, my only complaint was I wish it were longer. I really hope we get to see Rafe and Caleb again.

Brothers to lovers.
Supportive friends.
All of the edging.
HEA/HFN

Maybe we’ll see more Mike. Also, Phillip and his monster 🍆👀.

🔥🫠Fully Stripped & Emotionally Ruined 🫠🔥

I don’t know why I ever expect anything less from Kaitlyn Ash, because once again, Strip Me Bare absolutely delivered 😮‍💨 Every trip back to Arcane Falls has me in a chokehold, and this one had me hooked from the first page and reading like my life depended on it 💀📖

This story drops us straight into the chaos when Rafe shows up to surprise his little brother… only to walk into Strip Bingo night at the sex club Caleb started. And instead of backing out like a normal person? Rafe decides to join in. Which, unsurprisingly, makes everything hot immediately 🥵

Caleb is grown, confident, and a little bossy in the best way, while Rafe is intense, controlled, and absolutely devastating when he wants to be. The tension between them builds so naturally, sliding from shock to curiosity to oh no, we’re doing this, and I was locked in for every second 😩🔥

What really got me, though, was how much heart Kaitlyn packed into this. The spice is filthy (as expected), but the emotions hit just as hard. The way their connection deepens, the tenderness layered into all that heat, and how quickly I became emotionally attached? Rude, honestly 💔

And can we talk about Arcane Falls itself? Getting more of the town’s lore and familiar faces was such a win, and the side characters once again had me side-eyeing and begging for more 👀

Short, addictive, and impossible to put down, Strip Me Bare reminded me exactly why Arcane Falls owns me. If you love taboo romance with heat, heart, and characters that sink their claws into you fast… yeah. You’re going to want this one 🔥🖤

*I received a complimentary copy of this book but this is my honest and voluntary review!*

This is a Tab00 story with 🩸 Brothers so if that's not your thing I suggest you skip this one...if it is..😈

🌶🌶🌶🌶

Now this story had NO BUSINESS being this cute BUT there is some mention of military duty based PTSD so just check those CWs before heading in.

Rafe hasn't seen his brother Caleb in 3 years due to his military deployments and really that last visit was due to their mother passing so it wasn't a happy/joyful parting. Rafe decides to surprise his brother for the holiday break and go visit him in Arcane Falls (😉) When he gets there though Caleb is in the middle of a rousing game of Strip Bingo! Not wanting to leave his brother right after he finally gets to see him again Rafe joins the game. During the game Rafe learns about the Arcan Falls secret that this little town is really a safe haven for Tab00 couples of all kinds and Rafe isn't really put off or disturbed by this information 😏😉
I don't want to spoil to much but after catching up Caleb and Rafe realize their bond is stronger then a normal brother relationship and after the time apart they see each other differently. Which leads them to exploring a different dynamic 🥵🔥
Oh man these two 🥹 I didn't think Anyone could Top Jared/Aiden/Kellan but Rafe and Caleb may have done it! The way Caleb just knew what was going on with Rafe and his PTSD without him having to say anything and then Rafe making sure Caleb knew he was perfect just the way he was, erasing everything that past partners instilled in Caleb just warmed by little black heart. I just love this little town and all the different stories coming from it! I can't wait for the next one!

Strip Me Bare by Kaitlyn Ash takes us back to Arcane Falls, a place where boundaries blur, desires bloom, and unconventional relationships are not just accepted but celebrated.

Caleb is a student at Arcane Falls University, splitting his time between classes, the wrestling team, and running the increasingly infamous campus sex club. His brother, Rafe, an active-duty combat medic stationed overseas, hasn’t seen Caleb in three years since Caleb left for college. When Rafe earns a rare three-week leave after a brutal deployment, he decides on a surprise visit.

What he walks into? Strip bingo night.
And Caleb, grown up, gorgeous, a little bossy, and definitely not the kid Rafe remembers.

From the moment Rafe steps into that room, the tension snaps into place. His body reacts before his brain can catch up, and Kaitlyn Ash lets that slow-burn shock unravel in the hottest way. Rafe brings the heat in this book. The way he edges Caleb, tests his bratty patience, and pushes him right to his limits while still being impossibly tender? So. Freaking. Hot.

The more time they spend together, the less they feel like brothers and the more they slide into something dangerously close to boyfriends. And honestly? Rafe might be more than okay with that.

Kaitlyn’s talent for taboo shines here. The spice is deliciously filthy, the romance has a swoony pull that sneaks up on you, and both characters are impossible not to love.

If you’re into boundary-pushing stories with heat, heart, and a whole lot of tension-turned-devotion, this one is an easy recommend.

Vibes:
-Taboo (bro-cest)
-Orgasm denial
-Edging
-Indulgent older (military) brother
-Bratty younger (college wrestler) brother
-Sexy Games (Strip bingo)
-Multiple O’s
-Caretaking
-Romantic
-Size difference
-“We might get caught”

DNF at 43%. I'm not a big fan of using the word "pussy" for male anatomy but that was not the real issue here. I was bored. It's taboo holiday romance with all the typical issues of holiday romance that usually makes me avoid this genre. There's no real conflict. As paradoxical as it may sound, the plot advances simultaneously too quickly and too slowly - too quickly, since the MCs get together well before you have a chance to feel their developing attraction or organic connection; too slowly, since not much is going on except strip-bingo and sex and the characters are not developed enough to make it interesting. The first two novels in the series excelled in strong characters and slow-burn - building unbearable taboo sexual tension up to the point it snapped. There's none of that here. The MCs are young, they separated right after mourning a parent and hadn't seen each other in person for three formative years. Nevertheless, they get together after three hours and one game of strip-bingo because when in Rome, sorry, Arcane Falls, you apparently don't need any more. It made me feel sorry for the poor characters from book one and two that struggled with their taboo attraction for months or years, and some of them were born and raised in Arcane Falls, unlike Caleb and Rafe. Oh well.

Wow, Kaitlyn did it again! I wasn't sure I'd be able to like another story from the Arcane Falls series as much as I liked Stalk Me, but Strip Me Bare totally delivered it.

Once again, I'm in awe of how Kaitlyn was able to tell a short story that didn't feel lacking. Of course I want more of them, because they're amazing, but I didn't finish it with that feeling of "there's something missing here".

Even though their lives turned a 360 turn out of nowhere in such a short time, it never made me think it didn't make sense, or bothered me in the slightest. It was fun and sweet and oh so hot.

The love they felt for each other dripped from the pages, and the romantic love only came to add to the immense brotherly one they'd always had towards the other.

I loved the side characters and I'm very interested in seeing more of Hudson and Phillip 👀 Also loved the cameos of Jared and Stephanie, as well as getting to know more about the city itself.

If you like brothercest with lots of romance, you can read this one without fear 💙

Strip me Bare is a tab00 story between blood brothers. If that isn’t your thing, do not read this book. If like me, you enjoy a little tab00 with your romance, welcome to Arcane Falls, the most captivating fictional town around!

I have devoured every single book in this series, loved them all, loved all of the characters, but y’all RAFE... Holy crow. If he was my brother, I’d probably want him too. Haha just kidding, (don’t come at me. That was a joke.) But seriously, I think Rafe is the hottest character in Arcane falls so far. The way he came in and swept his baby brother Caleb off of his feet and then literally kept him on the edge the entire time was freaking HOT!

Kaitlyn is one of my favorite authors for a reason. She has this incredible ability to write a story that’s not only steamy but emotionally gripping too. Her characters feel real, relatable, and undeniably hot. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Congrats on another fantastic read, Kaitlyn!!

Soooo much potential but never got too far off the ground.
Most of the necessary words we're on the page, but something was simply missing. And unfortunately for me, this is my second book by Ash that's been underwhelming. That's exactly why it took me forever to finish. I just couldn't get into it.

She has dropped a lot of books this year and maybe this is an indicator that like so many of her peers, she too needs some time to refresh her creative juices. I don't think that's asking for too much either. I hope after this book she proactively takes some time to just sit with her ideas. She deserves that much after giving us so much in 2025.

And that's exactly why I'm not saying that I'm officially not going to buy her next release, but I am saying I will be a little slower to purchase.

This book left me feeling like I was getting edged right along with Caleb the entire time! It's brocest with sexy strip bingo that turns things interesting real quick. Rafe is a soldier who returns home and goes to Arcane Falls to see his brother Caleb, but he stumbles upon him and his friends having a party. Strip bingo turns into Rafe and Caleb blurring the lines between brothers and something more.

So happy to be back in Arcane Falls so quickly but as always, I wished this was longer! Brothers, Rafe and Caleb, are another hot addition to the cesty going-ons of Arcane Falls, and omg so hot! I needed to see more of them together after all the teasing and buildup (give me another 200 pages please lol).

Can't wait for the next tab00 book in this universe!

“I was Raphael Westcott, Caleb’s brother—the man who owned his brother’s pussy. But more than that, I was the man who loved him.”

Oh Kaitlyn Ashley you dirty little taboo author, you have surprised me yet again. I never know if I’m going to get something really filthy from the get go or if I have to wait a bit. These boys, Caleb and Raphael brought the heat and the sweet. The story centers around two brothers who have been separated for years. They love each other and miss each other, but recently they both realized they want each other. They throw caution to the wind and embrace it. And let me tell you I AM HERE FOR IT. In true Arcane Falls fashion these siblings fall in love, and don’t even blink an eye. While reading I kept thinking what if real life was like this? What if everyone was able to throw taboo social norms to the side and just live life without pressure and judgement. To just love anyone freely, even if it is a blood relation. I know, weird but that’s my brain. Anywhoos this was the perfect read, and I find myself missing Arcane Falls quite often. I hope more people give this author and this ever growing universe a try
