The third installment in the Witch's Almanac Novellas, centering around Imbolc.

Edinburgh, Scotland

CALLUM
Stuck in a rut of creative block and teaching as an adjunct, I'm doing little more than spinning my wheels when I meet Professor Dimitri Locke and his stunning wife, Dhalia. Funny, wicked smart, the most beautiful people I've ever set eyes on, much less been able to touch—their presence surges my world into technicolor. Suddenly, I can't stop painting them. Wanting them. After wasting five years of friendship wishing we were more, I finally get the chance to act on these feelings and it's so much more than I could have ever hoped.

I'm blissed out over them, caught up in the the secret tristes and stolen glances, but when I stumble onto a secret not meant for a mortal like me to know, my fears tear apart the careful foundation we've built. My best friends are immortal vampires, and the knowledge sends me running from the best thing that ever happened to me.

Now, years later, they're back in Scotland—but not for me.

No, they're looking for a surrogate to help them start their family, using the power of Imbolc and a few of their witchy friends to make it all work and when I find out they're here, I know it's a gamble but I have to plead my case. To let them know how much I still miss them, ache for them, and if they'll let me I want to be the one that gives them everything. It's a second chance I never thought I'd get, and this time, I'm determined not to run.

To offer myself to them, body and soul.

Because for me, it was truly love and first bite.

These novellas are tiny but dang they’re mighty!! This one follows Dimitri, Delilah, and Callum and oh the emotions!!! The pining, the sorrow, the regret, and the HEA tie this one up (pun intended) in a nice pretty bow. It’s short, but the way TC writes, you don’t feel like anything is missing! If you’re looking for a fast paced paranormal second chance romance with spice that’ll have you clutching your pearls eager for more, you don’t want to miss this one!!
A HUGE thank you to TC for the early review copy! All opinions are my own.

TC Kraven has a special talent for writing poly romances, and I always look forward to reading them. I felt this novella needed more, I didn't want it to end. And I look forward to what's to come with DIMITRI, CALLUM, and DHALIA. I could read about them forever and definitely would love to dive deeper into their past and of course the future.

Glad to have gotten the opportunity to read an advanced copy of Forbidden Fang!

Favorite Moment (none romance related):

"You decent?" Monroe calls in. "Not morally, but I'm wearing pants, if that's what you're asking." 😂😂😂

The Witches’ Almanac series just keeps getting better and better (and the bar was already set real damn high). This time centered around Imbolc, the festival halfway between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox—a fertility festival.

This time with a couple of characters we were introduced to in the previous book, and with all of our familiar faces showing up to help out. Sweet, sexy, and healing—I loved this one.

I received an advanced reader copy for free and am leaving a review voluntarily.

Another great read! I'm so I'm love with the author's writing style! This is part 3 in a series, centered around different characters and their dark and paranormal journeys in love - and so far I am hooked! T.C. Kraven had a way of immersing the rage into the worlds she creates, breathing these characters to life - keeping me, the reader - longing for more! Check out her socials, check out her website - there's sooooo much to explore! Happy reading!

This was a fun, sweet read. I love the intricacies of the world building all fitting into such short novellas. Great pallete cleansers that offer more than just spice. While not necessary, I suggest reading the two before it first.

T.C. Kraven has done it again!

Forbidden Fangs is a beautiful paranormal second-chance romance where love prevails. The novella follows Dimitri and Delilah who are trying to conceive through a magical surrogate situation. The only problem is they don’t feel comfortable with a stranger to be their surrogate and the one person they would have trusted with it emotionally betrayed them five years ago. In book two of the Witch’s Almanac series, Merry Midnight, begins with Molly attempting a Cast for their fertility so they can have a child— so it is somewhat connected, but can be read as a standalone. This novella is well worth the read with a sweet HEA and enough spice to set a house aflame, you’ll read this book entirely too fast and be reeling until the next… like me 🤣 lol

Thank you T.C. for providing me with an eARC to review. All thoughts and opinions are honest and my own.
