This book is a ray of sunshine. The 105- year old professor shares some of the many notable life events that made him realise happiness is the key to everything. With humbleness, gratitude and appreciation to be on the same podium to learn and grow just like the rest of us, Professor Kim believes that life is a learning experience that will teach you to rise against oddity, push you to make yourself better everyday and during the challenging phases it will teach you lessons.

But finding happiness is never a difficulty because happiness is present in every moment. The moment we recognise that mindset, ink it across our thought process, everything changes.

This is a beautiful korean inspired philosophical book and I am sure the short chapters will be cherished by all the readers who are always on the look out for motivation and moving forward. Inviting us on a journey to align with true happiness, self- discovery and gratitude, take a dive into korean irreplaceable values and insights.
