Unfortunately, i have only managed to read half the book on my kindle as the other half fails to load and I keep getting asked to review ! The kindle version is also very slow to turn pages especially when graphs are on the page.
The first half of the book was very helpful and provides lots of information, I would really like to read all of the book !
I have given low stars due to kindle version being so poor , I'm sure the physical book would be much better

I have really enjoyed how this book broke things down in a digestible way, especially as someone who is not very “sciency” and deals with severe brain fog and fatigue from long COVID. He has a whole series of these handbooks, I’ve already ordered the one on Dysautonomia. Gave me lots of tips and things to bring up with my doc as well as more testing to try and then how to interpret those tests.
