I must’ve been really delusional when I read the first book bc I’m having a hard time believing that these were all written by the same person. Maybe book 1 was her peak? Or maybe if I go read book 1 now I will also give it 2 stars lol idk. Anyways. I’ve been begging for rori’s book and I’m glad we finally got it. I love her and her personality but I hate that books 2-5 have all been so lameeeee. Gia and Nico were true enemies to lovers but the rest of them went straight to lovers. Mafia plot was still interesting but I think I’m done with this author lol

I have been waiting for Alonzo and Rori story since we were first introduced to Rori and it did not disappoint.

She is a trained Assassin who takes no shit from no one. You don’t mess with her. She protects the ones she loves at all cost. Alonzo, he is the muscle of his family and when Rori has no issue ignoring his command and telling him no, well Alonzo does not like that 😏🤭 Especially when he see’s the eyes of her beloved “hades” 🐕 right beside her hiding in the dark.

Their fight quickly turns into forplay and we just wait for it to explode and when it does…chef kiss 💋

This book was less spicy then the other’s but it had just enough to go with the story and how it developed.

Love that we also go an epilogue of 15 years later and show us how everyone is doing.

We also get a really go dive into what the next series will be about and let me tell you in intrigued.

This was another amazing book by Emily Rose aurora and alonzo story their chemistry is off the charts whether its in the bedroom or just plain fighting. This book picks up following little dear where we find the identity of the chameleon and isn't what we expect 😉 then we find out more about aurora past and that most definitely isn't what we expect and let's just say she a bada** but has see done witness and live though horrors and now needs to fight to not only save her life but those around her especially her beloved hades. Alonzo is now trying to do everything in his power not only to get aurora to forgive him for the stupid stuff he said because he was afraid of his own feelings but he has now landed himself hades and few of his men into a Russian war where the players especially one of them as a reputation of unspeakable things in enemy territory where trust is not easy and things are not what them seem to be. This story has a lot of twist turns drama suspense humour and action we also are introduced to new characters with hopefully new books 📚 what's also nice in this book is the epilogue

A great ending to a series with an excellent segue into the next. Little Bear had it all…love, betrayal, action and back to love. Let’s face it, Rori tried very hard to stick to her “guns” in not letting Alonzo get back in her good graces, but he was one persistent man. He realised he made a mistake and was willing to do anything to fix it. Rori getting mixed up with the family that turned her into the assassin she is, is not what she wants. She tried so hard to get away from it but then gets pulled right back in. But this time she will be the victor of her aggressors. With Hades protecting her what more does she need? Clearly she doesn’t need Alonzo (Goliath) coming to her rescue. Yet, there he is. It takes a lot of sass & understanding to get him to realise that Rori can save herself. And with Alonzo coming to this realisation, it also helps in healing their relationship. Having the next series characters as part of the main story of this book was done in such a way that I cannot wait for the first book!!!

This book delivered Alonzo and Rori's story and what a roller coaster it was. When Alonzo messes up he messes up big time and spends a lot of time trying to grovel without putting his foot in his mouth which happens frequently. Rori is heartbroken and feels like what she wanted in life was only ever going to be a dream that she was never meant to have that HEA. We truly get to see what Rori went through growing up and what her father wanted her to become. The story is action packed, full of twists, betrayals, secrets that you didn't know you needed answers to and so much more. Rori is fierce, independent and vicious when she needs to be but she is soft for Alonzo but also proves to him that she can hold her own. I loved how his nickname for her was little bear when she is trained as a hard core assassin it just feels perfect for her. The story will keep you on the edge of your seat and keep you captivated with every page you turn. What a way to conclude this series, it definitely finished with a bang. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.

Wow! What a great addition to an amazing series! I love Rori’s incredibly smart mouth, and her dog! Who in their right mind wouldn’t want a dog like Hades?! From their first meeting, I knew Rori and Alonzo would be so much fun…and I was right! She definitely kept her “Goliath” on his toes. Did he make me want to scream…a lot…YES! He also tore me up with his sweetness after he settled himself down and realized she was perfect for him. This book is packed with excitement, intrigue, fun, steam and action. It also gives us a glimpse into a new family of folks that I think are going to be extremely interesting. I’m going to miss the “Sisters” and their significant others, but I’m hoping they’ll still be present in future books. Great job, Emily, I can’t wait to see what you come up with next.

I don’t think Emily Rose could have ended The Lost DeLuca Sisters series any better than with Little Bear, the fifth and final instalment in this captivating dark mafia romance.

Once again, we’re pulled into a dark, dangerous, and gripping story that keeps you hooked right through to the very last page. And that ending… it offers just enough of a glimpse into what’s coming next to have me completely on edge and already desperate for more.

I’ve been waiting for Rori and Alonzo’s story, hoping it would be as spine-tingling, raw, and heart-pounding as I imagined—and Ms Rose absolutely delivered.

Their history is tangled in lies, betrayal, and the brutal reality of the mafia world, where nothing is ever simple. When Alonzo breaks Rori’s heart, it feels like there should be no coming back from it. But Alonzo is determined to fight for a second chance—even if it means stepping straight into danger.

And Rori? She is no damsel in distress. Strong, fierce, and unyielding, she holds her ground—but with danger closing in and her heart still betraying her whenever Alonzo is near, forgiveness is anything but easy.

Fast-paced, action-packed, and filled with passion, this story delivers everything I love in a mafia romance—and more.

The final book in the De Luca Sisters series and I think it was the perfect ending! The last book showed Rori's secrets kinda come to light and her leaving with the enemy.

Well this is where we find out what hells she's had to live through as well as discover that not everyone or everything is as it seems!!

Alonzo has his work cut out for him with trying to win Rori back. Not only did he mess up with what he said but she's a stubborn ass woman who is used with flying solo. And she's not your typical stubborn ass woman, heck no. She's a deadly assassin who's had to overcome a horrible life and just wants to be left alone.

It's a good read, has plenty of action, attitude and sass as well as twists and passion.

Really enjoyed it.

Oooo I can’t believe I’ve finished this series. I’m going to miss their shenanigans, the teasing, the funny banter, the steamy moments and the excitement.
This story was a real rollercoaster with emotions: from laughing, snorting to gasping and crying. The conversation between Ilya, Zakhar and Rori was hilarious, bring our alpha guy Alonzo in the mix and the whole parade is complete! I really loved Alonzo in this story, the alpha giant with a very soft spot for Rori! There’s also a twist near the end that I didn’t see coming and I love that. The story will keep you on the edge of your seat! I received a copy and I’m leaving this review voluntarily. I really adored the epilogue, it gave you a perfect view of everything. And I’m really curious to read Ilya’s story! So goody, goody, goody!

Absolutely loved all of these books! I cannot give enlightened credit to this author for these brilliant story lines. All books are so well written and the way she writes all these plots twists is just crazy!

With this book though I will say I did find a few bits slightly disappointing - when it came to Rori’s dad and Valentino I was expecting their torture/death to be detailed on page in chapter but was a bit gutted to see that it wasn’t but this doesn’t change my opinion on the book at all.

Would 100% recommend reading this series you’ll be hooked instantly!

Thankyou Emily Rose for these amazing books and characters 🖤

Favorite of all the series ! Have always liked the chemistry between these two, but loved that we really got to dive into Rori's background and her family trauma. I feel like Emily really blew this one out of the park with these characters - I honestly felt like I was a fly on the wall watching real life happening.... The conversations were real, honest, and the FMC especially pulled me in both mentally and emotionally.
As this was the last book of the series, the outstanding story lines also got wrapped up well- we finally get the Chameleon's story as well (finally). And the epilogue *chefs kiss. A perfect ending.

Rori and Alonzo were so much fun to read about. When Alonzo messes up he goes all out. I was glad to see Rori make him work for it and didn't just give in. I know she wanted to but she had to keep herself safe too. To watch their relationship really bloom was amazing. Alonzo figured out she was the girl for him and he made sure that there was no doubt in her mind. One of my favorite parts in the book was when he followed her out to the woods and he couldn't catch or find her. When Rori found her dad and brothers it brought me to tears. I am very happy for her that she got to meet them and have a relationship. Highly recommend reading this book!

I have become so invested in this series. There was no down time with this book. As soon as I started reading it, the story was moving at a fast pace. I loved it. OMG. Alonzo is a goner for Rori. Yet, she made him work really hard for her, as he should.

You can say that Rori is one strong, FMC. Alonzo needs a woman who can stand beside him and not behind him. Thus, the reason that Rori is so perfect for him. They share great chemistry. Yet, the romance while it is amazing, is not the only aspect that I love about this book and series. The strong storyline.

More secrets are revealed. As the story comes to an end. I am sad to end but this book wraps up this series very nicely.

The conclusion of The Lost De Luca sisters series. We have been building up to this couple getting together since Sienna's book. Alonzo and Rori are two people who are used to getting their way. Alonzo because he is basically an enforcer for the Italian mafia and Rori because of her secret past and her dog Hades. Add in a rogue Russian assassin and you have fun, hot and steamy chaos and this is a must read. To get the most enjoyment you need to start with Little Mouse the first book in this series.

Although I am so sad to see the Lost Deluca Series come to end Emily gave us an amazing kick ass conclusion!

This book has all the feels betrayal, spice, action and a lot of ass kissing on Alonzo part (if you know you know !!)
Alonzo and Rori's story has us on the edge of our seat! Rori's backstory is a rough one and explains so much about her and her grit. I absolutely loved Alonzo stepped up and proved through actions that he would always have Rori's back!!

I am hoping that this last book is a jumping point for the next generation's stories!!

Little Bear by Emily Rose is the conclusion to the story of Alonzo and Aurora (Rori), and the Lost DeLuca Sisters series. From the onset, this story just catapults you forward! Instantly getting into the danger, deceptions, surprises, shocks, anticipations, betrayals, romance…and so much more!! These two seem to fight endlessly, but it’s borne of intense feelings and fear for one another’s safety. So many twists and turns in this exhilarating, exciting, danger-filled, intensely dark romance!! Loved the ending to this series!!

The perfect Ending!

Little Bear had me hooked from start to finish. The tension, secrets, and nonstop chaos keep the story moving at a gripping pace.

The romance is intense and fiercely protective, with that addictive edge Emily Rose always delivers. And the family drama? Perfectly messy.

Keeping up with the alias names got a little confusing at times, but it didn’t take away from the story.

Alonzo’s obsession was undeniable—he was never letting her go, and he made sure she knew it.

The epilogue was amazing, though Hades’ passing definitely hit hard.

This is a gritty, emotionally charged mafia romance filled with betrayal, longing, and second chances.

Rori is fierce and lethal, she’s forced back into a dangerous world, while Alonzo is desperate to atone for the past that broke them. Their chemistry is intense, the tension razor-sharp, and the stakes relentlessly high. With secrets unravelled and loyalties tested, this is an entertaining read for anyone who loves angst, grovelling heroes, and love forged in chaos, something which I really loved.

This series has been incredible from start to finish, and this book was the perfect way to round it all out. The relationship between the leads was beautiful. Seeing her finally have someone in her corner was everything. Despite her mind-blowing history, her willingness to take a chance on love added a lovely softness to her character without losing any of her fierce, badass energy.
While it took a moment to get my head around the new characters introduced, the plot was solid the whole way through. The concept is entirely fresh for a Mafia romance and so well-executed. Five stars, no notes!

The final book in the De Luca sisters series, finds Rori facing her childhood demons. Realising his dreadful mistake, Alonso follows Rori into the snake pit to beg her forgiveness and take her home, but Rori isn’t ready to accept his remorse just yet.

A definite page turner, full of secrets, betrayals, tension, toxic family drama and danger. A great conclusion to this series with a glimpse of the next generation.

I love the Lost DeLuca Sisters Series, and this is the 5th and final book of the series, my absolute favourite (well, until I re-read one of the other ones, then that one is my favourite - LOL).

Rori and Alonzo did not disappoint. They, the couple, and the story run the whole gamut of emotions, from A to Z, from angst to zippily zany, and everything in between. It’s one of those books you can’t put down. And the 15-year epilogue at the end was perfect! A total winner by Emily Rose.

What an end to a great series. This book is fast-paced and has a lot of twists and turns. Just when you think you've figured out what's going on, Emily throws a twist in. Alonso has a lot of groveling to do with Rori, and she doesn't make it easy for him. I love the way Emily wrapped up the Lost DeLuca series and introduced another series. I love how Alonzo was able to put aside his alphaness and actually listen to Rori.

I had so many expectations for this book and Emily met every single one of them! She gives us the background to all the tension and anger between Rory and Alonzo. Then we’re left with this wild ride of secrets and excitement as Rory’s past comes back for her. The number of times I had to put this book down and take a breathe was insane

This story has so many twists and turns. It wraps up one series and introduces another one, and still does justice to the bridge in between. The character development and groveling is so on point its not even funny! The way these characters and their stories are wrapped up is my absolute favorite way that authors wrap up a series/world. I wish more authors did it!

Little Bear pulled me into the story, kept me invested in the story, and turning the pages. This one had spice, edge of your seat action, love, family, and had me on a roller coaster ride of emotions. I enjoyed watching Rori and Alonzo finally get it together and get their happy ending. This was an enjoyable read.

Alonzo and Hades are going after Rori. She and Tatiana past is not pretty and each are assassins. But their paths went in different directions bit have come full circle. The twists and surprises that come to light had me on edge. Each character brings something to the table even the animals. I wanted more for accountability for her dad. That ending was so fitting for their story.
