An amazing story about found family and second chances. Love you can feel just from reading and an edge of your seat situation that’s all too familiar. Maybe my favorite in the series. But a must read!!!

A Second Sip is a heartfelt story about second chances, found family, and learning how to choose yourself again. It blends laughter, love, frustration, fear, and just enough twisty moments to keep you fully locked in. I didn’t want to put this book down and not just because of the main characters, but because the side characters were just as compelling and lovable.

This is a truly character-driven story, where every person feels fully developed and you can see real growth unfold on the page. While this is the final book in the series, it works beautifully as a standalone and it was actually my first read from this world, which speaks volumes about how accessible and well-written it is.

The story follows Nic and Aurora, childhood friends forced back into each other’s orbit through workplace proximity, as they navigate mending old wounds and figuring out what life and love can look like after heartbreak. Nic is very much the kind of MMC who would burn the world down for the people he loves, while Aurora is a quiet force far stronger, braver, and more resilient than she even realizes.

If you’re looking for a romance with emotional depth, found family you’ll wish you belonged to, and characters who feel real long after the last page, this one is absolutely worth your time.

ARC read: thank you to Rachel Lynn for the opportunity to read early.
