All You Want for Christmas

Rate this book
The Isle of Noë Where even the holiday wishes you didn’t know about come true.

Hallie Monroe never dreamt of starring on reality TV, but when her best friend sends her an ad about being the bachelorette on the new dating show All You Want for Christmas, she adds it to her bucket list. It’s the perfect opportunity to get fun content for her online community, and if it gets her mom off her back about finding a nice boy? Well, all the better.

Once filming begins, Hallie stays busy getting to know the contestants, keeping up on her content creation, and trying not to fall for Jonah Young, the flannel-wearing cameraman who is decidedly not a contestant on the show. But even though he’s off-limits, she can’t seem to stay away.

Hallie has a lot to learn about being herself, discovering what’s most important, and falling in love. But with the help of the residents and shopkeepers on Noël, and a bit of Christmas magic, she just might figure it out.

All You Want for Christmas is a closed-door rom-com with plenty of swoony moments. If you like he falls first, a holiday read, and a meddling matchmaker, this one’s for you!

ALL YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS
Out this Friday!!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you love Hallmark movies and the Bachelor/Bachelorette this book is for you!

I'll be honest I'm not a Bachelor/Bachelorette girl at all, but I still went into this story so excited and ready for a cute Christmas read!

Hallie and Jonah I loved your story! ❤️ Hallie isn't planning on actually falling in love but follows the opportunity to be the lead in a show that will feature the Island of Noel - a Christmas all day, every day of the year island - where she is the bachelorette! She'll spend two months getting to know 6 guys and film content for her influencer account. What Hallie didn't know was that she'd fall in love with the guy behind the camera. . .

Enter Jonah - the man behind the camera! 🎥 He takes the job to gain the experience and recognition to move into sports film. What he didn't expect was to fall in love with the lead contestant on the show.
.
.
You'll fall in love with the island of Noel but most importantly with Hallie and Jonah! Hallie is quirky, funny, and strong! Jonah is kind, thoughtful, and just the sweetest! 🥰

Guaranteed swoony moments 😍
Totally clean in language and spice!💕

Grab this book for you and your bookish friends for this Christmas season! 🎄

⭐️ 4.5 ⭐️ All You Want for Christmas was one of the first Christmas novels I read this season, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It has just about everything you want in a cozy, Hallmark-style Christmas story: Christmas magic, a sweet elderly couple intent on matchmaking, mistletoe, a clean romance, new friendships, and most importantly, the happiest of endings! All You Want for Christmas was my first novel by Tiffany Noel, and the first thing that stood out to me was her writing style. It was fun, easy to understand, and very entertaining!

🎄 The FMC was funny, quirky, completely relatable, and was honestly the reason why the novel was so fun! The MMC was sweet and swoony - perfect for a Christmas novel! The concept of a dating show was intriguing and honestly kind of unexpected, but it was fun and something I hadn’t read before. The romance aspect was clean and closed-door, with kissing only (though there was a LOT of kissing). There was no explicit content whatsoever.

🎄 I loved the vulnerability that we get to see from Hallie as we experience her journey through discovering why it is important to be herself and find people who love the real her, rather than the social media personality she feels she has to constantly show. I’m not usually a huge romcom reader, but this one was fun, cozy, and well-written. I definitely recommend All You Want for Christmas if you are a lover of Christmas magic, dating shows, and Hallmark movies!

*I received this book for free from the author as an eARC, but all opinions and thoughts are my own.

Can I move to the Isle of Noël please? All You Want For Christmas is the super cute Bachelor meets Hallmark story of Hallie & Jonah! Hallie, a travel influencer, has been invited to a Christmas themed island to try and find love with an eligible bachelor. She doesn’t really plan on falling in love during her time filming, so imagine her surprise when sparks start flying, except it’s not with any of the contestants from the show!

This book was full of so many fun things! I loved thr idea of a Christmas themed island, its cute shops, and the people who lived there! The Kringleys were adorable and I loved their subtle meddling! The holiday themed dates and activities were all perfect. The magically appearing mistletoe was a fun addition to the story and the chemistry between Jonah and Hallie was so fun!

Such a fun Christmas read!!

Favorite quotes:

“I’m not sure what sorcery is involved, but a man’s attractiveness increases by at least twenty-five percent when he dresses up. And these guys were no exception.”

“I closed my eyes, soaking in the holiday magic that was surrounding me. I was cozy and warm, snuggled up with a very attractive man, and watching my favorite Christmas movie. Could this get any better?”

“Christmas is at least seventy-five percent a state of mind. Therefore, we can find and make Christmas magic wherever we go.”

“I’ve always been a sucker for dimples,” I whispered.  He smirked, making said dimples stand out even more. “And I’m a sucker for you.”

This book got me in the Christmas spirit in the most hilarious and fun way! It felt like a big warm fuzzy hug. I was rooting for all of the guys in different ways, even the ones that might not have been inherently likeable;)

I so wish this island were real so I could walk down the streets and feel the Christmas magic! Thankfully I can go back and read about it whenever I want.

I laughed out loud, I teared up, and I absolutely loved being along for the ride.

I absolutely loved the dedication. I also watch cheesy Christmas movies with my mom as well and it’s the best thing ever! The idea of a dating show on a Christmas themed island was pure genius, the meet cue was unpredictably perfect and those contests were so sweet that I think I might have a cavity lol. Thanks to this talented author, I now have a craving for Mexican hot chocolate and I’ve never made it before! Please send help! I am also demanding a Lord Of The Rings mini Christmas tree from my husband as well (IYKYK). All You Want For Christmas is a 10 star read and NO one can convince me otherwise!!

The Isle of Noël is a magical place that I wish existed within a couple-hour radius of me. If it did, I would be there each winter to experience the charming town and everything it has to offer.

Hallie is a travel influencer who is very serious about her career. She doesn’t want a man to get in the way of her progress, but we get to see her grow in learning how to let go and be okay with change. I worried I would become frustrated with her character traits, but I related to a lot of her worries and tendencies.

Jonah is a quiet cameraman who wants to get into sports videography. He avoids any deep conversation about himself, and we’re left to wonder (along with Hallie) what he is hiding about himself. I appreciated that Hallie knew she needed to know more about him before she could decide what to feel.

On a side note, Jonah’s passive-aggressive interviews with the contestants are the best.

Jonah and Hallie were both fun characters. Hallie is working through perfectionism, and Jonah is working through learning to open up. They both had things they were working on, and I felt like it was done in a realistic, yet painful to watch, way. If I had to give Jonah and Hallie nicknames, I would call Jonah “The Man Who Mutters” and Hallie would be “The Woman Who Mentally Hits Herself”. I say that in a lighthearted way because those were the quirks that made them way more enjoyable. Once you read this book, you’ll understand perfectly.

I was worried that we would have too many men to keep track of, but there were only 6 guys on the dating show. I still had a difficult time with names, so I had my notes app pulled up with their names and a general description. They are all super different, which made their interactions precious. I loved the bromance that they all had with each other.

During the dating show, there were cute “competitions” the men had to do, such as making the best hot cocoa and gingerbread houses. It felt like getting to relive all of the best Christmas traditions. Between that and the island atmosphere, it made me so excited for Christmastime.

Mistletoe is very important in this story. The book reads like contemporary romance, but I really liked the mystery of the mistletoe with a mind of its own. Each time I read about the mistletoe, it made me smile and try to figure out what was happening.

If you’re looking for a cute Christmas book, please read this book! The romance is great, but there are so many other amazing aspects to love about All You Want for Christmas. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I received a free e-book arc copy of this book.

My review:
This book was adorable! I loved it so much! And umm i finished it in less than 24 hours so clearly it was amazing! Hallie and Jonah were so cute! You could tell from the moment they met that Jonah liked her. I loved the Hallmark dating show theme. It was so cute. The guys were hilarious. I loved their group chat with Hallie. And the interviews were some of my favorites because you could clearly tell Jonah was jealous and liked Hallie. Chris and Merry were so awesome and all the people on the Island of Noël! This was absolutely adorable! The perfect book to read to get in the Christmas spirit!

It's a little bit The Bachelorette, but adapted to social media with holidays front and center. There were so many sweet moments of true Christmas magic in this book, and places where it was clear that a potential spin-off could happen. And while we could "wrong reasons" a few of them, some of them really seemed like they wanted to convince themselves to be there, but their hearts weren't fully there—I'm looking at you, Sam.

While the setting and some interactions were charming, overall, I wasn't the biggest fan of our main characters, and it really took me out of the story. Hallie and Jonah laughing during one of the dates might have felt like they were bonding to some, but to me, it felt like they were being mean-spirited. She's obviously not there to find love, and I totally understand not leaning into the process, but to essentially make fun of the other people there doesn't really make me want to root for her. Jonah's interviews were also so incredibly unprofessional—my guy, you're there to do a job, leave your feelings out of it for the whole 5 minutes you need to chat with these men.

Some of the contestants felt like such caricatures, too, and while a TV version of someone might be edited to seem that way on a dating show, we were seeing the behind-the-scenes versions of these characters, so we should be seeing more of their real personalities. The other characters also felt like they were there to carry the plot forward, and while we got some of their backstory, it wasn't enough to make them feel like realized people with their own motivations and conflicts. I think maybe what I was missing was a plot B that's happening in the background with some of the characters, so they don't feel like just a soundboard for Hallie to walk through her problems.

I can definitely see a universe that comes out of this Christmas island being sweet and romantic, especially with the little moments some of the characters had together. I'd love to see them fleshed out more, so we can get a little more depth and really feel the character growth. This setting is far too charming to end with season one of this reality show.

Thanks to Tiffany Noel for the ARC!

A dating show set on a Christmas-themed island is the perfect setup for All You Want For Christmas.

When travel vlogger Hallie signs up for a dating show, she’s apprehensive to say the least. An entire Christmas-themed island?? She’s skeptical. But she is *so close* to reaching one million followers - the magic number that will open up sponsorship options - and the content she’ll have from the Island of Noël will be perfect. Even if she has no intentions of finding love.

But once she arrives on the island, the magic of Christmas starts to creep in - even if they are filming in September. Plus there’s the seriously hot, sweet camera guy Jonah who she can’t stop looking at…and what’s with the mistletoe everywhere?!

I really enjoyed this novel. The six actual contestants were a lot of fun to read about, and the residents of the island all had a story to tell. The island was filled to the brim with Christmas references, and the dates and challenges were all centered around holiday activities.

While the premise is super sweet, there’s so deeper moments of reflection throughout the story. Hallie’s time on the island leads her to reconsider her goals in life, while Jonah learns to be more open with his emotions. The only potential trigger I could identify is a character mentioning their past in the foster system. The romance is slow burn and is limited to kisses.

If you’d like a reality show mixed with some holiday cheer, add All You Want For Christmas to your TBR today.

A huge thank you to Tiffany Noel for an advanced reader copy of this book! As always, my review are my honest opinions and mine alone.

4.5 stars for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

This book felt like a Hallmark movie in the very best way, and I loved every minute of it. Hallie joins a reality dating show hoping it will help her reach a million followers, but the experience turns into something much sweeter than she expected. Watching her navigate filming, holiday chaos, and her own growth made the story so fun and heartwarming.

Jonah completely won me over. The flannel wearing cameraman who is not supposed to fall for the lead brought so many warm, swoony moments, and their chemistry felt natural and steady. And honestly, all of the men on the show were so sweet, which made the story feel even more wholesome and comforting.

The Isle of Noël was the perfect festive backdrop with its cozy shops, sweet residents, and just the right touch of Christmas magic. It truly felt like a Hallmark movie as a book.

If you love he falls first, closed-door romance, and cozyholiday vibes, this book is the perfect festive read.

An adorable story on a magical Christmas island.

Hallie and Jonah’s story is the perfect read for Christmas. It is full of fun seasonal activities and swoony moments all set in a year-round Christmas island paradise. It is light and fun while also exploring deeper character development of who they are and what they want out of their lives.

I loved the mystery of the ever-present mistletoe. It seemed to appear out of nowhere every time these two were together. It added a fun twist, waiting for Hallie to notice it and trying to figure out where it was coming from.

I really enjoyed all the side characters. It was fun to see all of the contestants and how different they all were, plus all the people who are part of the island community. The meddling was top notch!

This fun, festive Hallmark-meets-Bachelorette style romance is the perfect addition to my Christmas book list and I can’t wait to see who might find love next.

I want to go to the Isle of Noel and participate in this dating competition! Chris and Merry are the sweetest hosts. Hallie and all the men are so fun to get to know. The characters were well written and the way Tiffany included the interviews within the book made it feel like a real dating show. I love how Tiffany truly created a magical place that I wish really existed. It would be so fun to go and explore this place. I wish this book was a movie, because I think it would be so fun to see the interviews of the contestants.
Hallie is such a great character who has so many things on her plate. She gives so much without even thinking about what she really wants. Her time on the Isle of Noel helps her so much and helps her see what she really wants. The question is, who is the dreamy bachelor that helps her…. Read to find out.

Awww this was adorable! A sweet holiday romance with all the hallmark feels. Hallie is a travel influencer & has been invited to participate in a dating competition on the Island of Noel located in Lake Michigan. She isn’t ready for love but it might just find her anyway although it’s not with any of the contestants 😬 I fell in love with all the hunky & hilarious guys especially when they decide to help Hallie & Jonah get together 🫠 Its sweet & swoony & I love the idea of a Christmas themed island where you can experience Christmas all year long. It’s full of Christmas Magic, mysterious magical mistletoe & all the festive Christmas activities we have come to love. This was just a fun holiday romance that will leave you smiling.

What happens when you combine the Bachelorette and Hallmark?? You get this sweet holiday romcom, All You Want For Christmas!!

I enjoyed this story! It was cute, sweet, and swoony! Our FMC had some personal struggles and insecurities to overcome, but who doesn’t? And Jonah, well he was an absolute sweetheart!! I loved how much Jonah was there for Hallie. He asked her the hard questions and he wanted her to grow and find what truly matters.

I absolutely adored Jonah’s mom and the Wii Olympic Games she put on! That whole chapter is one of my favorite moments of the story.

If you enjoy Christmas Hallmark movies, dating shows, and sweet, swoony stories, add this to your holiday reading list.

Thank you Tiffany for my advanced review copy! All thoughts and opinions are my own.

All You Want for Christmas is an fun and adorable Hallmark-meets-Bachelorette style romance set on the Isle of Noël, a Christmas Island.

Hallie is a travel influencer who is very focused on her career, but her mom is pressuring her to find someone and settle down. When her best friend sends her an ad to be a contestant on a new dating show, she decides it would be the perfect opportunity to get lots of fun content and maybe get her mom off her back. Jonah is the quiet cameraman for the show and 100% not a contestant, but he avoids any deep conversation about himself causing Hallie to wonder what he is hiding. But the sparks are strong…

I don’t know that I have ever read a book about a dating show and let me just say this one was fantastic! Both Hallie and Jonah had to work through a few things, she had to learn that it’s ok not to be perfect and to be ok with change and he had to learn to open up. It was hard at times to remember which contestant was which on the show, but the guys were all so different, it made for a fun eclectic group. I loved all the Christmas activities, dates, and competitions! Oh, and the mystery of the mistletoe that just kept showing up when they were together! Jonah’s interviews with the contestants were down right hilarious! The shopkeepers on Noël were fun side characters and all the meddling was top notch!!

I wish there was a Christmas town like this close to me—I would definitely be visiting every year!

If you love Christmas matchmaking, dating shows with all the swoony moments where he falls first then be sure to pick this one up! You won’t regret it!!

Thank you to the author for the copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.

It's december, and therefore the perfect time for christmas stories. In All You Want for Christmas you will be transported onto an island full of christmas magic. This book is all about a dating show, featuring travel-influencer Hallie Monroe. She doesn't like christmas, but will this island make her change her mind? Will she find love in the dating show?

Even though there isn't a bit of surprise in who the love interest will be, the way the whole story came together is really great. The ending got me swooning all over and was really heart-warming.

This story is just adorable! I love the Bachelorette-type feel of it. In today's world, too, influencers are a real thing and I thought it was interesting to have that perspective. I loved the setting as well. My only wish is that we get some sequels of the bachelor's, specifically Liam, who I just adored!
