Good info on repeat

The book has great information. I recommend reading it but I will warn you that the book could have been at least half as long. The author repeats themselves…a lot. And I would have liked to see pictures of the exercises but that’s ok.

Comprehensive book about mobility for all ages

I really love the concept of the book. It contains all aspects of mobility. My favorite part was the mobility test, so you are able to see which parts of your body you should focus on.
Italso have practice tasks for different ages.
