Phoenix and Rafael know I'm an omega. They've held me through my heat, and they've sworn to keep my secret from the one person who could destroy everything.
Rex, the scarred, volatile alpha who blackmailed me into this band in the first place.
He's my third scent match. And he has no idea.
But the demon from my past isn't gone. He's closer than ever.
He knows where I sleep.
He knows what I am.
And he's coming to collect.
I have a knife, three alphas who'd burn the world for me, and a voice I'm done hiding.
If the world wants to know who Bells really is?
I'll f##king show them myself.

This is the second book in the Claimed by the Rockstars duet, an enemies-to-lovers secret girl AND secret omega OV RH with Phantom of the Opera vibes. With the exception of the Claimed by the Rockstars duet, the other books in the Fameverse are standalones and do not need to be read in order.
Harper Lennox writes omegaverse romance for readers who think one book boyfriend is rookie numbers. She lives in New England with her feline overlord, who is more than happy to share sleepless coffee-and-taco-fueled writing nights with his most faithful servant.
This had so much potential. The romantic development between Rex and Bells was phenomenal. But the other storylines suffered.
First, the romantic relationships with everyone else in the pack seemed like either afterthoughts or plot devices. It’s not so much that there was no chemistry. It’s that they were completely unremarkable connections. Not the kind of connection you expect from scent matches. Sometimes, I felt like Raf and Phoenix were there just because you can’t have a band with one person and this was a book about a band. And the relationship between Raf and Phoenix just seemed like it was giving them something to do while the real stars of the show, Rex and Bells, built their foundation.
Then, there was the stalker storyline, which I had really been looking forward to. I was so let down with how cartoonishly it all played out. The stalker gave stereotypical villain vibes, the big showdown had seasoned security goons running and screaming at the sight of Rex’s face (**eye roll**), and the security also kept hesitating to do their jobs, which I guess was fortuitous for the pack but unbelievable for me as a reader.
In addition to those story elements that didn’t work for me, I just thought this duet could have used some heavy editing. There were so many instances of contradictory behavior, descriptions of things that didn’t make sense so I couldn’t envision the scene, and unexplained or outright ignored details. I kept feeling like I must have misremembered something based on an action being in direct opposition to things I thought I had read pages or even just paragraphs before, so I kept pausing and going back to re-read and make sure *I* wasn’t the problem. Not only is that incredibly annoying, but it really drags out the reading experience.
Then there was the complete lack of details provided before the story about the nuances of this omegaverse. They are all slightly different, and being aware of those differences really improves the reading experience. I didn’t understand how bond marks work in this world and what it meant to be “incomplete” until nearly the very end, and even then, I’m just making assumptions based on how Bells bonded with her guys. Until that point, I thought she would have needed to return the bite to “complete” the bonding. Then, I didn’t understand the benefits of having a bond. There was never any mention of Bells’ stalker being able to use the bond to find her or feel her emotions
On one hand 5 stars for vibes, I had fun and enjoyed the book which was it's only purpose.
On the other hand, if I actually think about this book, I have a bunch of issues.
After seeing this book get pushed back multiple times with no update, I was surprised to see this finally had a cover. So I clicked on it and even more surprised to find out it came out after missing the last release date like a week before. I am assuming both authors are more focused on their other series and this is more a passion project with a fellow writer. I honestly don't even know how they decided to divide the work.
This is not a criticism about wanting books ASAP as I want writers to take their time and give me an excellent book. I only mention because it feels extremely important to what I am going to criticize.
There is some sort of important story telling changes between books one and two. I don't know if it is because of the division of work, the fact this is obviously not their top priority, or something else. But it was noticeable.
This is an omegaverse book. We expect multiple people in the pack and yet this book was 100% a Rex and Bells book with a side plot of the other two alphas exploring their newfound interest in each other with occasionally Bells getting attention from everyone.
It has been months since I read book one but from what I recall she wasn't ready to have the duo in her heat so how are they suddenly clear of all that navigating and boom they are her alphas? I get Rex wasn't in the same book, let alone same page as everyone else and needed more focus, but was very much a disservice to the others who got screwed out of plot, character and relationship development. They were just there as background characters. Heck we got more back story from the mask makers then those two. When Raf goes all he speaks Spanish. Now I know what his name is and you might say I should have assumed he was Spanish. But that was a big fact and should have been mentioned again in this book because I forgot from book one. Also when they were talking to their families at the end I was like "who are these people" because I didn't remember and the book didn't do a good job of fleshing out characters that I believe were more fleshed out in book one. They were very obvious afterthoughts in this pack and book.
The whole climax scene was over the top ridiculous and also did not make sense.
She could Sure. OK fine. I'll believe that. So therefore the reverse is true. But, you want me to believe she could suddenly Nope. Not going to believe that. It was like we forgot the details of what happened in book one and ended up with a parallel dimension book two.
3.3 stars. This was better than part one, with touches of ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘Phantom of the Opera’ and some lovely (and spicy) scenes as the pack comes together - and as Bells helps Rex manage his trauma, and its horrific impact. I also enjoyed the scenes with secondary characters Jamie and Orion, the former’s cheekiness and the latter, his bravery as he overcame his own trauma, and the loving care between them and compassion showed to others.
"People who've been rejected enough times—really rejected, made to feel like they're fundamentally wrong—they learn to reject first. It's safer that way." Jamie's thumb runs along the edge of his mug. "Can't be abandoned if you push everyone away before they get the chance."
But I felt Rafael and Phoenix were put on the backburner as MMCs: yes, there were a few spicy scenes, and a focus on their burgeoning connection, but to the detriment of their own character development and respective connections to Bells. Also, between the two books, we still never really learned the full circumstances of how Bells ended up in her situation to begin with, which felt like a big omission. Overall, worth reading to round out the story but a bit melodramatic (especially re stalker) and I wanted more depth.
Just as good as the first book! I can’t get enough of this story line.
I think the story should’ve talked more about the skin graph. It should have had its own moment and not just a brief sentence . The clear HIPAA violation ticked me. I wish there was a small part in the story where the pack sues the hospital from violating two of their patient’s medical info. That’s a pretty big deal and the author glossed over it. Not to mention that no one thought to go to the police with the evidence of the blackmail the old manager was holding over Rex. All in all, I still loved this book.
I’m so stoked the author is going to make a story about the other characters we met in this book!
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I think the spice could have been spicier, it would have been nice if Bells lost herself in the moment a bit more- she was a bit busy being cool. The tension could have definitely been better.
But overall a solid 4* for me. Good vibes, kept me hooked, made me laugh.
i'm debating whether i should rerank the first one as a 3 instead of a 4, simply because i rated the first one a 4 and i liked this one even more, but i also had more problems with it.
this is fun and engaging and keeps you interested, but for as long of a book as this is, it really doesn't answer as many questions as it should. it almost feels like the first one should have been much longer like this one is. i have such mixed feelings.
when we left off in the first one, phoenix and raf helped bells through her heat and they have a whole "no strings attached, this is a one time thing" conversation. we never revisit that conversation in this one, but bells specifically says something about "now that i'm with raf and phoenix..." which is just confusing. like, obviously, the audience knows that they're all going to end up together, that's why we're here, but the whole "relationship" or "pack dynamic" goes largely unremarked upon, which is a weird thing to do.
i also absolutely hate that the first sexual experience that bells and rex have is specifically used as a tool to help rex with a panic attack. i hate that. it's cliche and boring and makes it feel cheap. actually, now that i think about it, most of the sex scenes between bells and rex are due to rex's panic attacks. i think there's only one scene where they actually have sex for fun and not as a "grounding technique" or whatever the hell.
and again, phoenix and raf are kinda back-burnered during this, even though we're given to understand that they might also be in love? although they only have one conversation about it and it's mostly just them hooking up again and saying that they'll probably do it more in the future. which is rather unsatisfying.
but i do like the way rex's trauma is dealt with, and the way that he has moments where he's okay, and moments where he's still struggling a lot. the only thing i don't like about this is that bells is consistently pushy when asked not to be, but rex has at least one moment where he's like "we won't push her to talk to us," about her whole situation. i would've liked a little more turnabout is fair play, because it feels a little unfair to have to watch rex be in panic mode so frequently because bells refuses to let up.
the last thing i'll ask is what the hell kind of fuzzy handcuffs does raf have that has two feet of chain between them? this was such a weird thing to try to visualize where somehow bells and rex can be handcuffed together and somehow she can be in the bathroom and he can be in the hallway, even if he does have to lay on the ground and extend his arm toward the door.
Claimed by the Rockstars Part Two - Harper Lennox & River Ramsey 🌟 5/5 🌟
* SPOILERS *
I just knew that when the second part of this duet came out that it was going to be everything but I wasn’t expecting it to be this fantastic! Bells, Rex, Phoenix and Rafael are just one of the best packs I’ve ever read.
I’m such a fan of biawakening or anything with MM, so when we get a little more of Rafe and Phoenix, I was here for it. It took a minute for these two to talk, but when they did, it was perfect. I wish we got more from these two but I loved the little touches between these two here and there.
This book is so much more than just a pack but it shows how Bells is the glue, especially for Rex and makes him see how truly special he is. I love how he begins to let go some of that anger that he’s been holding on since the death of his twin.
I am such a fan of hate/love relationships and man Bells and Rex definitely were it. I loved how Bells didn’t put up with anything. She’s one omega you better watch out for and I love how she got her revenge finally. Those action scenes were absolute perfection.
The fact that Rex tried to not hear out Bells made me wonder if he knew she was an omega the whole time. When she finally told him, I was swooning.
This book has so much more than your typical omegaverse and when these two authors come together, you know that you’re going to have a great time.
I loved how we get so many sweet moments like I absolutely loved the grocery trip when Bells, Phoenix and Rafael stocked up the fridge.
I cannot wait for Jamie and Orion’s book. I love how they had a little more in this book. I had a feeling we would see them again.
I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.
Be prepared going into this one that Raf and Phoenix don't get anywhere near as much 'page time' with Bells as they did in part one.
I loved, LOVED the attention Rex got in this book. He truly needed it. He was really not doing well mentally and everyone was a little scared for him so it was truly sweet to see Bells connect with him and slowly bring him back.
I will admit, I am a little in the 'wish we had gotten more between Bells, Raf and Phoenix as well as Raf and Phoenix' category given we didn't get all that much in book one and there is a bi-awakening side story. Although, the lead up to Raf and Phoenix coming together was cute.
All in all, I absolutely loved this duet. I love Bells - she was an amazingly strong fmc who took no shit, gave as good as she got and so much fun so read about. I really hope this isn't the last we see of them, that maybe they cameo in Oliver and Jaime's book or we get an epilogue bonus because I want to see more of them.
❧𝐅𝐚𝐯 𝐐𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬☙ ✦ We're all going to fucking die tonight if Bells doesn't give Rex another blowjob. ✦ "Why was she throwing her dick at your head?" "Because she has fucking rabies," Rex says flatly, walking out. "We've established this." ✦ "Oh my gods, you are the shittiest, lamest supervillain on the fucking planet. This is so tacky. I'm going to die and it's going to be the tackiest death anyone has ever died." ✦ "Obviously. I'm in a birdcage with a scarred man in chains. This is literally the plot of three of my favorite books. If it weren't for the blood loss and the stalker situation, I'd be thriving." ✦ "Your lungs are full of smoke." "Your lungs are going to be full of my silicone dick if you try to stop me."
Claimed by the Rockstars Part Two is the fifth book in the Fameverse series and marks the conclusion of Bells’ story. While the series is a collection of standalones you do need to read part one of this duet within the series to understand this book. I received an advance review copy and my thoughts are my own. Thank you to the authors for my eArc.
Tropes and themes include: ✨Why choose (mmfm) ✨Secret female omega ✨Rockstar romances ✨Golden retriever MMC ✨Masked & broody MMC ✨Stalker (not a MMC) ✨Mutual blackmailers to lovers ✨Pack formation ✨Scent matches ✨Multi, first person POV
Rating: 4/5 Stars 3/5 Flames
The Lovely: I still loved the concept of the story - she’s a female omega pretending to be a male beta rocker. I also loved the development of her relationship with the MMC that is the focus of this book. They both have prior trauma and I appreciated that frequently she was the one to comfort him.
The Mundane: I was disappointed that that we really only saw the romantic relationship develop between the FMC and one of the MMCs, to the exclusion of the two other MMCs. After the light romance in book one, I was expecting more romance with all three guys in this second book.
Recommendation: I liked how Bells’ story concluded (even if a little extreme) and how far we saw the one MMC come. If you like a rockstar romance in an omegaverse world full of secrets and prior trauma, I think you would like this book.
Bells, Rex, Phoenix, and Raf are back! The second book in this Rockstar omegaverse series doesn't slow down as it pulls readers right back into the story. Bells still hiding what she is with Rex. Things have changed between Phoenix and Raf. Rex didn't give in to the blackmailer so he's probably going to be unmasked to the world. And Bells' stalker is still out there and thinks that she's his.
Again the love/hate relationship between Bells and Rex is amazing. He's the grumpy alpha and she's the hyped-up psycho omega. But she's also strong and determined, with a great wit and a huge heart. Rex is fierce and very protective of her and his bandmates. Phoenix is the teddy bear and Raf is the sassy jokester.
Put them all together and you get a pack!
And a shout out to Jamie and Orion. They might be side characters but what they bring to the overall story was perfect. Orion did so much to help out Rex when he needed it...was the best. Leaving himself vulnerable, so Bells could work with the mask, made me tear up.
All I can say was part two was a great ending and wrapped up everything beautifully.
I really enjoyed part one and was excited for how this was going to come together. Unfortunately it did not all come together.
I absolutely loved the relationship growth between Bells and Rex. However, this book just completely forgot about the other two alphas. They had a moment between them that was the start of something but it was never flushed out. Nor did they really have any time with Bells.
I loved seeing Rex experience all these firsts but I don't thing they were given the space they should have. I loved that Bells pushed while still trying to work within his boundaries. Little things that slowly became more.
I feel like the whole stalker bit really fell flat. It was mentioned in passing a couple of times and then suddenly there he was. I feel like we missed a lot of backstory with the situation. Plus that final showdown felt absolutely incomplete and chaotic but not in a good way. Also, I feel like we didn't really get all of Bells story and the in passing mention for Red's twin felt out of place or incomplete.
I love that this was different than most Omegaverse books but It didn't quite hit the mark. I loved getting the Phantom of the Opera and Beauty and the Beast vibes but it needed more.
Now that Bells has revealed her omega nature to Phoenix and Rafael, she has to reveal herself to her true scent match, Rex. Unfortunately, when pictures of Rex's scarring are leaked to the press, he becomes further entrenched in his self-hatred. As the band works on spinning the narrative for their comeback tour, Bells has to do what she can to help bring Rex in. But her stalker has other plans.
This book does a fantastic job of continuing to build on the first book, particularly in relationship development. There's quite a bit of emphasis on the relationship between Bells and Rex, though Phoenix and Rafael do get some time to iron out their feelings. Rex's emotional state notably takes the forefront, with a lot of emphasis on self-hatred, trauma, and survivor's guilt. As Bells helps him heal, she also has to come to terms with what she wants and what she's willing to do to create her perfect future. I loved every second of character development, and found the final show-down between the band and the stalker to be surprisingly grandiose.
A stunning conclusion that I couldn't put down.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I flew through this book in one sitting, and yet somehow still walked away wanting more.
Starting with the positives: Bells is a great heroine. She’s fun, engaging, and genuinely someone you enjoy being in the head of, if that makes sense. The book mainly focuses on her relationship with Rex, which worked well in many ways, but it also felt like a missed opportunity because the other two guys weren’t nearly as involved. They were more involved with each other, which was great, but at times they felt more like side characters rather than people who were truly important to Bells.
Now, Rex. I loved him. I especially appreciated that the authors took their time with his trauma instead of having him magically “get over it.” That felt realistic. However, I do wish more had been done to address the physical pain and limitations caused by his scarring, especially during the s*x scenes. Since this is a romance, I wanted that aspect to feel more resolved. At times it almost seemed like he would struggle physically, even with arousal, and I found that a bit odd because it was never really explored or addressed properly.
Things literally explode in book two! Secrets exposed. All the way around. A pack trying to unite. A pack trying to make a comeback. Overcoming past traumas. Trying to make connections in a world gone crazy. People judging what they do not understand only see. A new contract and agent. Reclaiming stolen goods.
Bells and the band are in for a fight of a lifetime. Her stalker has come back with a vengeance. Rex is making strides communicating and changing with his band mates…his pack. They are all learning to adjust to the new dynamics. Nothing is easy and seems to be a constant battle. The one thing they do agree upon no matter what…protect their Bells…their omega. No matter what else happens…that is the utmost rule.
When faced with her stalker, his goons, the traps set, the fans, and their dynamics…life will def become interesting for everyone involved. You might say it will even age some. This book is action packed from the beginning to end. Read the second book in the duet to find out what happens to everyone~
OH MY GOD I LOVED THIS DUET SO MUCH. I was at the edge of my seat the entire time & the writing was PHENOMENAL. And a duet where both books are a bit longer?? I was in HEAVEN. I just know I'm going to be in a slump after this bc what else will compare?? And yes, scarred tragic alphas are my bread and butter, my veritable Catnip. We got so much depth, so much growth, and everything flowed so organically. One of my new favorites for SURE. And I don't even usually like themed books that much, but the Phantom Of The Opera vibes were on point. I'd say the only thing I noticed that was weird was that Rex never reacted to the others knowing Bells was a girl, they just started calling her she & that was that. Also her bad bite mark, she never told anyone about it specifically & was still wearing her collar 24/7, but they were all suddenly mentioning it, no big deal, no 'reveal'. I was looking forward to that 'who did that to you' grand moment haha. But those were super minor, everything else was insanely phenomenal. And Bells is goals hahaha
I recommend reading this book! It is a good read and very enjoyable. I laughed SO much with the antics between Rex and Bells. You will definitely know what I am talking about once you read it!
This is a continuation of the Fameverse series by Harper Lennox and River Ramsey. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed reading about Bells, Rex, Rafael and Phoenix! Diving back into this series was like coming home. I read this book in one day, often sneaking in a page or two at any available moment throughout the day.
This book wrapped up all the loose threads and lingering questions that I had from part one. I still really didn’t like her old manager or her old band. They all gave me bad vibes. I felt like this book really focused on the interpersonal relationships between all the group members and while some of the relationships seemed really cut and dry, other relationships didn’t seem to be as well formed or they at least didn’t come across that way. Which is definitely not the norm of other works that I have read from Harper Lennox and River Ramsey.
Honestly, Claimed by the Rockstars was such a satisfying way to wrap things up. The character growth, especially Rex, really got to me. Seeing him open up and show that vulnerable side was easily my favorite part of the book. The romance didn't feel rushed either; the pacing felt just right for the bond they were building.
My only real letdown was the "big reveal" about Bells. She spent years hiding her identity and dealing with blackmail, so I was bracing myself for a massive, emotional explosion when the guys finally found out. Instead, it kind of just… happened. One minute she’s a "he" and the next they’re saying "her," and that was basically it. I really wanted to see that confrontation!
Even with that slight anticlimax, it’s still a great Omegaverse read. If you like sweet but messy rockstar vibes, I definitely recommend it.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I am really enjoying the Famverse series, and this second book in the duet completely captivated me. This rockstar omegaverse romance with a Phantom of the Opera vibe has utterly entranced my soul.
Bells and the band Vespyr are truly a delight. I loved the emotional angst woven throughout the story and how deeply the characters pulled me in. Watching Bells find her scent matches despite a previous forced bond was so satisfying, especially alongside a severely disfigured and grumpy alpha who had every reason to hide himself away.
What I loved most was how Bells showed Rex that he was worthy of love and affection despite how he looks; that he is so much more than his scars, his damage, and his heartbreak. Their connection was beautiful, emotional, and healing in all the best ways.
I can’t wait to see what else these two beautiful souls write next.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Part 2 of Claimed By the Rockstars cemented this duet into my favorites list SO fast. The length felt a little intimidating at first, but honestly? I never once felt bored or like the story dragged. Every chapter kept me invested in the characters and their relationships.
Bell was hands down one of my favorite parts of this duet. She was hilarious, stubborn, and so relentless in helping Rex see that he wasn’t the monster he believed himself to be. Watching those walls slowly crack was so satisfying.
And Rafael and Phoenix absolutely stole my heart too. I loved that they never got overshadowed by Rex and Bell’s storyline. Their relationships, loyalty, and personalities still felt fully developed and important the entire time.
By the end, I wasn’t ready to leave this pack at all. I genuinely feel like I could live in their world for another whole book and still not be ready to say goodbye.
It true fashion for this series this book was a great continuation from #1.
We see a lot of growth from Rex in this book and while a lot of it was forced on him it really added depth to his character.
The whole dynamic between the band members was quite interesting to follow with how it evolved as they worked towards their come back tour. Unfortunately the stalker remains hidden in the shadows dropping threats until finally he goes to the extreme and you see who he really is. Thankfully the stalker added a key aspect to the storyline so it wasn’t all romance and really helped with character development.
I really enjoyed the ending to Bells Story. It will be interesting to see who gets penned to be the Omega in the next one.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
We pick up right from the end of book 1, where Bells, Raf and Phoenix have found out about Bells secret and the time in the hotel.
I love that is book is more focused on Bells and Rex, getting to know Rex more and the fact that Bells is the only one to help him come out of his shell a little.
I loved the Banter throughout this book, she needs to keep them on their toes! Who doesnt likeable crazy Omega in disguise.
This book is filled with drama and emotional scenes.
I loved Jamie and Orion coming back, and Orion facing his fears to support Rex to face his.
I really enjoyed reading this book, it had several laugh out loud moments as well as the heart felt ones. Im glad they got their HEA and the villiannis dealt with.
I look forward to reading Jamie and Orions story next!
I enjoyed this duet. I feel like I breezed right through both books. Very plot-heavy to me, with secondary spice. I love and adore Rex. I mean, I love each of the guys, and also, Rex is my favorite (don’t tell Phoenix). It was really great seeing Bells come into her own during the action sequence and final scene. I do feel like, now that I’ve finished the duet, the OV/rockstar aspect didn’t really work the way I thought it would? It may very well just be me, but I think a mafia romance would’ve almost worked better. That is NOT to say I didn’t enjoy those premises, just that they ended up seeming almost secondary, especially the OV. I also dearly loved Jamie and Orion and will certainly check out their story when the time comes.
This was a fun read, I laughed out loud while reading it, and that is an accomplishment and something I treasure every time an author accomplishes it! So many good moments: on the rooftop, in the tower, in the apartment. Very nice character work and the overall plot line!
The whole situation with the handcuffs and changing of clothes and toilet visits I have a hard time seeing how they actually managed without taking off the handcuffs. The text did not clarify it even after several read throughs! Details like that just bothers me long time after the rest of the book is forgotten, it draws me away from the characters, the plot and the feeling of the book.

I'd been dying to get my hands on this 2nd book in this duet since the 1st book ended. It did not disappoint but be warned it is a bit of a heart wrencher or it was for me. More so with the progression of Bells and Rex's relationship. Which broke open all of Rex's worries and anxieties about his appearance. All of which I found heartbreaking to read. With Bells secrets revealed that also strengthened her as a character too. Both of which grew closer together as a result. Which I really liked especially because it gave Bells and Rex more book time together. It was just a brilliant ending to a great duet.
Oh and I loved Jamie and Orion who brought a bit of humour to this book. I'm looking forward to reading more from them in future books.
Story: Well written with enough drama to satisfy without feeling cheesy. Characters: Well developed and slowly displayed for the reader, each different from each other. Relationships: The dynamic between the 3 main ones in this book was well done, but I would have liked to see a bit more between the FMC and the rest of the pack. Pacing: Medium Spice: Yes Audience: bands, trauma, scars Top Complaint: Would have liked to see more development between Bells and the other two within the pack instead of feeling a bit like two couples.
Warning, I'm a huge re-reader of books thus my feelings on them can change over time. Any future re-read opinions will be captured below.
So many moments were dragged on and on with filler sentences. This could have been like 100 pages less without that. Also, I just didn’t believe in the romantic connection between everyone. This felt like rex and Bells had a romantic connection and Rafael and Phoenix had a romantic connection but there was no romance connecting bells (the omega fmc) with Rafael and phoenix. Her connection with them was purely sexual and I hated that. I want that sexual connection of course but I also want that emotional romantic one and she only had that with Rex not with the whole pack so that ruined this for me.
Second book in duet, it was so good, and different.
Many Omegaverse follow a certain format, but the fame verse has been different, and with Phantom of the Opera being the basis, there is a lot of action and excitement. But I also loved the storyline of Rex and his accident resulting in his face being horribly scared, and his hiding behind masks. Along with the masks, we were also introduced to Jamie and Orion who will get their own book next. I loved this book, I loved the characters with Rafael and Phoenix having great banter and Rafael having a bi awakening. On top of having a happily ever after, I would recommend this to anyone that has an interest in Omegaverse.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a book make me laugh and cry as much as this book has. This series is definitely now one of my all time favorites and I’m so sad it’s over. I could read so many more books about this pack. Rex is definitely my favorite of the guys. His journey in the books is amazing and really relatable to someone who has mental illness myself and my family does as well. The way Bells handles everything is perfect and definitely reminds me of things I’ve done for family in the past. I am really happy with how that was portrayed. The banter is this book is also just hilarious Bells does not have a serious bone in her body. I definitely recommend this book!
This is the second book of the duet, but book 5 of the Same verse series. I love the hate/love relationship our fmc has with one of the band members. She is an omega pretending to be a male beta to hide from a stalker. A brief encounter with the grumpy guitarist ends with secrets exposed for both. He essentially blackmails her to become the lead singer for his band. And while he doesn't know her, she would never release his secret. The other two members fall in love faster but he falls harder for her. The lengths he went for to save her when her stalker returns and takes her is amazing. Harper Lennox never fails to write and amazing omegaverse!
