Sure, they’re wealthy, good-looking, and run one of the most successful security system suppliers in the country, but not a single one of them is even attempting to settle down.
Work is their number one priority. Not their health. Not their personal lives. And certainly not their family.
A fact I’m slapped in the face with on Thanksgiving Day when I’m staring down an empty table.
Unfortunately, I have no one to blame but myself. That’s why I’m going to do whatever it takes to fix them.
Will I be overstepping? Probably.
Am I inching toward being overbearing? Maybe.
But I’ll be damned if these boys end up alone and miserable. They might be workaholics, but they’re good men. Once they finally fall, they’re going to fall hard.
And I know which son is going down first.
Undeterred is the 12,000-word prequel to the Bradshaw Brothers series.
Well… this turned into a full-blown rabbit hole in the best way. I originally received an ARC for Unfinished (Book 2), only to realize it was part of a series—so naturally I went back to start with Book 1. While adding my review on Goodreads, I discovered there was actually a prequel (Book 0.5) … and that’s where things really took off.
By the end of this prequel, I realized Mariah (FMC from Book 1) has her own series (Cowboy Seeking Nanny), and Heidi from this story also has a full series (Loss Recovery), which also has a prequel (Collateral Damage). So yes… my TBR just grew by about a mile.
No regrets though—because this prequel was absolutely worth it. It pulled me right into this world, gave great background, and completely hooked me on these characters and interconnected stories. I loved this introduction and can’t wait to dive into all of these series… right after I finally get back to the ARC that started it all.
I love Janice's writing style. She provides intriguing plots, interesting settings, and engaging characters. This was a great intro and I'm looking forward to reading more about the Bradshaw brothers.
Great read about a mother who decides to visit all of her sons who’ve missed thanksgiving lunch. Love her take no prisoners attitude and looking forward to seeing more of her in the series.
This is a new to me author and she packed quite a punch in this book. It has me wanting the whole series now to read. I will definitely start reading her other books.
A good start to introduce the new series full of characters. I read this after I finished reading the first book so for me it got me more attached and invested in this series.
Interesting introduction to the Bradshaw brothers and I'm looking forward to reading more. I also love the writing style and characters so much that I'm going to read her other books.
I didn't know this existed before I read the 1st book in the series, but I'm so happy I found it. This is the perfect set up to the Bradshaw Brothers and Deidre I just adore you. I can't wait for her to find spouses for all her sons and continue being everyone's favorite mom!
