Read this book to gain context of the topic almost 25 years ago. It is an older text (2003), but packed with timeless insights on leading organizational transformation. Clear frameworks, real cases, and practical tools that still resonate in today’s fast-moving world. A reminder that good change management is as much about people as strategy. Still worth the read.
