Toby Klein didn’t ask for this. He just wanted to be a decent husband, survive the PTA fair, and maybe fix the backyard deck without losing a limb.
Instead, he’s suddenly in charge – Twenty missing folding tables – A cereal-themed musical (yes, really) – Three kids, one science volcano, and a lot of glitter
Told through laugh-out-loud diary entries, doodles, and mounting chaos, Diary of a Grumpy Dad is a heartwarming (and slightly unhinged) comedy about family, fatherhood, and the fine line between “I’ve got this” and “I need a lawyer.”
Perfect for fans Diary of a Wimpy Kid (if Greg grew up), Tim Urban, or anyone who’s ever been forced to run a bake sale against their will.
This is the first book in the Diary of a Grumpy Dad series. It is a laugh out loud look at one dad's adventures is surviving life with kids. I loved the story and his humor. I found myself laughing so hard especially as he describes breakfast with three children. Cannot wait for the next in the series.

I was a cute story. It had it's moments of being funny but, I do not think I was the target demographic as I could not relate to what parents go through and PTA drama. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
