This one opens on the story of Hunter and Alec, and while the title might hint at where things are going, the way it actually unfolds still caught me off guard.

I won’t give too much away, but this was such a fun read. After Now She’s Mine, which was heavy in every sense, physically, emotionally, and mentally, this felt like the perfect palate cleanser. Still layered, still emotional, but lighter in a way that lets you breathe.

What I really loved was how Killian and Archer entered again pulling the Men of Jamestown storyline closer to full circle, and then adding Jasper into the mix. It expands the world without overwhelming it, and you can feel the bigger picture building in the background.

All I can say, and I’ve already told the author this, is: I need the rest of this series immediately.

This installment deepened the Jamestown universe while keeping it entertaining and engaging, and now I’m fully invested.

Wow, this was a fast one! But not in a bad way🤩
Well okay, the only downside is that now I only want more of this universe, of these guys!!!😅🔥 (If that's even a downside?😉)

This novella was seriously spicy and amazing and I didn't think you could get so much out of such few pages! 🤯
It really sucked you in to the story and well yeah, left you wanting more 😏
There was a little bit of a mystery to it too, about their backround and current operation which really intrigued me!

And mygod, the chemistry of these two were just perfect from the start. It was like you just KNEW that they were ment for each other 😍❤️❤️

This was great! I love best friends to lovers and I really love bi awakenings! This was short, fast paced, and had an emotional plot to it that was well done for the length of the story. Our MMCs are not only besties but also former military turned vigilantes. I loved their connection and the build up between the two of them.

I’m really excited for the rest of this series. While they can be read as standalone the inner world is interconnected and we get to see the true plot unravel throughout!

this was a spicy little novella that I devoured in less than an hour. I have ready so many books by a. rayne but this is the very first mm book I have read from her and it was phenomenal. I can’t wait to see what comes next for these two.

y’all i read this in one sitting, it hooked me so fast! not only the story but these authors writing styles are so good 🙂‍↕️ Hunter and Alec are everything, i love best friends to lovers. i really like their personalities, Hunter is grumpy and possessive. Alec is flirty and more relaxed. they are amazing together 🤭 there’s an underlying plot that has definitely piqued my interest and i am so excited for what’s to come! 🖤

WOW!!! I received this book early and LOVED IT! It was HOT HOT HOT 🥵🌶️. Hunt and Ace 🥵🥵🥵. Oh my goodness!!!! I love a good MM and this definitely hit the spot! Such a great story. I love how they love each other and didn’t know how to tell each other..but the dog tags..oh my goodness my heart ❤️. Definitely a must read!!!!

This is how you do best friends to lovers. Alec and Hunter like each other as more than a friend but neither of them know how to let the other know that they want to take the friendship a step further and become lovers, but when they finally do it’s hot 🥵 hot 🥵 hot 🥵 this novella is spicy, awesome and leaves you wanting more.

This was the perfect little novella to connect you and bring you in from the first book to get you prepared for the next in the series! It answered questions that I had from the ending of the first book and introduced me to Hunter and Alec.

I am a sucker for an MM and especially when it is a male bi-awaking! Then to add on only bi for one man 🫠🤤. I cant wait for the next book in series.
