A research-based guide for educators to the practical methods of understanding, evaluating and facilitating the change process. Significantly revised based on student and instructor feedback, the new Fourth Edition of Implementing Change continues to examine the ways in which change processes are experienced by those "on the ground" while adding new features, new material and the most current research. Based primarily on the Concerns Based Adoption Model (CBAM), this user-friendly text focuses on introducing constructs that can be used by those engaged in facilitating change processes as well as those who are evaluating and studying change.
another book for class that I recommend!! If you are curious about change and how it can be successful in large organizations… shoutout masters program for forcing me to read books I wouldn’t normally pick up off the shelf.
Another book, another set of ideas for how to lead. Specifically how to lead a school through reform and change, "innovation" as the book calls it. In my opinion it is a lot of words that amount to very little new information. At best it is a resource to give new administrators seeking advice as they begin their tenure.
